Alyona, I once had such a pressure cooker, but I never cooked porridge in it
It is better to ask it here, from the owners of such a pressure cooker https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&board=489.0

And such porridge can be cooked in a slow cooker, for example, I cooked in Panasonic, Buckwheat mode, or on Stew.

For some reason, all my porridge burns. Whether it's pilaf, oatmeal or buckwheat ... You can tell me how to make sure that they do not burn from the bottom. It turns out a crust like a casserole.

First of all, take the correct ratio of cereal-water (broth) so that the water boils away and the cereal is ready at the same time. Each cereal can take its own amount of water, for example, rice and buckwheat, I pour liquids over the cereal by the width of the index finger and cook on the RIS program, under pressure and the default time.
