Cooking method

  • Combine flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda.
  • Beat the cottage cheese with sugar, butter, zest with a mixer (if you don't like it, don't put it) until smooth, then beat for 2 minutes until creamy
  • Reduce the speed and add (while beating) one egg at a time, then the vanilla sugar, milk and flour alternately.
  • Grease the pan with butter, line the dough and bake in preheated to 180aboutFrom the oven for about 1 hour.
  • Place a baking sheet with water under the cake and the cake will not burn.
  • Pour cream over the cooled muffin.

I used a regular glass (I have 240 ml). I took 1 tbsp of sugar, but 2 cups of flour turned out (about 300 gr.)
The dough was of the same consistency as always for a cake, that is, it was not liquid and not thick, either.
