Initially, the TURBO mode was intended for super fast cooking of rice, and in 1055 the Rice mode itself can be attributed to TURBO, and Buckwheat too.

Thanks for clarifying! I so understood during cooking that in these modes there is a strong evaporation of liquid ??? If not difficult, tell me how you can use them?

Well, so far I am not very happy with the results of adaptation of this mode and I practically do not use it. Sometimes I cook rice that cannot be cooked for a long time, or semi-cooked rice for minced meat in such modes with less water. What I do in Borok in this mode is scary to do in 1055 - all of a sudden the valve gets clogged, here the design is a little different. If you cut some potatoes into thin circles, then with mayonnaise and cheese on top, it has time to bake, and fry from below.

Are you satisfied with the bork? My husband persuades me to take him! At first I wanted it first, but after reading the reviews I slowed down. Although I still admire him. The bork grill suits me completely, although not cheap!

And in what proportions is it better? And how long on multi-cook?
I cooked 2 mst of buckwheat: 3.5 mst of water. She cooks on Milk Porridge automatically, I don't even know how long. It turns out completely open, but not a mess.
To quickly, I tried it on Multipovar: I poured hot water from a kettle for 30 (I think 25 would be enough) minutes at 95C. Also normal.
Then put the butter in there and stand for a little while on the heat.

And in Bork, buckwheat is good on Buckwheat?

Nope, in Bork on Buckwheat, buckwheat does not work, I cook on a multi-cooker, though 120C, but so far I have not achieved an ideal result anywhere.

Multicooker Cuckoo SMS-HE1055F - reviews and discussion

Looks cool, right?
Nymph
Yes, I was a little disappointed with the cracked lid.
And from the software content, I was not at all able to adapt anywhere only rice and buckwheat programs. Not all vegetables are prepared on the prog - but still I use it often.
I baked sourdough rye bread without yeast yesterday in the oven - it turned out amazing. So in general, almost everything is in business. But the second same device is just of a different color - this is already a clinic, I think
So - we will save for Bork
Vei
And I only kept it because of the rice until I got a Korean cuckoo rice cooker.
The rice is great in both!

sushi-rice program in it yes - very good - rice on sushi in it we only do

Well, ... I liked it better, plus it lasts only about 13-15 minutes, and in Bork it is 35-40 minutes.
In Borka, even on Buckwheat, I liked rice more than on Rice, it is more difficult to select the proportions there, the risks by displacement are applied, and not by mst, as in cuckoos.
And in general, come on to our topic

And I don't have anything black in my kitchen. Light classic. Therefore, you have to choose only white devices.
Partly because of this, I still haven't even looked at Bork, just last week I went to the little white shop to touch it. Cute, of course. But I didn't see a big advantage in the programs for myself: well, maybe Rice and Buckwheat work softer, and the Fry mode algorithm is curious.
But, on the other hand, I no longer agree to do without Sushi-rice or Oatmeal .... I also often use the slow cooker and I like to turn off the pressure on the multi-cooker. So my cuckoo is dearer to me. Here, maybe, just what kind of Korean I can pick up for her
Roza_Irina
Aren't you looking at Oursson MI5040PSD / IV? I fell in love with him. By the way, there is also a roast and a lot of multicooker modes on which you can open the lid and the program will not be reset. After the new year they promise in Ukraine, I will wait.

I look, I even downloaded the instructions, but I will have to look in practice. I wonder on what basis this is done. There must be some kind of Korean prototype. Until now, they have made on the basis of Lihom, but this case seems to be more like Cuchen.
Yes, dropping programs in 1055 is a little annoying. Especially a slow cooker, or yogurt
Is it the same for Bork?

Girls who were interested in cuckoos from Ukraine? Girls, we have cuckoos. Plazmalux shop. com. ya. I saw 1055 for 6200 UAH. and 1051 for 5000 UAH.

Hello everyone, I am one of the owners of the Cuckoo1055F multicooker. I certainly don't know why I bought it, but I saw it on the internet, I liked it very much, I decided to buy it. Now we need to master. This is my first slow cooker.
I started to cook steamed fish and vegetables in the "double boiler" program. According to the recipe, the cooking time is 30 minutes, and the temperature is level 3, no matter how much I tried to set level 3, I did not succeed. The instructions do not say anything about the temperature in the "double boiler" function.
Tell me if the multicooker is faulty or does the temperature rise above 2 levels in the "steamer" function?
Roza_Irina
The steamer has two levels, everything is fine with your multicooker. There was an error in the instructions, it was written by analogy to model 1054, but there seemed to be three levels. Probably without thinking it was printed. You take recipes from sites, there are many inaccuracies in the book.
Roza_Irina
In the store bt. Kiev. ya appeared this multicooker in general for 4099 UAH. 2000 cheaper.
Ninelli
I studied the multicooker today
She sat down in front of her ... Touch buttons))) I touched it like a phone - it does not work. I didn’t press hard - it doesn’t react. I sit and press the buttons like a monkey and glasses. I already thought it was defective. But .. then, out of despair, she pressed the button hard and hard and waited. The multicooker turned on. In general .... I set everything up .... True, I was tortured to expose the clock. Do all have these buttons pressed tightly? I did the cleaning. How she kukuet ... I'm already glad that I found this wonderful slow cooker.

My first slow cooker. Today I cooked chicken breast. Looked at the recipe for cuckoo 1054 for a whole chicken. Salted, pepper, greased with olive oil and baked on 2 levels for 15 minutes. It turned out very tasty. The meat was baked, you could have put it on for a couple of minutes longer, since the bone was with a pink color in the middle.
Thanks everyone for the reviews, descriptions and recipes.

Now my question ..... In the store, the consultant very easily removed the cover from the top part. I can't understand at home ... where I had to press so that it would separate itself from the top of the multicooker. This screen protector is decent in chicken fat. Thank you in advance.
Gibus
It does not separate itself, you have to steal ...
You need to grasp the silicone pin in the center of the lid with your hand and just pull it towards you. Hold the lid body with your other hand.
Some effort is required, just like pressing buttons

Please tell me, where did you order this multicooker in Kiev?

I can say, before NG I bought it in the outlet, and it is there now. And in many stores. The price is everywhere about 4 thousand gr.
Leima
I caught fire with a multicooker, but in the end they began to advise me a multicooker-pressure cooker and realized what I wanted! But I look at different models - in Kukushka, everything is prepared in about the same amount of time as in my Dex 60. Here is the video of Moulinex - everything is very fast there. I don't understand what the pressure cooker is in cuckoos?
Vei
Leima,
The fact is that you boil rice in 15 minutes total time from closing the lid to opening, and stew the meat in 20-40 minutes, depending on the type of meat.
Although from Cuckoos I would recommend not 1055, but 1051 or Bork U700.
Leima
So fast? I looked at 1051, outwardly I like it more. But I looked at some recipe, they cooked milk rice porridge in 1051 and 1055, then at 55 it came out drier, as I like. But, in principle, you can pour less liquid and it will also be there.
I just looked at different recipes and the cooking time was almost like in my slow cooker. Maybe I got to such recipes? I just saw moulinex, such a funny pot, they cooked pea porridge in 11 minutes. And in general, many porridges are supposedly cooked very quickly. Or the same Shteba. There, too, some mega quick preparations promise. Plus or minus a couple of minutes is not so important, but for some reason I got the impression that you can't cook so quickly in a cuckoo. Probably wrong)
Zvezda askony
Porridge is usually served from evening to morning. And the quality of porridge is more important in such a situation.
1055 perfectly cooks porridge with purchased milk 50x50 with water and whole milk.
Regarding the model, everything is individual.
I like 1054, 1055 and 0821.
I bought the latter, choosing between 0821 and 1051 - I took it mainly for baking - and also if I suddenly want to look in while cooking - to see the process - but usually I'm not very interested in it.
So the choice is yours

Looked at the recipe for cuckoo 1054 for a whole chicken.
Whole chicken turns out gorgeous on "PLOV"
Cover with a mixture of mustard and honey, if you like, you can stuff.
Sits down with the breast down - the "pilaf" program. The result is great !!!!!!
The only thing is, ideally, a silicone mesh steamer
Or take it out very carefully so that the legs and wings fall off.
Leima
I have found on sale only 1055 and 1051. So the choice is small.
I don’t put porridge in the evening, somehow I’m not used to it, although it’s possible in my Dex. I just wanted one more slow cooker. And in the end, they drew my attention to the pressure cookers and caught fire that I want a second pressure cooker. I have already looked at both Shtebu and Mulinex ... These two seem to cook everything very quickly. But they write about cuckoos that it is even more delicious, although the cooking time in some dishes is about the same as in my cartoon. But I understand that something is being prepared sooner.
Zvezda Askony, why did you choose 1055 and not 1051? They seem to be similar, but a different type of heating ... Some write that it is more aggressive. I think I understand how it is with my mind, ideally I would look, but where to look. I only saw a comparison of how porridge is prepared. At 55 I liked it more. But pour less milk and water in 51 and you get the same thing, right? (At 55, the porridge came out drier).
Vei
Leima,
I had both 1055 and 1051. That is, I have something to compare with, and so, in my opinion, the programs in 1051 are tuned better, the shape of the bowl is better (the bottom area is several times larger than in 1055). Since I also have a Bork 700 from this family, which is also induction, I decided to sell the "weakest link" in my multi-cooker range - 1055, which I have never regretted. And 0821 is even ridiculous to somehow compare with 1051, so don't worry that you don't have them on sale, this is the simplest rice cooker without pressure, but many people like it. Especially those who have owned it for a long time, they wholeheartedly stick to their first cartoons :-)
But the super fast cooking time in Shteba and Moulinex is explained by the fact that the recipes indicate the working hours of cooking, and not the actual one. That is, the time that you set when you start the program, but the countdown does not start immediately, but 10-20 minutes after starting, and then you still need to wait the same 10-15 minutes to relieve the pressure.

In cuckoos, the time is indicated and the actual time is set from closing to opening the lid.
zvezda
Leima !! I have all the Cuckoos and also Lakuchina and Marusi (this is like your Dex) In 1051 for me personally everything is very slow compared to 1055 !! Now on holidays I cooked jellied meat several times for 1.5 hours !! In general, I try to use accelerated programs as little as possible, as I really like cooking slowly, but still a pressure cooker often helps out !! Hairpin saw with my own eyes how I cook fried potatoes in 10 minutes !! And a knuckle-50 minutes before such a state can only be done here !!!
Everyone already knows about Bork that 700 is one of the Cuckoo models, but it seems to me that the programs are repeated there .. roast = stew.
In 1051, a little longer ... all the same, it is ten-type ... And 0821 I really love Prada, although it was my 4th multicooker

At the time of the release 1055 - 1051 was not yet available.
I really wanted it - but after trying-
I decided that I would take a simple rice cooker - for baking and recipes for a look - think.
And someday - if you get a super prototype 1054 - with recipes from the Internet
I am not comparing 1051 and 0821 - I wrote about my choice.
I honestly try to understand what kind of intense heating they are writing about - but I can't
I did not notice aggressiveness in any mode.
If you cook porridge in a mixture of water and milk, then this is 42 minutes.
The ratio is 1 to 5 or 1 to 6 (this makes a more viscous porridge)
By the area of the bottom - honestly - I don't quite understand either
0821 has a flat bottom - but not globally
The lower part of the cake goes with the upper cake when assembling
Casserole - Fits wonderfully in the shape of a serving plate.
I do not consider the Chinese because of the material and mistrust.
One Chinese was enough.
The quality of the food is incomparable.
But many people like
So the choice is a purely individual matter.
Moulinex is nicely bulky and again made in China.
Unlike Kenwood - which is made in China

I watched this video. How the porridge was prepared - I liked it more at 55. But I think you can cook at 51 as well, it costs less milk to add.
Girls who like more than 55? What can you say about comparing the taste of dishes? How do you think baked goods turn out at 55? As if on the one hand, the speed is not so straightforward for me, plus or minus 10 minutes - that's such a thing. On the other hand, it's good when it's fast ...

Baking on induction comes out worse than in ten. Induction in 1055 (and in its predecessor 1054) is itself aggressive - it's rough for baking.
If there is no need for haste, then 1051 is better - it is just more gentle, more careful with the product.

Gibus
Leima,
I have 1055.
If baking is most important to you, buy 1051. Baking is more sensitive to temperature fluctuations, in induction models, IMHO, these fluctuations are more noticeable: the heater turned on and the bowl began to crackle at the same second ... This is approximately how I understand what is called here " aggressiveness of induction "

Heating elements are more inertial, heating is slower, on-off switches to maintain the temperature are less noticeable.

The algorithms of the programs, IMHO, are the same for these models, the difference is mainly due to the inertia of the heating element 1051. Because of this, baking is more delicate in 1051, but milk porridge is undercooked - it takes more time to heat, and the total duration of the program is the same.

At 1055, milk porridge is great, but level 1 of the Oven for delicate baked goods may be too hot. True, no one forbids baking on the Multipovar, setting 110, or even 105C. It turns out fine, but I still don't bake in it, because the diameter of the baking pot is too small due to the shape of the bowl, and in general, I prefer to bake in the oven

In general, I rather like induction in a multicooker than not. Fries not only the bottom, but also the walls. It is good for roasting whole chicken (suitable for a pot size), as well as stewed soups, cereals and stews. And in some modes, it can "fry with pressure", that is, the dish is simultaneously steamed and fried from the bottom - it saves time on pre-frying.

Well, if the speed is most important to you, cooking (for example broths or jellied meat), pay attention to the classic pressure cookers. Cuckoos are not.

You Anechka have two Kuku inductors - 1054 and 1055 - they are the same in strength and they suit you - this is the most important thing - forget about the rest!
I have 1054 and Bork 700 - there is something to compare with, Bork is much softer and still not ideal for baking.

Shl
BUT I like ALL four of my SVs - I will not refuse any of them
julifera
Leima - I generally wanted to say that if you can do without baking, then you can take induction:
- she perfectly actively and quickly fries like no other, and instantly heats up a full pan - for this I adore her!
- all critical things (such as pea soup, milk, foaming cereals) can be safely cooked on the Multipovar at lower temperatures - and nothing will run away or burn!
