Installation of accessories
1. Turn the rotary knob (3) in the direction of the arrow to raise the arm of the machine.
2. To use the whisk (8c), first attach the bowl lid (6): hold the bowl lid ring up.
Notes: At the bottom of the sleeve you will see two grooves - right and left (▼).
Using the tabs, slide the bowl lid through the grooves and lock it by turning it clockwise.
Notes: The bowl lid is not needed when preparing dough with a kneading hook or a mixing hook. This will give you the ability to add ingredients as you prepare the dough.
3. Attach the protective disc (7) using the kneading hook (8a). It will prevent the rising dough from touching the drive shaft. Hold the disc the way you would hold the bowl. Pull the kneading hook from the bottom through the hole in the disc and secure by turning it approximately 90 °.
4. At the top of the tool, you can see the groove for the drive shaft and cotter pin. Install the desired tool by inserting its top end into the drive shaft. Press and turn at the same time
counterclockwise tool to secure the cotter pin to the drive shaft.
5. Place the bowl in place and turn clockwise until it stops.
6. Now add the ingredients.
Attention: Do not put too many ingredients, the maximum amount is 2 kg or 1.5 l of liquid.
7. Press the sleeve down until it snaps into place.
8. Plug the power cord into a properly installed 230 V / 50 Hz wall outlet. A lit red indicator indicates standby mode.
9. Press one of the speed buttons (buttons 1/2/3/4) on the control panel (1) to turn on the device. The green LED indicates the selected speed.
Select tool and speed according to the following table:
product / cooking max. number of tools speed max. time
work
Thick dough (e.g. yeast dough, shortcrust pastry) 2 kg Hook
for mixing 1 - 2 3 min
Medium dough (e.g. waffle dough or biscuit mixture) 2 kg Hook for
mixing 2-3 5 min
Puffy dough (e.g. biscuit mix, pancakes, beaten egg whites, cream, custard) 2 kg
or 1.5 liters Whisk 3-4 5 min
When choosing a speed, also observe the instructions in the recipes.

1. For better mixing of the thick dough, the unit starts at speed 1 with a low speed. After approximately 1.5 minutes of operation, it automatically changes from speed to speed 2. The green LED indicates this process. Go back to speed 1 if not needed.
2. Electronic speed control device prevents motor overload. If the load is too high, the RPM is automatically reduced within the set speed. The LED reading for the selected speed is saved.
