1. In Kiev, it is quite possible to buy all the necessary products for rye bread - and rye flour (it is now available in almost any decent supermarket and even in ordinary stores and markets), and malt ... but what else is needed?

2. Yes, there are recipes that are suitable for the rye program. It differs from the "basic" one in that there are no boning.

3. Do you often bake bread with additives such as cheese, onions and sausages? It's better to add them manually anyway. This is about a sticky dispenser. And about whether you need it or not - it's up to you. If you are a busy woman, then the dispenser will not be superfluous for candied fruits and raisins. For five years I have used it a few times, but I really did use it (I rarely bake with additives, and when I baked, I had to leave the house, that is, there was no opportunity to guard the "green whistle"). This function "does not ask for anything" and does not manifest itself in any way, unless the appropriate program is set.

4. As for "Throwing and forgetting" - this is with us, at Panasonic. Sometimes you have to control the bun (the consistency of the dough at the kneading stage) in order to understand whether the flour meets the standards or not. Alas, our realities are such that you can get both on damp flour (then you need less liquid) and on dry flour. If you bought a bag of flour, the first batch was tracked and made sure that the proportions are suitable, then you can safely put bread on without tracking. Although, we have experienced bakers who, in principle, do not follow the kolobok, and they succeed! In general, it comes with experience.

5. Temperature control is available on ALL models.
The models differ from each other:
a set of programs (2500 no rye and 2501/02 there is rye and a mixer-comb),
a dispenser for additives (2500 no and 2501/02 is),
yeast dispenser and stainless steel design (only available on 2502),

Why am I advocating knowledge and application of the kolobok rule.
1. The stove gives out the result of what we put into it. Proportion is very important. Flour can be different, even premium flour, even from the same manufacturer. even in our house it can change properties (dry out or gain moisture). My friend started baking, used frozen (dry) flour. I threw this case (the oven is automatic, but for some reason the bread did not work). When I showed and told about the control of the kolobok, it went well. The necessary proportions were selected, now the bun is controlled only when changing flour. The bread is baked with might and main.
2. There were cases when flour was measured on a scale, and water was measured with a measuring glass. And the scales randomly put pounds-ounces instead of grams-kilograms. As a result, flour was poured in half as much as needed.The bread did not work, but they sinned on the stove.
3. Sometimes we take recipes from unverified sources or designed for different raw materials or working conditions. For example, GOST recipes are designed for completely different conditions of bakeries, and maybe other characteristics of flour. The amount of water there is often very low, for home kitchen conditions. We have to correct (although I trust GOSTs almost unconditionally!)

And so on ... It's good when the recipes are verified, the flour is of high quality and of equal quality every day. And someone may be simply not interested in following the test (the result is important!). Then the control of the kolobok is not needed. But knowledge should not be carried over one’s shoulders, it can sometimes come in handy.
