Vegetable ragout with beans (Brand 6050 pressure cooker)

Ingredients

Bulb onions 1 PC.
Carrot 1 PC.
Sweet pepper 1 PC. used from the freezer
Tomatoes in their own juice 1/2 cans
Fresh potatoes 2 pcs. middle
Garlic Crush 1-2 teeth
Canned white beans 2 cans small
Parsley, chopped 2-3 st. l. chopped
Salt, spices taste
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l. for frying

Cooking method

  • Cooking in a pressure cooker Brand 6050
  • Pour vegetable oil into a saucepan, turn on the Fry-Vegetables mode, put onions, carrots, peppers, tomatoes, garlic and fry for a few minutes.
  • I do frying with the lid closed, low pressure. From time to time I open the lid and stir the vegetables.
  • Add potatoes (cut into small cubes), beans (drain the liquid), chopped herbs, salt, spices to taste.
  • Move the slider to the "Pressurized" position and cook for 5 minutes after the working pressure is set. Then I forcibly release the pressure, open the lid.
  • The dish is ready.
  • We lay out on plates and serve. Sprinkle with fresh onion on top.
