Peanut Cupcake Tenderness

Ingredients

flour 280 g
butter 170 g
sugar 250 g
baking powder 1.5 h l
eggs 4 things
sour cream (15% fat) 2 tbsp
peanuts (raw peeled) 200 g
cognac 2 tbsp

Cooking method

  • 1. Grind the peanuts into small crumbs, add the protein of one egg and 100 g of sugar. Beat everything together until a paste. I do this with a hand blender.
  • 2. Beat the butter of a plastic consistency with the remaining sugar, add 3 eggs and the remaining yolk one by one. Add peanut butter and beat together. Gradually add flour, add sour cream and cognac and mix until smooth. The dough turns out like a very thick sour cream.
  • 3. Put in a greased dish, sprinkle with coarsely ground peanuts and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for the first 5-7 minutes, then lower the temperature to 170 degrees and bring the cake to readiness (total baking time is about 40-45 minutes). Sprinkle the finished cake with icing sugar.

The cupcake turns out to be very tender and airy. The aroma is just fabulous!
Preparing a cake is not at all difficult and fast enough. He has one drawback - it is eaten very quickly.
