Girls, who bought a spare bowl and seal for the multi?
what for??? I only know that in winter they sold the bowl through the service center for 10 thousand (!)
Why do you need it, did you just buy it?
Kozlovay
One is not enough, and the smells are absorbed (I want to separately for soups-meat and baked goods-desserts. 10 thousand is expensive. I found a bowl and a ring 690 + 250 that was suitable from Cucoo for 2913 + 722 (delivery) and a ring 690 + 250, so I want to order. looking for a double deck steamer like oursson 5005, but haven't found yet (
Vei
She does not absorb odors, everything is perfectly washed, and after a month you will not have to wash
Two-tiered steamers are included in the complete set for kuku1055, perhaps they are sold separately)))
I would not dare to buy a cup in absentia, Kuko has hundreds of them, and it is rather difficult to find the right one.
Are you confident in your choice?
Kozlovay
Until you see the cup you will not understand, I will try to write to the seller and I will definitely decide on the choice. I think that a Cuckoo steamer will cost decently at the service center and it is cheaper to order from Korea or China, but I can't find it, everywhere only the lower steamers are plastic or metal (
Kozlovay
The smells from the seasonings remain as if you did not wash them off (I baked the meat, and then put the yoghurt, the smell remained slightly from the seasonings), only a self-osichka with lemon helps a little, but you don't always have time for this, the kids are small)

This will go away over time, as the gum will be coated with an indelible thin layer of grease that will not absorb odors.
Kozlovay
The manufacturer Cuckoo recommends changing the sealant once a year, so I thought since I would order a saucepan and buy a sealant right away

Vei, read the forum, I have a choice. you have a lot of experience, so please help. What is better to choose Bork 700 (heating temperature is already +35) or Cook 1055. The question price is the same (the difference is 500 rubles)? Now, if you were now making a choice, what would you choose.

Most likely either Bork or Kuku1051. I have the busiest bork, but my favorite and extraordinary rice is obtained only in cuckoos. It is difficult for me to give objective advice, I love everyone. In Bork, baking is not very good, or rather, I didn’t succeed right away, and I didn’t experiment further, as there are other pots that are very successful in this, so I bake in them. Maybe I just didn't start looking for the optimal regime.
Olyaworld
In kuk1054, you can turn off the pressure on the multi-cooker and in the Dolgovarka mode (it seems that it is called), you can select three temperature ranges.
But when I bought Bork, I thought that it had functionality like that of a cuck1054, and that the time setting system is different and everything else is more modern, but I was wrong (and expensively made a mistake!)
Vei, thanks for the answer. But reading your previous analysis of multicooker (double boiler), in particular, the ability to turn off pressure and so on (in terms of functionality), would you still prefer Bork?
Vei
When I just bought my first CFs, I was also very bothered about turning off the pressure, modes of long-term operation, etc., and when I didn't find all this in Bork, I was very upset. Then I got kuku1054, and 1055, and 1051. So, in terms of functionality and convenience, 1054 cannot be compared with all the others. Perhaps because of this, I am so cool about the 1055, although it has new programs and a modern time setting system, but the heart does not lie with it.
I cook most of all in Borok, but I like cuckoo rice more. Borok has markings on the bowl not by bowls, but by ml. Because of this, you do not always fall into the ideal cereal-water ratio, and the result is worse. But I am too demanding for rice.
I practically don't use the slow cooker and PP modes, it seems to me too inefficient in terms of electricity to use them. It is cheaper and easier to use separate devices, especially since they are. I never turn off the pressure, because I just need the pressure, because without it it will be a long time, but there is no time all the time.
In general, now I am against combining all devices in one. But if you really want it, then Cuckoo 1051 will be an excellent option. And Bork is very good, he has such a gorgeous performance, everything is perfect, every little detail is thought out. It seems that everything is great in cuckoos too, but after Bork, even they find flaws. But their functionality is better.
To choose the right one, you need to decide what is more important, what functions and modes are paramount.
Esmik
So my doubts are torn between cookies 1055 and bork 700. My criteria and arguments in favor of one or another multi:
1.The speed of cooking is very important, because we have an induction cooker and it will be unacceptably sad if the cartoon starts working slower (judging by the reviews, Bork wins)
2. Ease, "problem-free" preparation of soups, stewed vegetables, meat, fish, poultry, milk porridge and other children's dishes, simple baking. it seems like a plus cuckoo, because there are whole forums with a lot of rolled recipes for it.
4.Environmental friendliness and durability of the bowl (I never found an answer for myself who is better)
5. the ability to sometimes cook yoghurts, jellied meat, crumbly rice, very rarely fry, that is, not that we are killed over all this, but since the device will be purchased only one, I would like to have such really working functions.
The possibility of a quick purchase and service in our city is only available onboard, plus an obvious one, but still I can’t make up my mind. It is written above: I love the cuckoo most of all, but most often I cook in bork, I really don’t understand, in this situation, which device is really better :)) probably all the same bork?
Kozlovay
: Recipes from Cuckoo 1055 are suitable for bork, and from 1054 it is easy to adapt by adding 10-15 minutes to the recommended time (for heating and pressure build-up), the time depends on the number and temperature of the starting products) IMHO they should cook about the same) I was Bork700 and had the same problem and I was still considering element, but I took Boriska as a design, and I am completely satisfied. Baking in the oven mode turns out well, but in the baking mode it is less lush, you just need to adapt) It is more convenient to have two multi-products on the farm. I like milk porridge in a regular slow cooker more (I have an old moulinex 302), and I cook meat dishes and vegetables only in Boriska and yoghurts turn out well. Good luck with your choice)
Esmik
Thanks for the answer. Already on the eve of the purchase, such a question struck me, help! (maybe not here ask, give a link then, pzhlsta): the cartoon is induction, my stove is also induction, and the hood above the stove, respectively. Is it possible to put ind. cartoon on the induction hob when the latter is turned off, of course ??
Kozlovay
Here's what I found on the forum, answer 714 https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=199351.700 , you call bork technical support tel 88007005588)
Kozlovay
I think that nothing will happen to the stove, the main thing is to turn it off and keep the dishes for induction away, otherwise it will get hot.
Kozlovay
My order came through EBay for an additional bowl and silicone seal from Korea: the bowl and seal for the Cuckoo HNXG 1011 FB fit perfectly))) I can't insert a photo from the phone (
Esmik
I missed something, but you ordered this bowl for what multi? She's not native, is she?
Kozlovay
The multicooker Bork700 and cuckoo 1011 (Korean rice cooker) are the same, differ in settings.
Esmik
Well, yes, I read that there were analogs, I even thought about buying Korean with English, but recently I changed my mind, suddenly there was something wrong in it and decided to bork.Did you order the bowl additionally or the original one has already deteriorated? if so, how long did it take to replace it?

Both bowls are in excellent condition, I just cook dishes with a strong smell (for example, seasonings) in one bowl, and yoghurts and pastries in the other, I also change the O-ring so that the smells do not mix.
Esmik
it's great, you will have to order too. and recipes from 1055 can be safely used directly? otherwise they will soon bring the wrestling, and I’m already thinking where to start. after the failure with moulinex, even a scary little, although in muinex the real problem was - nothing was cooked there. and I naively tried to make three dishes there, each for 4 hours of time and to no avail. Thank God we managed to return it as a marriage ..
Kozlovay
I use recipes from 1055, but there are more recipes for 1054 and I add 15-20 minutes, everything works out great. If you have any questions, please contact me) I still have an old Moulinex and I made friends with her, she cooks excellent milk porridge for us))) and stew the soup only in Boriska
Esmik
Thank you, I will definitely contact you, but in Borisk, don't you get porridge ??
Kozlovay
Cooks, but he is usually busy with something else and I like it more in a regular cartoon)

Girls all the good time of the day. Fell in love at first sight with this pressure cooker, something else I can't imagine now, but there are still doubts. Tell me, please, how much is the minimum bookmark of cereals, there is now a small child in the family, complementary foods have begun, can I cook just a little bit in it?

In any MW, you can cook even 1 spoonful of cereal, but in a separate heat-resistant dish according to the principle of a steam bath. That is, pour water into the MV bowl along the bottom mark, put a double boiler and a bowl of cereal and milk on it. Close everything and start the Steamer program.
This is how I make a portioned omelet for a child. Although, in my opinion, it is for the smallest ones that it is better to take a separate MV with a volume of up to 2 liters (I have a baby Redmond -02 for this purpose).
As the time goes on, my love for Bork grows stronger, and in the latest versions of this model, where Heating is regulated from 35C, all the disadvantages that could have taken place have been corrected.
Now their prices have dropped and are quite comparable to the price of the Cuckoo 1055, so Bork wins.
tatita
Thanks for the answer and the steamed porridge idea! BOUGHT: yahoo: We decided to let him cook for adults (there are two more senior dignitaries in the family), but for the little one I like myself. In fact, it turned out to be suitable for everyone!

Good day! Help me figure out the new multicooker. When the multicooker is operating, for example, in the extinguishing mode, steam is constantly coming from the multicooker. Is this how it should be or should steam only come out after a voice message? When self-cleaning, steam comes out of the multicooker also during the entire process, and after a voice message, it is more abundant.

I practically don't use stewing, so I find it difficult to answer, but in general I admit this option, especially if there is a lot of liquid in the bowl.
But on self-cleaning, steam does not come out constantly ...
Notikk
Vei, thanks for the answer. I'll try self-cleaning today. In general, I am very pleased with the multicooker, it only annoys the noise during cooking. Before that there was Panas. worked quieter.

I would like to draw your attention to the fact that it practically does not make any noise, the fan noise is certainly audible, but it is not significant, and I do not notice it.
BUT (!) Sometimes it starts humming very strongly, and it shouldn't be so. Usually, I just check the location of the electrical wire and remove it so that it does not get tangled under the MV, but neatly comes out between the rear legs. After that, the loud hum stops.
Notikk
Yes, she seems to herself and does not make noise, the sound comes from the pressure valve, the sound of steam release. And the code was cooking porridge, the pressure valve jumped in different directions and everything hissed from there.

The second portion of the cold also froze, it was just not very strong, they melted quickly enough.
Cut the potatoes into circles 0.5 cm thick, put in a bowl, if desired, add onion rings. Mix sour cream or mayonnaise with seasonings and put in a bowl, mix everything. Put grated cheese on top, turn on Buckwheat Mode.

Today I tried to make a pickled chicken under a fur coat, on the OVKOVKA program, level 3, the time is 30 minutes, that it did not please me at all, the bottom was fried and so pale upward, added time on a multi-cook, but it never fried upwards, what is not ???

Firstly, I would not use the 3rd level, it is too hot, the 1st or 2nd is better.
And secondly, there will never be a baked crust on top in MV. Even in dough baked goods, the top may slightly brown, and even then not always and when there is not enough of it, and the meat, since it will never brown in a real oven. Therefore, I fry it on all sides before baking, less often after, and just fry it on the 3rd level of the Oven.
tatita
Sorry, but what about the top heating element? , well, next time you will have to undress the chicken, and she was so solid in a fur coat
tatita
Interestingly, if you put the steamer grate in the bowl, put the meat on it and select the third level, the bottom of the poidea will not be fried, but the top will work out? Or am I already prepared

Why not? I don’t think that the bowl will suffer much, but it’s better to insure yourself and bake on the 2nd level, since the bottom of the bowl is empty. After all, the temperature in Bork is 150-180-230C in the Oven.

Now I'll try to make pizza on a wire rack, I've already experimented with meat, I hope my husband won't be left without dinner

Girls, hello! Take me to your warm company! I promise to behave well. I've been cooking and photographing here for two days. There are four recipes. But now I need your help, please. When drawing up a recipe, there is a column: Final photo. Take it from the gallery below. "Well, I stuck this photo in half with grief in the gallery, but now I don't understand how to throw it into the final photo.Help me please! I'd like to participate.

You cannot make yoghurt in Bork, because even though there is a temperature of 40 degrees in a multi-cooker, the maximum program time is 99 minutes, which is not enough for yoghurt. Unless you stand nearby and run the program several times, but for such a price ...
You will understand that this is a pressure cooker, very high quality and beautifully executed, and at the same time mainly with automatic modes (also excellent), but there is no way to change anything in them, even time! There are only three modes in which you can make your settings:
-Multi-cook (time from 10 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes step 1 min) and temperature from 40 to 120 g step 1 g
- Steamer (from 10 min to 1 hour 30 min step 1 min) temperature 3 levels it is not known how many degrees
-Oven (from 10 min to 1 hour 30 min step 1 min) temperature 3 levels it is not known how many degrees

This machine is not for a creative culinary approach, but for minimal participation in the cooking process.
The heating level for Oven mode can be
adjust in the range of 3 levels (150, 180
and 230 ° C).

I have already posted these temperatures more than once here in the topic. Unfortunately, due to the remoteness of my quote, it is no longer possible to edit this post. At that time, the manufacturer did not indicate the temperature for the Oven mode.
