VEGETABLES IN THE STEAMER
cauliflower, level 3 15 minutes
Zucchini level 3 10min
Carrot 4 level 15min
Wash the vegetables thoroughly, pour 500 ml of water into the multicooker bowl, put on the grate, lay out the chopped vegetables, select the desired parameters.

Porridge in a steamer
Oatmeal 3 level 15min
2st. lies. oatmeal
100ml water
Buckwheat 4level 25min
1 st. lies. buckwheat
120ml water
MANNA Level 2 15min (we don't eat semolina yet, I did it for fun, porridge
1 st. manna lies turned out good, without lumps)
100ml water
In a pan for a microwave oven (with a lid in holes for steam), we put a certain amount of cereal and water. We choose the required level and time. Grind the finished porridge with a blender, I add a little mixture and fruit. Finally my gourmet began to eat with gusto!

What is the child's age? What is the food now?
The most important thing in the first feeding is to start with vegetables, then porridge and only then move on to fruits, otherwise the child will refuse vegetables. That is, we go from the most tasteless to the sweetest.

We are soon 7 months old, we are artificial, we began to eat vegetables and cereals from 4, as we did not gain weight well. Nowadays, cooking vegetables is just a pleasure with a cooker. I would like to learn how to make buckwheat porridge, rice, oatmeal just as well. We have already introduced meat into complementary foods, while we eat from jars, but we want our own home. There is no time to experiment at all, so I will be grateful to everyone for the advice.

Tanya, not at all! It's just that my child is no longer at that age, and it turns out that everything is forgotten so quickly.
But did you read the cooking time and the levels of the steamer indicated in the first post somewhere, or did you yourself experimentally come to such conclusions?
Another question - do you take vegetables fresh or frozen, whole or cut?

All the recipes were deduced by the method of "trial and error": girl_cleanglasses: with writing on a leaf: umnik2: adding and decreasing, in the end I got the best result for me. For older people, the time (or level) can be reduced, for us toothless is the only way. Liza thanks again for the idea with cereals, now our 100g are made with a bang

tatita, hello, a bit late, but thanks for this post anyway. In a couple of months we will have all this. Did you pre-soak the cereals?
