then I added chicken breast with cubes, everything was fried together for about 20 minutes. After that, I covered it all with washed rice (4 ms) and poured boiling water for 8 ms.
Incorrect proportion, chicken liquid plus a lot of water. For pilaf, take 1 measure of rice for 1.3 measures of water, for example, for 4 ms of rice 1.3 * 4 = 5.2 ms of water.

Thank you very much for your answer!

Good day! I bought a multicooker 0523, but no one was left in the profile topic after using this multicooker, so I will be friends with you, since they are very similar in functionality. I tried to cook pilaf on the appropriate program 140 for 1 hour. 2 glasses of rice for 4 water. When I put a column of steam out of the valve. Accordingly, after 20 minutes the water boiled away and it turned off. 2 times added water. I gave up on 50 minutes. The result: the pilaf is dry and burnt. It seems to me that something should have been done with the valve probably. Clarify please....

Can anyone tell me how this damn drip tray works? They say that you need to somehow open the valve on the lid, but how I don’t understand. I have already rustled the instructions and still nothing. Who will tell you what to do so that the condensate gets to its intended purpose, and not directly to your multicooker.
ju1ietta
allgg, nothing needs to be done with the drip tray, as well as with the valve. When the lid is opened, condensate flows from it into the chute, and from there, through the holes, it enters the drip tray. If you are preparing something low in moisture, then nothing at all may get into the collection. Check that all packaging residues, film, adhesive tape have been removed.
allgg
Yes, I seem to have removed all the films and packaging - everything is clean. Boiled pasta, God forbid steaming. I open the lid, and from the lid I pour a stream into the pan. I look into the drip tray, and there it is dry, like when buying. Someone told me that I needed to do something with the valve, but I still did not understand anything, unfortunately. I thought I might be helped here. Well, I'll wait some more. Thank you for the answer

I also need help from the audience. I like cartoon 0517 very much. Pilaf is always successful, frying, potatoes, dumplings pleases. Well, it helps out that you can fry it in it for soup, and cook the soup. No need to wash extra dishes. I disassembled the lid of the multicooker for cleaning, for some reason I cannot put the seal back on or over time it began to fit loosely. But I rather do not install it correctly. Tell me how to do it, maybe you can throw a photo.

Girls! Hello! Help)) I want to buy this cartoon to help Panas. I want to fry more! I immediately buy a teflon bowl (discard the link)) And is it really good for frying and stewing? Can you advise something else
ju1ietta
Olya, why Teflon for frying, if the set includes a bowl with a ceramic coating?
Olka2 @
I just realized that it will burn anyway!
ju1ietta
Olya, no, she is not very scratched yet, nothing sticks to her. Ceramic is not very durable, but Teflon is even worse. If, nevertheless, over time you jiggle the bowl, it is not difficult to buy in exchange. Not necessarily with handles. Bowls from the old Polaris and Redmond models fit and are easy to find on the market.
Olka2 @
Thank you very much)))) Are you satisfied with this model yourself? but here at the end and negative reviews appeared
I would not like to be mistaken))
ju1ietta
Olya, the ideal is unattainable. Personally, I miss the touch mode in this model (for water evaporation). But it works properly, copes with the declared functions.
Olka2 @
Thank you very much for the consultation)) Do you already have a dream for the next one?
ju1ietta
The next one? I recently bought the sixth, and, by the way, I gave this one to my friend
Olka2 @
OYYYY !! Tell me what you bought? Maybe I shouldn't buy this one either?
ju1ietta
Vitek VT-4209 BW
Only I do not want to convince you of anything. The ideal is not achievable in principle. There is always something better somewhere. I like Vitek's versatility, but it is quite difficult to manage.
Olka2 @
I looked at her too! I was surprised by the power there! but there are no reviews at all! although the price is smiling!
Olka2 @
and porridges do not run away in it?
ju1ietta
Olya, why are there no reviews? There is even topic dedicated to her .
The power is large, because there are two tena (this is the total power), but they work simultaneously in rare cases.
I rarely cook porridge (not a special fan), but they have never escaped in any multicooker.

Have a nice day, everyone!
Owners of Polyushka 0517 tell me - how long is the cord ??? I'm going to buy, I've determined the place ... I'm afraid I won't reach the outlet (((
ju1ietta
Galya, the cord is removable there, you can always buy another one, or connect via an extension cord (I do that)

Hello everyone!! 2 days ago, my husband and I bought our Polka. My joy knew no bounds !! There was no smell of rubber! Manufactured in April 2014, the kit includes a silicone spatula, very convenient !!!! The bottom is smooth, without a pattern. And according to the advice from this Temka, we immediately bought a Teflon bowl.
The first thing I visited was a biscuit, rose well, baked !! Rolled over onto the grate without any problems !!!! Attached is a photo of the bottom after I took out the biscuit.
Yesterday I made buckwheat with chicken, everyone really liked it !! I'm happy as an elephant!

Good evening everyone. I bought this multicooker-Polaris0517AD today. I don’t understand that there is no steam outlet on the lid inside (removable part), as shown in the instructions for the description of the device. I look at the photos in the flroom it is. And inside the ker. there is no embossing of the bowl, it is sober. I haven't used it yet. Because I don't understand why she is different. Maybe the truth is a newer version changed.
Tell me if you can?
ju1ietta
fiestaa, the saucepan may well be slightly different, the main thing is that there is a tight contact with the thermal sensor and the silicone ring. As for the lid without a hole for steam, it is not clear (after all, the steam must go somewhere). Can you provide a photo?
fiestaa
good morning. How to upload a photo?

Fiesta, the lid looks a little different, but there are still holes for steam. The manufacturer may make minor design changes. I don't think they are critical. It is necessary to check in operation.
fiestaa
This is what the lid looks like. Maybe this is a new modification. There is no steam outlet at the bottom. But maybe the manufacturers thought that the top holes were enough?
fiestaa
Thank you. I will try. Yesterday they brought it in and I was afraid to use it yet. Looked at the recipe book. Very little. For example, how and in what proportions to cook just buckwheat or rice for a side dish. But I think I can do it with your site. I had a Raymond multicooker pressure cooker. Broke down after six months. Took to try this one.
fiestaa
Tell me, is there a recipe section for this particular model? Easter is coming. Can someone tell me the recipe for Easter cake.
ju1ietta
Interestingly, I also bought this multicooker after the warranty Redmond broke down.
ju1ietta
Fiesta, a multicooker is quite standard, there are no peculiarities in baking here, recipes are suitable from other multicooker. On the left there is a banner with links to Easter cakes.
fiestaa
Juliet, thank you very much for answering and helping in my doubts.
ju1ietta
Fiesta, glad to help.

I have the same lid, I didn’t even pay attention to it, I immediately started cooking, steam comes out perfectly through the hole on the lid. Probably a more modernized version, I have a production date: April 2014
ju1ietta
MoDNiZa, yeah, removed all unnecessary

Good evening. The first time I turned it on to boil water in steam mode. She poured water and closed it. Pressed steam cooking, 30 min. Pressed start. I don’t understand, it’s worth it. It seems to be heating up and time does not go back. Maybe not that I pressed it?
Jenealis
fiestaa, the countdown will start when the water heats up.And the crackle is most likely from the fact that water got into the ten under the bowl
fiestaa
The countdown went in 7-10 minutes. Tell me, the multicooker always heats up for about 10 minutes. I had a pressure cooker, after starting it also heated up for 10-15 minutes. Then there was a countdown. I thought there was no such thing in multicooker.
fiestaa
As I understand it, steam always comes from her while she is cooking? Is 1 hour enough for baking a cake, cake? And so that the top is baked whether it is necessary to turn it over or not. I didn't turn it over in the pressure cooker.
anavi
fiestaa, in order to weld a thread ON STEAM, because you need the water to boil. Therefore, the countdown starts from this moment - but you will know exactly what time to set you, right? Otherwise, they would have put, for example, 20 minutes, and they would start cooking only after 10 - when the water boils. So smart cartoon! I have 2 of them - the old version at the dacha and the latest at home. Steam comes mainly when something is boiling there - soup or water, but when baking, there is no steam - at least for me. I always make baked goods for 45-60 minutes, then I turn them over - and for another 10-20 minutes - mine don't eat a pale, unbaked top.
fiestaa
Olga! Thank you very much!
fiestaa
Good evening. Does not countdown in frying mode ?? I fried meat for 20-25 minutes and fry to the pilaf. As the time was set, it remained. I did not close the lid as it was constantly stirring. This is normal ???
anavi
fiestaa, this happens if you immediately put in the meat and turn on the mode. It is necessary to turn on, set the temperature-time, wait for the signal that the cartoon has heated up (to the specified temperature), then put the food - immediately after the signal, the countdown will start. Try it!
fiestaa
Thank you. It's strange why they don't write about this in the instructions. I mean about heating the multicooker about the signal ..... or I missed something. Yesterday I baked a cake. He's my very first. All the rules have been baked. Let's try it out. Today we will eat pilaf. I'll post the photo later.
