Gingerbread in a multicooker BORK U700

Ingredients

Honey 3 tbsp
Sugar 3/4 mst
Eggs 2 pcs
Butter 100
Flour 2 mst
Soda (baking powder) 1 tsp
Cinnamon 1 / 2-1 tsp
For impregnation and decoration
Jam (apple / apricot) or boiled condensed milk Taste
Powdered sugar Taste

Cooking method

  • In a deep heat-resistant dish, soften the butter, add the eggs, stir (beat a little with a whisk, not with a mixer), add sugar, honey, soda (or baking powder) and cinnamon. And in a water bath (or in a microwave oven) bring the mass to a homogeneous consistency. Stir and microwave for another 30 seconds. When the mass begins to foam, then get it out.
  • Now we slowly begin to stir in the flour with a whisk (clockwise and as if lifting it to saturate the dough with oxygen). When all our flour is mixed into the dough, it will become like thick sour cream.
  • We spread the multicooker bowl with butter, pour out the dough and turn on the Oven 2 level 35-37 minutes.
  • At the end of the program, let the gingerbread cool a little in a bowl, then take it out, cut it into 2 cakes and coat with apple or apricot jam (but I didn't have it, so I used boiled condensed milk (Alekseevskaya - I love her the most). Cover the top cake with sugar glaze.

The dish is designed for

8 servings

Time for preparing:

35-40 minutes

Cooking program:

Oven level 2 35-37 minutes

Note

baked for the first time, I really wanted something unusual. Happened. More than half has already been eaten, although it has not even cooled down yet;)

Letka-enka, Elena! To your health! I think you will like it very much.
Now I'll try to expose another picture. After updating the phone, nothing is thrown off on the forums, so I'll go through the computer to do it.

Natasha, thanks for the recipe. And if in Panasika for baking? Will it work ??? And in micro on what mode? If on microwaves, then at what power?

In Panasonic, girls bake for 65 minutes on Pastry, I just adapted it for us.
In microwaves, I softened the butter in 30 seconds, then added the eggs and everything else and for another 30 seconds, then mixed and again for 30 seconds. 100% power. I have a Sharpik. If I bake something in it, then I set the Fresh pizza mode to 800-900 grams.
