Beating two squirrels (+1 glass of sugar) in such a bowl is difficult, after 5 minutes I achieved only white foam from it, but not peaks, added one more protein, turned it on, then things went better, strong, stable foam (when turning the bowl, even did not stir) it turned out in minutes for 4.
