Low bow for the exile !!!!
You will forgive me, excuse me a hundred times, but what would you choose now if you already have Bork, which theoretically could become mine tomorrow ... I didn’t have a cartoon before, I don’t know the selection criteria ... the family consists of me, my husband and two sons who grow up and constantly eat ...
The agony of choice ...
I really like the Bork U700, but considering the difference in price of 11 thousand, plus the extended capabilities, Cook would probably take a cookie 1055, not 1054!

The only serious minus in it for me is that the countdown begins after the working pressure is set. Well, the inability to prepare liquids above 100 grams.

I would like to wait for the first reviews about it, and they will appear in the coming days. I do not know if it retained the ability to turn off the pressure on the multi-cook, as in 1054.

It is difficult to compare them, here a lot depends on the budget and the availability of free space in the kitchen ...

Every day I am imbued with more and more love for Bork, but at the same time I want cookies 1055 and even Brand 6050
martula
Liza (I don't think I'm mistaken), thank you very much for your responsiveness !!!!

The budget in my case is not critical and is not a decisive factor .... I just want to buy one good thing with the maximum set of functions, but I myself cannot evaluate these functions, hence the throwing and questions.
I read the forums .... many have several bread machines, several cartoons ... as I understand it, this is also from the desire to collect the maximum set of functions in these units in the kitchen?
I don't know what to look for .... I love units where everything can be disassembled, washed, where everything is logical and thought out, where you can buy or repair everything that fails. (I have a kettle, an iron and an air sink from Bork - everything works well and flawlessly, sorry, for the flood).
Probably, for now, I will cancel Bork's order and wait for a response to Cuckoo 1055, it seems like it has already been received on the next branch and is being tested. A couple of days will not change anything in the purchase for me, but I will understand that I approached the choice consciously and thoughtfully.
Lisa, thank you very much for showing me the novelty from Cuckoo and helping me make a choice !!!!

M90 seems to be a new model? you bought it before the brand? Outwardly, I do not compare - in this category there is no equal to the bork (let the owners of the Element shower me with slippers). But the modes of yogurt and baby food please me with their presence at 110.
I reread you and myself ... apparently I need to sleep sometimes. Something I'm completely confused ...

from Redmond the most sophisticated M 70. I have 2 multi redmond m 20 and bork u 700 / From bork just wild delight both in design and in preparation. Awesome ceramic copper bowl, requires almost no oil. Most redmond bowls are Teflon, which is unhealthy and will pickle. Be sure to replace your Teflon bowls with good quality ceramic or metal bowls.

Hope, good evening! Everything is you and me)))) now I have such a warm and good company here!))))
I really hope that Bork will please you, and I do not think that you will have any difficulties with him. Since there is a lot in common with the Element, it only seems to me even easier. Pilaf without problems, Rice is quite a standard and well-tuned program. I most often use the Roast mode (for meat or meat with vegetables) and Buckwheat for baked potatoes with cheese. Everything is clear with a double boiler, it is also a double boiler in Africa))) only I do not use my own stand, it is unstable.
I fry everything mainly on the Oven level 1-2, if vegetables and meat too.Only for steaks or roast beef I use level 3 of the oven, it roasts sooooo fast and seals all the juices. Only at the same time I cover the bowl with an anti-fat mesh lid.
Heated cottage cheese, fruit drinks and fruit drinks too (80C is the optimal temperature for me)
I cook only soups on a multi-cooker.

Liza! I am very glad that we are together. Margarita is really not enough. I think that we will not get lost anyway. Thank you very much for the tips, they make it easier to learn new techniques. I set to make yogurt. I was very happy to find the temperature on the chef 40 degrees. Prepared milk and sourdough and set for an hour. Then turn it off and leave it closed until morning. Let's see what happens.

I have not tried to make yoghurt, I have this mode in other cartoons and a yoghurt maker too. The main thing is to turn it off in time, otherwise it will go to heating.
And Ritulya will definitely join us, I feel!))))

Margarita, considering that you have 1055, I don't see much sense in Borka 700 for you. Either 600 or something else entirely! Maybe even slow?)))

Multicooker-pressure cooker Bork U700

View of my jars of yogurt. Preparation.

In the morning I opened it, everything worked out. I put it in the refrigerator. In the evening I will post a photo with ready-made yogurt.
By the way, Bork's saucepan is wider in diameter. And the multicooker itself is more compact than the Element. So, while the pros.
And yet, when buying, the seller said that the duration of the automatic programs depends on the weight of the products. That is, she herself determines the cooking time. That is, "with intelligence." We will check ..

Liza, her .... slow is not my vaapche - we come home by 23 o'clock only with the rebzom we tumble in - I work until 3-4 in the morning it happens - and at 7 he already carries me out of the house.
You can, of course, somehow plan my day - but so far, even my husband has not succeeded. Yes, and he does not eat stewed me - I serve fried and baked - this is where the "oven" in Cook saves me, the air fryer and the BBK grill
But I thought and realized that Bork 700 is very similar to my Cook with sensory programs, but Bork 600 is closer to the Element - everything is the same there - there were almost no sensory programs - I just miss this. I'll wait for feedback on the saucepan, so as not to fly in again and, maybe, make up my mind

Lisa, thanks for the clever thought

Jouravl, Hope! Congratulations on your first course! I'm sure everything turned out well!

And yet, when buying, the seller said that the duration of the automatic programs depends on the weight of the products. That is, she herself determines the cooking time. That is, "with intelligence." Cool Let's check ..

yes - this is the essence of automatic (sensory - who calls what) programs. On my Cook, it also determines the cooking time itself - very convenient

Honestly, I would also turn your attention to ordinary pan-type pressure cookers, such as Brand 6050 or Oursson 4002/5002. I can't quite vouch for the Orsons, since I haven't tried it myself, I just watched and read good reviews from others, but I have 6050. She fries smartly and cooks everything very quickly. Much turns out faster than in kuku or bork. And the quality of the bowl is good, although of course none of the Korean women can be compared in thickness and weight, but in terms of non-stickiness and durability, it is quite decent.

And in Orson, the hinged lid is very convenient. And the price, of course, is not the last argument!

in 4002 and the saucepan is cool and heavy, one drawback of the handle ... it's not the handle, it's some little figurines.
But in general, the fast food is excellent, simple and without bells and whistles, I now cook almost everything in it.

Girls! Thank you so much for the good advice! I will try to take a closer look at this Oursonchik's model.
But I sold the Brand - just don't throw your slippers at me - the saucepan is good, everything is fine in it, but not in the hands of the shaft, and that's it.
As a result, I sold it. I also used Scarlet's pressure cooker. also gave it to a friend
In general, maybe, of course, I have a spring aggravation and everything seems to me, but I came to the following conclusion: I had an Element, now I had Kuku - the dishes in these MVs are identical in taste, the same dishes cooked in Brand and Scarlet will be have a different taste. Just different.
Vei
It seems to me that the pressure in cuckoos is lower, and the taste is really different, although some dishes are IMHO tastier in simple pressure cookers.
Complementing this post:
In cuckoos, the pressure is not lower, in terms of technical characteristics, so on the contrary, even, but here smart technology itself determines what temperature and pressure to maintain, and therefore the taste is different in different modes.
Vei
In order to change the Heating temperature, you must press three times button settings and set the temperature by voice prompts from 69C to 80C. If the Voice Guide is disabled, then you can navigate by the blinking inscriptions, i.e. MV silently offers to press the corresponding (necessary) inscription - it starts blinking and urges yourself to press)))

Hello
I also bought a Bork multicooker, though the U800 model. Rather, my husband betrayed her to me, playing backgammon)) Probably the stars wanted her to be mine.
It looks like a spaceship) I am delighted with this purchase! I managed to cook a lot of things in two weeks. This is my first slow cooker and at first it was hard to believe that in such a short time she could prepare a very tasty dish. I have long dreamed of cooking real oatmeal porridge in the morning (not Nordic-type flakes), but real one. But in the morning, like all the time is running out. The multicooker solved my problems)) I cook on a multi-cooker 92 degrees for 20 minutes and usually give another 30 minutes to infuse on heating (in proportions 1 large measuring cup of hecules, 500 ml of milk, sugar to taste, butter). The only inconvenience is that the multi-cook mode is not set by the timer (Maybe I can't set it ?!)
Another commonly used recipe is banal rice. I used to have a Japanese rice cooker in my arsenal - and so, in a slow cooker, rice is definitely tastier! I am silent that the cooking time is 3 times faster! according to the proportions of rice, water - 1-1.5.
This forum is magical - after I bought a multicooker, I walked around it for a day in circles, knowing from the experience of Bork's past purchases that their recipe books are food spoilage))) And it was the forum that taught what and how)) More: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=202783.0

Hope, for some reason you do not appear in this thread, but I am so interested in what impressions you have compared to the Element ...

Good evening everyone! : d_teddy: I'm here! It's just that on weekends I cook in the Element - in the country, and on weekdays I cook in Bork. I mastered it very quickly, but I didn't try all the programs. I baked bread in Bork - here baking is better - you can adjust the power level in the oven. That is, when the bottom on the third level is well browned, I turned on level 1 and brought the top crust to the desired color. This program is definitely better than Element. The Element had to be turned over. But I still cook more in Element - on weekends and more people in the country. I made a hodgepodge with mushrooms on the stew mode, pork ribs in the marinade also on the stew mode.
Liza! Is there a big difference between the roasting and stewing modes? I haven't tried them yet.I would like to understand - roast in the sense of stew or fry? Is stewing for vegetables or for meat also suitable? Broth mode for soups. The only thing that bothers me in Bork is that there is no remaining time for standard programs. It appears somewhere at the end. I just got used to this option in the Element.

Vei
I like any meat with or without vegetables more in the Fry mode, for some reason it tastes better for me
On Stew, I cook stuffed peppers, vegetables and all sorts of things, but still not very often. For meat I like Roast, Buckwheat, Rice.
I also use a multi-cook.
Well, time does not show, because touch modes)))

Good day! On the topic of yogurt, I can say the following ... I searched for a long time on the sites how to do it))) I did not find it ... but I found several reviews in which it was written that it is impossible to make yogurt in this multicooker, since you wrote correctly, the temperature regime does not fit ... upset. .. but later I picked up the so abused instruction)))) and lo and behold! I found a note in it, it turns out that yogurt in this multicooker needs to be cooked in heating mode, the temperature regime is set there from 35-80 degrees ... I did it yesterday, everything turned out great! I hope someone will come in handy
OlgaGrek
hi everyone, i'm new) read the whole thread! Here is a review that I wrote on the store's website 4 days after purchase! "So! We bought a multicooker on June 24! We went to the store, look at the phone) Well, we were drawn to the multicooker, we wanted it for a long time, a small child, there is not enough time for cooking, but they didn’t seem to get it, but now they did! The sales assistant is great! , told and showed everything in detail !! He gave compelling reasons why it is worth taking bork and why it is good! And she really looks good and she has a lot of superb! But! After buying on the Internet, I found out that the developer of this very multi , but a Korean company and they just copied (bought) the details, I did not go into details, they collected it at the same plant, wrote a bork on it and sell it at a very high price !! The first thing I cooked was steamed cutlets, they certainly succeeded , but steam cutlets are difficult to spoil, and in the simplest multi they also turn out with a bang! Next was the charlotte - also good, but again in the multicooker for 3000 it turned out no worse !!! But the next morning I was disappointed! I cooked cottage cheese, as stated this is the first I am a slow cooker in which this program appeared (I cooked according to a recipe from a book! I'll digress from the topic of the book: it's meager! there are 10 recipes in total !! For that kind of money, it should be at least 100 recipes! There are also few recipes in the internet (this is another disappointment). So to the cottage cheese: I did everything according to the recipe and when I opened the lid, I was horrified, the whole lid, the entire valve for releasing steam was clogged with this very cottage cheese, then I took it away for an hour and washed it !! It was easier to do it in a saucepan on the stove and you wouldn't have to wash so much, by the way the cottage cheese was rather dry! I didn't give the child! The next dish was multi-grain milk porridge - so it turned out and there are no complaints about it, then pilaf, we love it and I cook it often! Again, I did everything according to the recipe, I took beef (I usually make pork because I cook it faster), and so the meat turned out to be very soft and the rice all stuck together and it didn't look like pilaf, rather like porridge with meat (although again in the store we were assured that we will have pilaf like in a cauldron !!!).The next one is a biscuit (again from the recipe book) - it tasted good but didn't rise at all, very heavy, I didn't like it! Well, I cooked potatoes with meat (in the roast mode in 40 minutes, the beef cooked very well, but what is the difference between roast and stewing I still don’t understand !!! I thought it would brown on a hot dish, but no! So conclusion: score 2 !! For such money is solid cons !!! I am thinking of returning and buying a cheaper and easier machine! "now I calmed down, read everything here, realized that there is no one like that) and decided to get used to it and try to enjoy shopping and cooking all the same! And now the question about yogurt ! Can I learn more about it, how to cook it on heating ???

And now there is a question about yogurt! Can I find out more about it, how to cook it on heating ???
I will not describe the whole process of making yogurt ... because I think that everyone can choose the best recipe for themselves, there are many of them on the Internet, I personally took it on the same site. Let's go straight to the heating process:
1. After everything has been poured into jars, we put it in the bowl, after having laid something on the bottom (so as not to scratch the bowl) in my case it was a handkerchief) pour water
2. Close the lid, press the button heating (1 time)
3. Press the button customization three times (as it is written in the instructions, but later I have to press the button 1 time)
4. Using the arrows, select the desired temperature (I set 37 degrees, the default on heating is 60, therefore .. after cooking yoghurt, do not forget to set the previous temperature, otherwise after cooking other dishes, switching to the heating mode, it will be heated at the previously set temperature)
5. Click input
6. That's it ... the yoghurt has started making! Heating mode disconnect themselves after the time you need. You can track how much time has passed since the start of the program on the OH-0 hours, 1H-1 hour ... and so on.

That seems to be all .... Bon appetit!

snezhoook
Girls, I'm sorry ... but I seem to have problems .. though I don’t understand yet, either with my head .. or with equipment ... The fact is that it makes a noise (an unpleasant sound .. looks like a buzz .. or how the compressor works), starts to make noise at the moment when the induction starts to work, the sound is not very loud but unpleasant .. after heating everything is quiet again ... in the heating mode it does not make noise ... Tell me please, maybe you noticed your pets is that? Or does everything work quietly for you? I can't decide who to treat Boris or my psyche
Vei
Olga, I congratulate you on your assistant! It has only one drawback - the price, now with the advent of cookie 1055 and cookie 1051, it has become not competitive. If there is an opportunity to hand it back, I would do so. Because with this money you can buy the same Cuckoo 1051 for 18 thousand and buy a whole multipark or other equipment for the difference (you just need to read the forum)))
And you can't cook yogurt at 60C, even 40C for some starter cultures. It is better to set the 40C multi-cooker for the maximum time, and then control it and turn it off, not allowing the Heating to be turned on. Leave the yogurt in the bowl as in a thermos.

In principle, any induction makes noise / hums, or rather the fan makes noise. But my sound is absolutely not tense. There was a loud enough noise a couple of times when I moved it during the operation of the MV. Then I straightened the wire, and everything stopped. Or maybe it's better to call the service center and find out?

I make baked goods in Panasonic, in Bork at Pastry somehow it did not work out right away, I stopped experimenting. True, I didn't do that, I don't know what the result will be. In any case, know that the temperature in the Oven mode is sooooo high for a multi (here you cannot proceed from the temperatures in a conventional oven), so here it is:

I read the latest messages and decided to correct my yoghurt preparation technology (although I got it, and I put milk and sourdough directly from the refrigerator in jars, so that the temperature ends up being below 40 degrees). So - my heating temperature is not set at 37 degrees. I pressed the button three times and it changes cyclically from 60 to 80. I can't set it below. So, I had to use the old technology ..
And yet, I made a roast on the program, and so in terms of taste in the Element, it tastes better and faster in time. A crust appears there - but not here

I fried the chicken this way, in oven mode ... only first I fried it on level 2 and then on level 3 and turned it over .... and the chicken turned out very even
Vei
I've cooked chicken a thousand times in different ways. The fastest, in my opinion, first fry until crusty at level 2-3, and then for another 15-20 minutes on a multi-cooker 120C. Or everything is exactly the opposite, first steamed in a multibove, and then fry until crisp.
I do not use Roasting at all, as the mode is too delicate, but I have no time, so I prefer the Oven 1-2 level. At level 2, it is already necessary to follow, as it can burn very quickly. I use the 3rd level of the Oven only for roasting roast beef, where you need to seal all the juices sooooo quickly, but it sprinkles strongly at this moment, so I always cover it with an anti-fat mesh lid.
Jouravl
Snezhana! Thank you! So do I. I think. what will be tastier in the oven. And another question - no one tried to use the oven on the third level as a WOK frying pan? If the temperature is 250 degrees, and you can use the oven with the lid open, I think it can work. Need to try.

There the temperature is 230C, only the shape of the bowl is not wok, here in 1055 there is a very convenient conical shape of the bowl.
I repeat - I fry EVERYTHING only in the Oven with the lid open.

Today I became the owner of this fast speed, I read the instructions everywhere and tried to set the temperature on the heating: only 69-80. I called Bork, they confirmed that there is less only on a multi-cooker - 40g and yoghurts need to be cooked on a multi-cook (I was upset (

Dont be upset! We have already found out here that they are somewhat different in this regard .... it is strange that Bork's employees are silent about this))) If you are confused only by the temperature of yoghurt preparation, then I dare advise you to buy a yoghurt starter (Evitalia) at the pharmacy, there are instructions for cooking, the manufacturer recommends just a temperature of 40 grams, and the yogurt turns out to be very tasty and thick!

Girls, those who are going to buy Bork and are just reading the topic for now, ALWAYS check the possibility and range of temperature control on the Heating before buying the MB in the store! If they still sell not only updated versions, but also old ones, you need to check everything and only then buy.
From my own experience I can say that almost all my CF and SV have a Yogurt function, but I use a separate yogurt maker

I looked in many stores, but everywhere below 69gr not. Please post a photo of the instruction from the updated multi. Everywhere they say that there will be no less temperament (I still have the opportunity to take my cartoon to the store, maybe I can find it somewhere ?!
