If the recipe is like this, if the principle of cooking the unit itself - the color of the cake was a pleasant tanned color. I want to note that in the oven the muffins from this dough were of a different color, well, like a biscuit-creamy or what to call this color)))) By the way, I made an omelette for a couple, so it also became unappetizing in color. Maybe the pressure plays a role on the color of the eggs, well, yes, if you squeeze, they turn blue. The cake still stood a little in the pan, so as not to get burned, I put a suitable plate inside, turned it over - voila - the cake came out of the pan without problems, it didn't stick anywhere, the pan is perfect condition. The cupcake is delicious, the bottom is not burnt, I didn't even have to put it under the grill, I'll add a photo and a recipe.
