But I want to share with you a very wonderful recipe for saltison (well, or whatever you want to call it).

It turns out very tasty, fast and not expensive ...

Getting started: we take about 1 kg of chicken navels (ventricles)
piece of pork head 500-700 grams
1 pork leg
salt, pepper and other spices, who likes what, garlic ...

Wash everything well, clean it and put it in a saucepan, salt-pepper + garlic (to taste) and fill it with warm water (well, so that cooking starts faster), it is important to clarify - the total volume of food + liquid reaches the rim - no more , set the timer manually to 99 minutes. and go about our business.

At the end of cooking and relieving the pressure, we take out all the contents, put the meat in a bowl for quick cooling, then cut everything coarsely and put it in a mold, where our saltison will freeze, add broth, BUT not much, but just to cover the meat, you can add salt ..... I also line the form with cling film so that it is more convenient to take out the finished product.

let everything cool down and put in the refrigerator for the night, and in the morning we enjoy ... who does not know what everything is cooked from will never guess ... it turns out very tasty ...

I did not postpone the delay for more than 8 hours, everything was fine and I kept keeping warm for 4 hours. The flight is normal, the pressure cooker is a great helper!

For yogurt, t = 38-40 degrees is needed, but in our SCV it is not (as far as I know). And in general, from my own experience, I was convinced that yoghurt is best obtained in a yoghurt maker, and not in a mullet, thermos, etc.
