Girls, tell me pliz, now I'm making charlotte according to the recipe https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=167998.0, what does not gain pressure is normal, right? After all, there is practically no liquid there. And then what is the point of setting the regulator to high pressure?
Lord 68
Today I tried the baking mode. I took the recipes from the book that was along with the fast cartoons. The first was a sponge cake with an orange, but I made the changes on top and put 3 slices of tangerines, and forgot to sprinkle the bottom with the breading mixture. The taste, appearance and color are incomparable, nothing burnt or stuck, I took it out and put the steamer grate on the baking dish and just turned the saucepan over, then a large plate on top and again turned it over, I did everything hot, since the dough for the manna was already ready (added raisins). Mannik also came out awesome, unexpectedly, all the same, this is my first baked goods in a fast food.

Dear pressure cooker users, help !!! I can't make out the steam valve. I do everything according to the instructions, but having brought it to the "pressure relief" mark, the regulator no longer turns clockwise, and even more so until it clicks. I apply the effort, but do not knock with a hammer. (in general, I am friends with technology, but here I can’t ...) I will repeat once again: "Instructions for disassembling and cleaning the valve for releasing steam" is

Girls! Tell me pliz, is the valve often necessary and necessary to disassemble? I have been using it for more than a month every day and did not understand anything. This is dangerous?

And again I am happy to share! all! I removed the multicooker while in the closet, yesterday I cooked soup in the pressure cooker, and then roast. I am delighted! the pressure quickly gained, although I cooked a full pot of soup, and in general everything worked like a clock. otherwise I read here and was afraid that the float might not come out by itself or the pressure would not build up. In general, everything turned out quickly and sooo tasty!
Only I had a question. Here in a slow cooker, when I was cooking porridge, I knew that for buckwheat for 1 cartoon. glass - 1 m / s water. Figure 1: 2. There was no need to set the time, because the water itself evaporated and turned off. I made potatoes by eye. And here nowhere I can find proportions, SV does not evaporate water and maybe we need less? and for how long to leave the porridge? Yesterday I put a roast under pressure for 20 minutes on MEAT * JOKINGLY * and I understood why she boiled potatoes in a pressure cooker.

You have thought of something with proportions, just buckwheat 1: 2, and rice 1: 1.I leave the time by default on the RIS program.
Ali-E
Yes, it seems like these are standard proportions for cereals when cooking in a multicooker. With this ratio, I always got the perfect cereal, friable rice, and buckwheat soft but not boiled. but in a pressure cooker I can't even imagine how to do it.
I'll try to do as you wrote in a pressure cooker

Girls, thank you all very much !!! This morning I decided to torment my saucepan again - I put the grinder on the side dish to cook. Despite the fact that the saucepan was barely filled - 1m / st of cereal and water, it gained pressure quickly, pushed the float out easily without my participation and cooked quietly and I would even say peacefully !!!!! I'm happy - everything worked !!!! She was probably just looking at me. Now I will calmly start up the recipes nattyrenny from this forum in a few days. Thank you all very much, hurray !!!!
The most important thing is to check for the O-ring and close the lid of the pressure cooker as far as it will go.
I am very glad that everything is working properly.

Well, here I have waited for my beauty. We have already cooked a hodgepodge, though I have my own recipe, but it doesn't matter - what matters is that it’s delicious. When St. began to hiss, when the pressure was set, everyone gathered to glance "the ethno is so hissing faq," and then my husband said, "Is that all, he hissed? Or else I thought it was time to crawl in a helmet." Now I will put a zebra on the recipe from the book.
In general, to say that I am happy is to say nothing - I am delighted with her.
Lord 68
For today. In the morning millet porridge with pumpkin, pea soup for lunch, azu and in the evening curd casserole with raisins. All the recipes from the book, everything turned out and everything is very tasty.

Yesterday everything worked out with a bang, but now I put in a casserole, but not with mushrooms, but with minced meat (rice by default) and for some reason she does not gain pressure ... That is, the lid walks), and the time counts down. Maybe there is not enough liquid, but about a glass of milk there +3 eggs poured and even minced meat will give liquid ... Let's see what happens in the end.

mince will give, rice will take away - after all, there is not enough liquid, most likely

Nevushka rice is the default program 14min. The casserole was potatoes + minced meat + spices + milk + eggs. Only by 10 minutes there was a rise in pressure. I had to put on heating for 15 minutes. Of course, not a casserole turned out, but it is not clear what, but edible, tasty.

How is it not? I got it on Friday without much difficulty, for 4890 rubles with delivery, I also live in Moscow. I got an updated model (with the "Extinguish" button instead of "Game")

I "poked" my freshly bought pressure cooker, and it seemed to me that the presence of numerous buttons-modes ("Stewing", "Rice", "Meat", etc.) was done only to create the impression of "sophistication", but in fact everything is not so scary and even primitive The difference between all these modes is only in the cooking time, it seemed to me. Moreover, between some programs this difference is only 2 minutes. From the "Stew" mode, for example, you can turn into the "Meat" mode by adding a timer of 15 minutes to the cooking time, and vice versa, from the "Meat" mode, you can change the "Stew" mode by decreasing the time. If instead of a scattering of buttons on this SV there were only 2 buttons "+" and "-" to change the cooking timer, its functionality would not suffer at all. Am I right or wrong?

On the one hand, you are of course right, but on the other ... some people prefer the automatic programs put-on-forget-everything is ready, not everyone can independently choose the optimal cooking time ... And the manufacturers of ABSOLUTELY all multicooker, pressure cooker , slow cookers would be much more boring to live ...

QUESTION:
There was a problem. A small amount of steam is constantly coming out from under the red "steam release valve". I ask you to tell me if this is a MARRIAGE !!!!
ANSWER:Steam is allowed to escape (hiss) from the pressure regulator with a small amount of food in the bowl. In such a situation, there is overheat and release of excess pressure.

As you can see from the answer, SV does not know how to flexibly monitor heating, it is tuned to a certain average temperature.
Galina AS
Selebrina in my opinion, the key in the answer is not the temperature regime, but the number of products in the CB. If a certain temperature is programmed in the mode, how can Sv change it?

The manufacturing plant did not give us data on temperatures at modes operating under pressure, and I have no way to measure it myself. But the temperature, for example in the Porridge mode, is significantly different from the temperature value in the Meat mode.

It sounds strange, considering that there is data for MV. Since the question is of interest to users, might it make sense to request this information from the manufacturer? I don’t think there’s any kind of military secret.

Especially. The manufacturer has all the information, it's a fact. Why they do not want to inform - there may be various reasons. Perhaps all modes really come down to 2-3 modifications, so they don't want to "upset" buyers.

The thing is that all temperatures in Brand multicookers were obtained by us during testing. The manufacturing plant does not provide data on temperatures. Have you seen a detailed description of the operation of modes with temperature values in the instructions of other manufacturers? And why? ...
Therefore, I wrote to you that I have no opportunity to measure the temperature inside the bowl.

And how, in this case, do service organizations repair or at least diagnose breakdowns? If they also do not have technical data, how do they determine whether the device is working normally or not? And here, after all, not only the temperature is important, but also the mode of turning on and off the heating.

Reassure me that at least everything is fine with the service.

I have looked through all your messages, and they are all about the temperature regimes of this pressure cooker, and they are formulated ... in a somewhat ... how to say ... demanding form. At the same time, you are repeatedly told that there is no information about the "UNDER PRESSURE" temperature conditions.

Yes, that's right, I was interested in that too. But company representatives were unable to provide this information (the manufacturing plant does not provide such information), and the pressure measurements are not accurate. During the tests, there were attempts at such measurements.
This topic has raised this issue repeatedly and the answer has been consistent. So I don’t understand why torture company representatives if they cannot provide the requested information.
Earlier, I already said that I assumed that the modes under pressure are close in temperature. However, users (I am not, but still planning to purchase this pressure cooker as soon as it goes on sale again) of this pressure cooker reported that the modes do not work the same. All this could be read in this thread.

Can you turn off the heating for this model?
Selebrina
The husband said that it is possible to dispel marketing myths about multi-mode and multi-temperature in a simple way - connect a multimeter to the outlet and look at the current consumption in different modes. He promised to experiment later. There are probably only three temperatures:
1. Minimum for heating
2. Maximum for boiling and pressure build-up
3. Medium to maintain pressure
Favorite
I am certainly not a man, but it seems to me that it is impossible to accurately measure the data in this way, if only because it works under pressure, much depends on the quantity of the product ... And the current and temperature consumption in steps of +/- 10 (20 -30) degrees how different?

The power consumption will be maximum until the desired temperature is reached. And as soon as the temperature sensor fixes the required value, then the heating will turn on and off (the power consumption when turned on will be the maximum for this device).
But trying is not torture. I will be looking forward to the results of your testing.
