I have white - I love her
Yutan
vernisag, Thanks for inserting a photo! I already inserted links and so, but it still does not insert. I also go crazy for her. And no one said anything about the cupcake. He turned out to be so tall and with a dome. This husband did not wait for it to cool down, immediately began to cut and ate half of the cake, and even with the compote cooked earlier.
Elena Tim
A very cool cupcake! The cut is good, baked. Give the recipe - I will bake it. We have cupcakes in use.

No offense to the little ones, but the more I looked at both of them, the more I agreed that black looks cooler, well, IMHO is natural)))

Yutan, how appetizing it sounds, Stolichny in accordance with GOST, and share the recipe
The recipe was found in the open spaces of the institute.

Butter 200 gr
Granulated sugar 200 gr
Chicken eggs 3 eggs)
Seedless raisins glass. I washed the raisins and soaked them in boiling water (slightly covered the raisins, dripped the essence of Rum) for an hour. The excess liquid was drained and rolled in flour before mixing the fractions conditionally liquid and dry.
A pinch of salt
Wheat flour 290 gr
Baking powder bag 10g
Powdered sugar for sprinkling 10 gr

HOW TO COOK
Beat the softened butter for 5-10 minutes on a food processor, add granulated sugar and continue beating for another 5 minutes. Then add eggs in small portions and beat for another 5 minutes. Using a spatula, mix the resulting mass with washed and dried raisins, salt and baking powder. Then add the sifted flour and mix. Transfer the mass to a prepared (greased and floured) bowl of MB. Further, I already wrote above - I put on baking mode. After finishing I tried the readiness with a toothpick. Not ready in the middle. Added the Oven mode for another 5-7 minutes. I ran the toothpick test again. Everything was ready. She took it out of the bowl. The surface was light. Lubricated sl. butter and sprinkled with icing sugar. The husband eats, smearing with jam. It tastes so good to him. And I shot the sample without jam. I liked it too.
I used to bake this cake in a rectangular shape in the oven. And here I tested a new thing and baked in it.

Yutan,
You better issue a separate recipe, otherwise it will get lost in the topic, and even for us who know about it, it will be difficult to find it. And even newcomers even more!
irman
On the forum we have a recipe for Stolichny according to GOST https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=38984.0 Very tasty
tatita
Well, this is a cake recipe for our Bork, but from our own hands, it is always tastier!
And we'll try Zhivchik's recipe in a bread machine.

The forum is. And I adapted it for my cartoon. True, I did not see this recipe, but adapted it according to the spiritual version, without relying on the recipe indicated above (I simply did not see it).

Ira, just Ira
Hello everyone! Here I am joining you! Bought a little white!
Regarding milk porridge, I read horror films about boiling through the valve and while I cook like this - for a glass of porridge two and a half to three glasses of water and for porridge mode. For 5-10 minutes I turn off, pour milk, butter and put in multi-cook mode at 92-95 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Everything works out great. I cooked corn and oatmeal (that's why such a runaway time)!
Yutan
Congratulations on your purchase. I don't know, I cook 1 cup of oatmeal for 4 cups of milk on "porridge". Nothing has ever escaped me. Moreover, I set the timer for the morning, fresh porridge is ready for breakfast. My husband and I are so used to oatmeal in the morning that even something is missing if we didn't eat oatmeal in the morning.
Xuntel
Good morning everyone. I really want my yogurt. Please tell us how and what? What sourdough is better to buy? How to make yogurt with berries, otherwise the husband will not eat without them. I don't want to buy a store one anymore, you look at the composition and it gets worse immediately. I have a BORK U700. I bought it a month ago and have not been more suitable for the stove since then. I cook almost everything. Maybe not everything comes out right away, but after small experiments, all households are happy with the result. Thanks for your recipes.

PRA-ZDRA-Vlya-Yu free of charge! Pooh.
Are you going to cook sous-vide in cartoon, Liz?
Vei
Yutan,
And from what milk and rolled oats do you cook porridge? And do not dilute milk with water?
Elena Tim
A couple of days ago, I finally figured out the pea soup! Tapericha he's not going anywhere from me
The meat was sinewy, so at first I held it on "Roasting", with the lid closed. It was stewed and fried. Then I switched to "Oven" -3 and added onions and carrots for just five minutes. All! I threw in the peas and potatoes and poured boiling water over it. I cooked on the "Multipovar" at my favorite 95 degrees - 50 minutes. It turned out as I like: part of the peas turned into mashed potatoes, and the second part remained soft halves. Cool shorter! It turned out, of course, not in one bookmark, but never once or anywhere did it hurt to worry: ESCAPE, DOESN'T ESCAPE! Now this is the only way I will cook it. You just need to write it down somewhere, so as not to forget. A girl's memory!
Vei
Flax, and you, in the comments to the pea soup recipe, write all this and what other peas you took.
Elena Tim
Yes, I'll roll it over there. The main thing is that Dima does not take this as criticism of his soup.

Yutan,

Yes, I cook it with milk that my husband will bring from the store. 3.2% sterilized. We set the timer for the morning. In the morning the porridge is ready. I cooked it in my Panasonic, so the porridge is not so tasty. The milk looks like baked milk. Here in the spring I will try the porridge on village milk. I also want to try to heat milk in Bork. At Hotter, I did it well.
Vei
Yutan,
Do not understand where the baked milk is obtained in Bork or Panas?

irman,
I asked about something else:
The milk looks like baked milk.
It seems like a speech about Panasonic, but I did not quite understand.
irman
So you asked about porridge?
Yutan

Yutan,
Do not understand where the baked milk is obtained in Bork or Panas?
I answered about Bork. And she compared porridge with porridge in Panas. I specially went and looked in the refrigerator - pasteurized Lianozovskoe milk 3.2%. Cook two servings of porridge in Bork... Now we don't use Panas.
I wrote about baked milk for the future (thoughts of a racehorse !!!). In the summer, at the dacha, I took milk from a milkmaid and drowned it on a languishing mode in Hotter. Now I want to try to repeat it in Bork. I don’t know which mode to choose. I think a multi-cook should choose the time and temperature.

This I wrote that porridge is obtained, as from baked milk. The color is creamy, melted.
Jouravl
Oh girls! Today they gave me another slow cooker. Redmond 4500. I don't know what to do with it ...
arameglio
Hello everyone, I got myself a multicooker bokr true 800
since I'm a healthy lifestyle, I think sowing a thing will make my life easier
only I have not fully figured it out yet), or rather, I have not figured it out
how to change the temperature? I pressed the settings three times and my temperature changes only in the heating mode and only up to 77 degrees
there are very few recipes for a bork multicooker, can you watch something by analogy?
I cooked buckwheat, but somehow it turned out to be dry (heyelp people)
Vei

So you asked about porridge?
I asked in what cartoon the porridge turns out to be melted, I DO NOT like this, I want regular milk. But most likely it was Bork that was meant, since the melted taste appears in SV.

Hope, sell on Avito, is unlikely to be of any use ... Although it may also come in handy)))
Vei
arameglio,
We will hardly be able to help with anything concrete, since you and I have completely different CBs, assembled at different factories using different technologies. But they have one thing in common - these are pressure cookers, so we will orientate in general terms, only a little later, when I send the children to bed.

thanks, I'll wait
I understand that very few people know anything about the u800
Vei
I did not test the 800 in the case, but according to the descriptions and upon detailed examination I did not like it at all, there are moments that, in my female opinion, are unfortunate and absolutely not practical (IMHO). Yes, and it was assembled at a factory, whose reputation, unfortunately, tarnished.
In general, it does not justify its price, this is perhaps its main problem.
Therefore, there are very few owners and information on it. But, all the same, this is a very sophisticated SV, and you need to find a common language with it. I will try to help you with this.

Buckwheat program in all Korean SV curve. Well, they don't eat buckwheat in Korea and don't understand how to cook it. And Bork's recipe book is not up to par, I have long lost confidence in it, and even now, after some corrections and changes, it is of little use. I think yours is the same.

You can set the temperature yourself in the Multi-Cook mode, most likely the Voice Guide will explain how to do this. And also on Heating, but you don't need Heating now.

Do you need buckwheat for a side dish on the water or milk?
arameglio
ordinary buckwheat on water) but you can also on milk))
damn, do not upset me in my purchase)
Jouravl
No need to get upset! Try to cook buckwheat on the program. It turns out a little dry, but you may like it. And for comparison, on a multi-brew, 20 minutes and a pace of 103-105. Experiment and choose modes. Any technique takes some getting used to. Good luck!

Here you still need the proportions of cereals: pick up water, try 1: 1.5, maximum 1: 2.
arameglio
I cooked a multi-cook on option for 20 minutes at 105 degrees, already more juicy, but all the cereals were not completely cooked

Can't you put a delayed start on a multi-cook?
