Anastasia, Well I began to watch Boomann in the net, after you. Indeed, the technical characteristics are very similar to the Clatronic. Still, it's strange that there are such different reviews ... And someone wrote about Clatronic it seems that the kneader is high. In one review they wrote that if you pour a glass into a bowl! water, the corolla barely reaches its surface! Well, this is something completely ...
What if the coating on the bowls is really different? This is possible if there are different manufacturers. You know, a Bosh company may have several factories in different cities, or even countries!
Namesake, what do you think about the power of our kitchen assistants? What parameters were you guided by when choosing your machine?

By the way, this is a plus sign for your assistant! Yes, and I take into account every nuance ...
You know, as people used to buy a cow, so did I ... Everywhere you have to look in, touch everything ...
Peter Push
salomeya29, I have Clathronic 3323, the simplest one, it works in a day or two since November 2013, the bowl does not even think it will oxidize, I melt the dough in it. The smallest one (for the experiment) whipped one egg without sugar, it is already less than a glass in volume, whipped well. But the choice is yours, think for yourself, decide for yourself ...
salomeya29
Peter Push, yes, I looked, a good device. Thanks for your feedback! I'll think...

There is no coating - stainless steel - as on spoons, forks - it is stainless steel in Africa.

My choice was easier. I needed a food processor with heating and cooking, but the choice is not great and there are no boshes among them. Therefore, power was in the background. But I have a Bosch who MUM-series is like this
🔗
- it just has less power than a bomann. I have been using it for many years and would have used it further - I came across a very reliable copy, the meat grinder works well, I kneaded the dough with it - I did it right there, I kneaded it, but jumped on the table if the dough was tight - but this is because I myself did not weighs a lot. With the rest - no problem. Bomann does not even think about jumping. It is heavier and more impressive. Boshik, as an honorary pensioner, will move to the dacha and will serve.

salomeya29, Anastasia is right, I accidentally scratched the bowl, but there are no consequences. Yes, Clathronic is stable. According to the passport, it works for 10 minutes, then you need to rest. I kneaded the meat-eating cake for 20-30 minutes without a break for 1 kg of flour. Many on the forum are confused by the lid without a hole for filling, but I never work with the lid, nothing comes out of the bowl. I am very pleased with the device. Successful choice to you !!!

Do I have a lid with a hole, or are you talking about that?
Peter Push
About this, about the hole in the lid for adding ingredients during operation, the Clathronic 3323 does not have one.
salomeya29
Anastasia, well, I don't need cooking, I also found out about heating here. I want to use mostly bread for kneading. Well, other pastries, of course.
And the link did not open ...
Every other day I am swung in the direction of Bosch, then - Klatronic ...
salomeya29
Thank you girls for your help !! I'll go to the store and try it on a tooth.
If you do not mind, I can ask more questions.
salomeya29
Anastasia, its me again... Tell me please, does your Bomann have planetary nozzles?
Anastasia

Anastasia, it's me again ... Tell me please, does your Bomann have planetary nozzles?

I read what planetary rotation is.

"Planetary" technology in mixers and combines carries out mixing of products by rotating a whisk, hook or paddle around the main axis and the axis of the bowl in the container.
-----------------
I answer that in my boyfriend - yes, it is. The corolla moves exactly in this way, while rotating.
Anastasia

Yes, I look at the link there, apparently due to advertising, it was shortened and cannot be opened. Well, in general, here is such a mum from my Bosch

Yes, this is a great "function" that is very useful when working with a test, and probably not only with a test.

Here's a Bosh and I looked at the beginning, and now I'm leaning more towards Clatronic or Bomann!
Peter Push
salomeya29. Clathronic 3323 is also planetary, the pin to which the rim and hook are attached is not in the center of the sleeve, but almost at the edge of the circle. If you are interested in my opinion, then the Bosch combine is good, multifunctional, but if in the first place is kneading dough for baking various breads, pies, then the Clathronic is better, firstly the power is higher, secondly the bowl is larger. I knead and dilute in it a double dose according to the dough recipe from HP Panasonic, this is 1 kg of flour, and how much we put on a meat-eating cake for 1 kg of flour, it won't fit into Bosch. All the best to you!!!
salomeya29
Peter Pushand all the best to you!
You know, I also came to such thoughts after talking here with you and Anastasia. You have shortly and clearly expressed my long "agonizing" choice, thereby confirming that I am on the right track! Thank you! Now I'm deciding specifically which model (Clatronic) to buy. I need a blender too. There is a model KM 3350. It is not heated, but already with a blender.
Tatoshenka
salomeya29, and you can't even imagine how convenient it is to make choux pastry (for cakes, dumplings, pancake ...), custard, béchamel sauce, etc. in a heated model.
olga0101
Tatoshenka, oh, tease)))
I am also here in the bushes, I read about bomans-clathronics)) and dream in quiet))
I want exactly the same as yours, although initially I thought the easiest to buy)))
half of the amount is already there)) I am saving up little by little.
we have opened a media market here, we need to stop by to see if there is something there. if not, then you will have to order from ozone))
vatruska
To tease, to tease ... How to tease ... Here, too, I am sitting in the bushes ... But in the media market there may not be ... In Moscow they are not - I also think where to see them live ...
Tatoshenka
olga0101, vatruska, girls, I'm not teasing, honestly, honestly, I advise
For two years I could not decide, but here Anastasia helped me decide, for which many thanks to her

My agony of choice was incomparably shorter, so a couple of months. I really wanted Kenwood, like Raisin, but it's too expensive for me, I was thinking about a loan, but it's almost double the amount. Then I read here Natalya308's experience, and decided on Clathronic 3323, at first, like Natalya308, I did not expect anything worthwhile from him, the more pleasant it is now to work with him. Successful choice and the best specimen !!!
Anastasia

It's my pleasure! I am glad when the technique brings pleasure from working with it and in turn I can say thanks to those who were pioneers in this topic. I do not regret at all that I have chosen just such a combine. I would have bought Kenwood, but alas - I think its price is exorbitant. But these clathronic-bomann - at the price seem very advantageous to me. However, anyone who does not need heating can do without it. But I've already cooked strawberry jam as it was already described in the topic - lovely - easy and simple!
salomeya29
Tatoshenka, You hit the spot right! After all, I plan to make dumplings dough, and I regularly cook Bechamel sauce, and I did not think that it is very convenient to cook it in a food processor!
As they say, one head is good, but two are some kind of Serpent Gorynych !!
Tatoshenka
salomeya29,
olga0101
Girls, and if it is heated, then the cup there normally washes under running water? or even right in the water?
nothing will happen to him?
Ehhh, I will not endure until the end of summer, I feel my husband will have to justify the purchase))))
salomeya29
Tatoshenka, and what kind of Clathronic do you have? I looked through Temka again, found where you write that you bought it, and which one you did not write ...
Tatoshenka
salomeya29, I have a Clathronic KM 3476
Tatoshenka
olga0101, everything is easy to clean, you cannot lower the bottom into the water, there is a heating element. When kneading the custard dough, it stuck very little, did not burn, the size of the spot is small, somewhere about 3 centimeters in diameter. But it was washed off without soaking just with a sponge.
Anastasia
It is really easy to clean, as it is stainless steel. The bottom with contacts, of course, cannot be washed in a dishwasher, for example, but under running water I wash at my own peril and risk and so far TTT, everything is in order, because everything is done well there - I already wrote about this in the subject and even took a large photo plan of the contact group - it is well enough removed (hidden) and water does not damage it.

Hello girls!
Well, here I was waiting for my happiness.
Until I really understood the charm of this device.
It so happened in the evening I received it, and in the morning I went to the hospital with my granddaughter.
It didn't work out properly.
Beat the biscuit and knead the minced meat on the cutlets.
I was in a great hurry. I also had to cook dinner and lunch.
So as we check out and I will go on vacation then and run in full.
Here is a photo that I managed to shoot. Userpics / 27176 / IMG_20140708_195938 ~ 1.jpg]Clatronic kneaders

Anastasia, Thank you!

Wow, I read the whole Temko and found many answers to my virtual questions so far. I count the hours when Clathronic 3476 will be delivered to me today.

The main thing is the meat-eating cake, he kneads uraaaaaaaa!
vatruska
For some reason, I'm stuck again ... Do the clathronics have a dough mixer + blender without a meat grinder? (P.S. seems to have ditched a new blender blender - made a fruit mixture (dried fruits + honey + nuts) here it smelled of burnt ..., in general, silly).
Peter Push
vatruska
Combines of the Klatronic family have no modification of a kneader + blender, there is only a kneader + meat grinder (KM-3421, KM-3414, KM-3067) or a kneader + meat grinder + blender (KM-3476, KM-3350, RS-KM-1004).
Peter Push
InnaVega
Myasoedovsky will knead !!!! be calm, 20 minutes and the dough is ready !!! This year I took 1 kg of makfu flour and all according to the recipe gram per gram, the only drawback had to bake twice
InnaVega
Thank you, I'm waiting !!!

Hello everybody!
So we are at home and everything is fine with us.
Kneaded lemon cake todayClatronic kneaders
That's how I was expecting something else, I don't know how to express it correctly.
The first biscuit turned out no better than I did with a mixer. I would like to think the next one will be better.
I do not want to be disappointed with my dough mixer.
When I was kneading the cake, I was picking up what to knead, I stopped at the whisk.
From the bottom I had to mix it with a silicone spatula.
Here is the link to insert the recipe, I don't know how.
Photo of the finished cake will be later.
Maybe someone knows where you can see the recipes. I will be very grateful.

From the bottom I had to mix it with a silicone spatula.
Perhaps this is a feature of any combine. I watched the video of our Tanya (Makarenko) about making a biscuit in Shteba, she beat the dough in her Kenwood - so she had the same thing - at the very end with a silicone spatula, she helped to intervene what the dough mixer could not hook. The video is on youtube. It is possible that technically it is impossible to solve this issue 100%, otherwise the whisk will continuously beat against the bowl, and therefore they do not decide. My kneader comes with a whisk with silicone edges - here it covers the entire bowl around the perimeter, but this whisk is not for whipping dough, but for cooking.
You picked up the whisk absolutely correctly, Tanechka on Kenwood whipped the biscuit the same way. I think that your dough mixer will definitely please you when you need to make a tight dough or something else complicated. After all, you can really beat the biscuit with a hand whisk, as it was done before the mixers, just for a long time, but this dough is not complicated and not indicative in my opinion.
irina_g_
Anastasia, I took it specifically for the biscuit dough.
The mixer is already so old and I was looking for a replacement for it, I wanted a mixer and more powerful and came across a kneader.
I began to study this issue
I read somewhere that it is very good to beat biscuits with a dough mixer.
And I also want to try marshmallows. The mixer I did it turned out great, but the spruce mixer mastered this business.
I have a bread maker for bread, I always bake to the store, I don’t go for it, I don’t know how much it costs.
I love Viennese pastry, I will still make it.
Here is a lemon muffin delicious very

I have a Clathronic 3323, here is my biscuit experience. The three ingredients (eggs, sugar, flour) are equal in volume. First, pour eggs into the bowl, turn it on, add sugar evenly at speed 3, after beating the eggs with sugar, gradually add flour, speed 2 or 3. Nothing remains in the bowl at the bottom. Sometimes I mix the flour with my hands, 1/2 of the flour can be replaced with starch. I and kneading the dough first pour liquid, and then flour, salt, sugar, etc. Success to you !!!
Peter Push
irina_g
Yes, I beat it with a whisk, I also mix flour with it, although I also tried the K-shaped nozzle.
irina_g_
Thanks for the advice, Peter Push. I will still, of course, stay.
Tanya Makarenko added baking powder to the biscuit, I do not.
I want to make it according to her recipe, that is, I'll try to weigh everything. I have been making 5 eggs 1 tbsp for many years. sugar and 1st. flour and a pack of vanilla sugar.
I whipped both separately and immediately with sugar, the result was the same - everything rose well.
But in principle, it turned out no worse, you don't have to worry about it.

Tatoshenka
I made mashed potatoes in Klatrosh, what can I say, it's just a song, I really liked it, the mashed potatoes turned out to be homogeneous and so airy. (y) The husband kept asking: “So I don’t understand, why didn’t you do anything with the potatoes?”, to which my daughter replied, well, why didn’t she do it, cleaned it and cut it into quarters — she translated the instructions for me. Well, yes, of course, she peeled it, peeled a potato peeler for me ...
Matilda_81
Tatoshenka, Natalia, tell me, what did you crush the potato with? what kind of adaptation from Klatronic?
salomeya29
Tatoshenka, well, you finally finally all such "mechanized"! In a good way ...
I look at many girls-members of the forum so many kitchen appliances. I only have a submersible blender and a mixer ... I somehow had no interest in cuisine before, but now I have found so many interesting things for myself, it's a pity there is not enough time for everything ...
I'm still waiting for what my husband promised ... I hope I won't have to wait 3 years ...
Tatoshenka
Matilda_81, I used a silicone attachment, it was for cooking, Anastasia posted a photo.
salomeya29, oh, you know, before I got acquainted with HP, I also had a mixer and a blender, and I did not use those, and recently, thanks to the girls, so much equipment has been bought, so the most important thing is that I use all of them.
Matilda_81
Natalia, I understood correctly, you boiled potatoes, poured liquids and mixed with a silicone nozzle and you got mashed potatoes? without lumps?
Tatoshenka
Matilda_81, cooked right in the kneader, flooded with water, then poured water, added butter and milk and inserted a silicone nozzle and turned it on and that's it, after a few minutes there was an excellent airy puree without lumps.
A recipe book is attached to the kneader, though not in Russian, my daughter translated for me, then on the internet I looked at the recipe for Kesha with heating, so it is one to one.
Matilda_81
TatoshenkaThank you very much for your consultation! I've been picking up this type of processor for myself, Kesha's price is certainly atomic, after all, Klatronic / Boman is still divine.
