Sugar cookies made from sour cream dough with lavender flavor

Ingredients

Sour cream 300 gr.
Butter (margarine) softened 200 gr.
Egg C-1 1 PC.
Sugar 5 tbsp. l.
Flour 1 grade 450 gr.
Vanillin
Lavender flowers (optional)
For filling and topping:
Sugar brown / white

Cooking method

  • We send butter, sour cream and sugar to the bowl of the combine. Beat well with a spatula. We send the separately broken and lightly beaten egg to the sour cream-butter-sugar mixture. Knead with vanilla. I added lavender flowers for the scent. But this is optional.

  • Then we replace the blade with a hook. Gradually add flour and beat. But not for long. The dough is soft and sticky, slightly flaked. You can add a little flour, but not hammer.

  • We will deal with him later when cutting cookies. Focusing on consistency:

  • We collect the dough with a silicone spatula into a ball, you can directly in the bowl - without removing it. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour. I have it delayed by 2. It is necessary to cool the dough !!!! This will give the liver a flaky texture.
  • After a while, we take out the bowl with the dough from the refrigerator. Sprinkle the surface with flour. Prepare a flat large plate with sugar separately. Better brown sugar, but not essential. Put a piece of dough on a sprinkled table with a spoon and sprinkle a little flour on top.

  • Knead it with your hand into a cake.

  • Put the cake on sugar and press lightly.

  • We transfer to the table. fold in half.
  • Add sugar again and cut with sugar side up. I had some nuts. I chopped them up and added them to sugar.

  • bake the liver at a temperature of 200 degrees until a beautiful color. Do not dry out! It is immediately soft, and when it cools it becomes layered.

The dish is designed for

lot! that's enough for everyone!

Cooking program:

Note

I did not succeed in a very fried one - and I did not strive. The structure of the biscuit is flaky, crumbly.
Sugar cookies made from sour cream dough with lavender flavor
There was a lot of sour cream. The heat made it sour. I was looking for where to apply. I'm happy with the result. I will repeat. Delicious.
Try it.
With love Tumanchik.

highly. she did not expect. I just always add to tea, and after the competition I discovered so many new things. goes perfectly into the dough.
Nikusya
Well, I don’t know what they asked for, so I cheated!
So, about lavender in more detail, when, where do you sprinkle it. and where do you get it? Something I haven't met her here
Bridge
Nikusya, and the grannies in the market? Don't trade?
Immediately, as I read the recipe, I immediately imagined: put it in a beautiful box, put a sprig of lavender on the cookies, cover with a lid with a window. And if the cap is deaf, then tie it under the bow on top. Or just sprinkle the cookies on top with a little flowers. Well, already in the box.

Nikusya just treated me to a whole bag of twigs with flowers. I dried them and add a little to the tea - they are too fragrant. And then she was kneading the dough and remembered about the competition works - I shoved it. The aroma is wonderful.

Come on
But I think ... I have jasmine flowers. Is it going to be a cookie with a Japanese flavor? And then there are tiny rosebuds for tea. Oh, and you can generally stick them into the cookies that have not yet cooled down. Tell me, am I a genius?
Nikusya
Bridge, I don't know, maybe they are trading, you need to take a closer look. And about the box you came up with great (esthete however), but not for my family. The other day I baked a pie, it turned out pretty, I cut off a piece and while I went to the phone to take a picture of it already gobbled up ate, and cut the second! So the cookies will not live to see the box.

NO! I love cookie crumbs. Happened with tea, just a teaspoon from the box ...
Bridge
Here you see! Well, I say, crumbs in a box, show everyone, they say, there were cookies. Offer crumbs to everyone. And then so "well, since no one wants to" - with a sad look to eat the crumbs. The main thing is not to smile so that no one wants to try
Tumanchik
My crumbs - let's have some potatoes!
Nikusya
I was already there, almost choked on my saliva! Well your growing organisms live well!

Yes, I myself envy them. but yesterday the youngest and I were sent for a walk for the whole day, and they themselves did the general house. while Maska and I got drunk in the children's play center and feasted on in a cafe - they ripped out my entire apartment, washed and re-ironed everything. so now I think - how else to please them?
Nikusya
GY! Please yourself, especially your husband.

Not with Japanese, but with Chinese ... For the Chinese, gingerbread cookies with rose petals are a festive delicacy. For them, they somehow cleverly knead the dough and boil them for steam.
I also want to try jasmine in baking for a long time, but I think that it will not open in dry biscuits ... To steam, or what?

Olya, here either because of the folding process or cooling. I can't say that puff is a puff we know. Rather, exactly layered!
