I bought a thermometer for conservation, it is up to 100 degrees, it costs less than 20 UAH. On heating I heat the water, you have to be careful, because the ten heats up and after turning it off, I heated it, checked it with a thermometer, turned it off, put the jars of sourdough in and close the lid tightly. If not for the night in a couple of hours I can incl. heating for 20 seconds. At night I do not get up and do not heat up, everything works out like that. I don't do SLE in the pan itself, I do it in jars.

non-stick, but different from ours .. China .. the saucepan seems to be slightly thicker than Scarlett, but thinner than Dex

As a matter of principle, I try not to fry. I can fry a piece of meat, "seal" the juice, but more often not. I quench the frying in the borscht so that the paint comes out))) And I just feel sorry for the saucepan, especially looking at the saucepan from the MV, so if you really need something, then you either need more oil in the pan, and this is fucking.

She dared to cook rice milk porridge-smear in the children's mode. Water mixed with milk, cereal / water ratio 1: 5-6, 20 minutes. A cool mess turned out! Nothing was burnt, the soup smell from the lid was not absorbed into the porridge - delicious! I will repeat))
