Pour 1 liter of water. And the time is possible by default, well, max 20 minutes.

Girls, tell me. When the pressure cooker heats up, I hear clicks, from somewhere from under the bowl, today I clicked 3 times. What is it? Due to the heat, the bowl was dry.
Manna
What kind of clicks? Deaf? Maybe it's just a relay?
Zhannochka
No, not deaf, as if something cold was set to heat up sharply. But in my case, the bowl stood in the multitude and poured oil at room temperature, just turned on and literally immediately these clicks. And this is not the first time. Although when I turned it on for the first time it was not.
Gibus
I also have such clicks when heating. Sometimes 2, sometimes 3. This is from thermal expansion. Many Chinese electrical appliances are guilty of this, most likely some metal parts inside are not perfectly fitted (although the assembly is almost perfect on the outside). It doesn't bother me to cook. The frying is just rather weak, but I think these two facts are not related.

I join the question terceliya, will there be pressure cookers before the New Year at 2 Yegoryevsky Proezd? I would like to pick up the complete set, with a spare ring and a stainless steel bowl, and at the same time be sure that the model is updated, in online stores managers somehow uncertainly answer whether they have an updated version ...

We expect the Brand 6050 to arrive after December 5th.

We do not send equipment to Ukraine. Mail does not accept, and if the transport company, then the device will be "golden".

The Delay function is not available in the Bake mode. Therefore, you will not be able to wake up to the smell of carrot cake.

Girls! Maybe someone will tell me, I was preparing a casserole from color. cabbage from the recipe book, 10 min prog. fig. But I had to reduce the time to 7 minutes. After she stood on heating for 5 minutes. I wanted to relieve the pressure (since she was preparing on it), but there was no pressure. What's wrong? To be honest, I didn't hear how the pressure was building up. Although the entire scale that shows pressure and heating was on.
There was probably not much liquid in the casserole. Therefore, the steam was not strong enough to raise the float and build up pressure. And the line of indicators will remain on completely even after the end of the "Frying" mode.

Reading the instructions, I did not find anywhere about the first operation. Just while I was waiting for the pressure cooker, I read you, and everywhere the girls wrote that for the first time you need to boil water with lemon, or just water (now I can't find it, read many pages again) I didn't find this anywhere in the instructions. It simply says that you need to rinse and wipe the cup and lid and that's it.Tell me how to boil water for the first time, in what mode it needs to be done, I really look forward to answers, since I want to cook what thread in it today
In order to start cooking in the pressure cooker, you need to wash all accessories and the bowl as instructed. And it is not necessary to boil water with lemon in it.
Zhannochka
Elena Br can you please tell me if a bowl from the brand6050 can go to another pressure cooker, in particular ARC, it was too painful for the arc to cling to the bottom of the bowl. Or can these bowls only be used in a brand?
Specialist
Girls, hello everyone. I also recently bought an updated Brandik, I cook on the sly, try and taste it. And yesterday, cooking according to the recipe from the book, "potato casserole with mushrooms" in the recommended "rice" mode, I did not succeed, the pressure did not accumulate and everything remained half-baked. I repeated the procedure - the result is the same. Ultimately cooked on stew. And today on the forum I came across the same reviews. Now I sit and worry about how to cook pilaf.
Quote: Ira Ya

And another question: today I cooked a casserole of porridge in the "Rice" mode, it works under pressure, but the pressure valve worked only at the stage of "working pressure" and then when I slightly pressed the lid. Is this normal or should I start to worry? Maybe there was just not enough liquid for this regime?

Hello everyone! An updated model was brought yesterday. Pretty. There are two drawbacks: the smell (I haven't found the source yet, but everything smelled like a bowl, a lid, and heating ale). and on one side of the control panel the film is slightly bubbling (poorly glued). : (I bought in exchange LL.

Quote: Aygul

Congratulations on your purchase! My film also bubbled a little right away. So she is still like this in the same place. It has not spread to other places. It does not interfere with cooking at all, so ... aesthetically a little ... not that

Girls, but the film is bubbling, because it is a protective film, you need to remove it.

SPECIAL, possible mistakes - the pressure regulator is not on the High, forgot to put on the O-ring, the float is dirty and does not rise from this.
The working pressure gradually decreases by itself after the end of the program. Therefore, it is not surprising that after a while you will see that there is no pressure in the pressure cooker.
Specialist
Elena, the pressure cooker is new, everything is clean, the valve was at high pressure and I moved it to extinguishing right away, not mine or switching it, everything was okay on it.
Elena Bo
Try something else on Rice, quick.
The O-ring may be crooked.

I think 15 minutes. it will be enough (if in several layers, that is, a lot), they are also lazy, in the form of cutlets. If one layer is possible, and 10 minutes. that's enough.

Read Time taken to cook different foods in a pressure cooker... After all, Tatiana did such work, and no one is interested.
Irina.
Girls, I came to share my grief with you. Someone faced such a problem or was I the only one who was "lucky"?

I have had the pressure cooker for a month now, and I am very pleased with it. I cook in it every day. A week ago I bought a stainless steel. bowl. So I liked her for the quality, she was just beautiful, she was happy like a child. The first time I stewed meat in it. The bowl was in perfect condition. And the second time I cooked chicken broth. I cooled it in a bowl and poured it into another pan, began to wash the stainless steel. cup and was shocked. Dark spots appeared at the junction of the bottom with the wall and, as it were, the metal was peeling off with specks. And the main thing is only on one half of the circle and a few spots on the bottom. I am so upset, the quality of the cup did not meet my expectations. But it was written that you can even use metal objects. But I didn't even stir the broth, and there were no bones to scratch the bowl. And I only use silicone items.

I examined the bowl again and was even more upset. Along the entire upper rim, which is in contact with the lid of the pressure cooker, there is a lot of erased shiny layer, as if corrosion by small specks. And this is how much damage to the coating for two times of use.

Question to company representatives - What should I do now? I ordered the cup through an Internet store (a bowl and a silicone ring) of our city, they said that they were buying from you. It seemed strange to me that the bowl was brought without a box, the courier said that they come in several pieces in one box. Is it so? Maybe they brought me a fake? I know that there is no guarantee for the bowls, I'm sorry for the money spent and I really need the bowl, but I won't buy another one, I don't want to risk it.
Irina.
I took a photo on my phone, so I can immediately throw it on a beech. The photos are bad, the bowl glows a lot, but this is what happened.

And wipe the stains with a cloth dipped in vinegar. have not tried it? On stainless steel, such specks and iridescent stains periodically appear ...
Irina.
I thought to rub them with vinegar, but there are not only spots, but there are also chips, I run my finger and I feel that the coating is chipped. And the bezel is also in small rusty scratches.
I sit now and think. I boiled the chicken and we ate it while it was still hot, and the broth cooled down in the bowl. I hadn’t seen what happened then. The question is, what did we eat the meat with then, together with the coating, with what impurities? It's good that I haven't put the broth anywhere, I had to pour it out.

I sympathize with the owners of "stainless" pots. Either you were sold a banal fake or ... I was taken with doubts when I saw the price of these pots. Quality stainless steel cannot cost so much. Even if it is Chinese. In principle, you can check when buying. There is an old grandfather's way of checking with a magnet. Do not magnetise, stainless steel. True, there are a number of surgical stainless steels that are magnetically magnetic. True, and they cost accordingly. And the second way. Since the stainless pan and the complete pan are the same in size, then the volume of metal for their manufacture is the same. But high quality stainless steel weighs significantly more. It's not hard to compare. These two methods work in tandem.

I received a stainless steel bowl today, it looks like it looks solid, I washed it and put it on to cook the soup to experience what would happen to it after cooking. Yesterday I read the messages and looked at the photo of course I was upset.Soon now, the overflow will be ready, it will cool down, I will wash it, look at it and write it, and see what happens to it. The order came from the brand website
lenok70
I am writing again about the stainless steel bowl for the pressure cooker, the soup was prepared, I washed the bowl and was also in shock, as if at the bottom of the bowl there are 4 small chips straight to a dark color, in the place where the center is, now I am in shock, I received it only today
Kriogenik
Girls, I wrote how to check. Either covered with something or painted scary to say. Well, normal stainless stamping cannot have chips.

Is that how it should be? Or start worrying ??

this is normal, just when the pressure is set when it boils, foam forms, so it comes out, but not always, but depends on the amount of food, they say you need to lubricate the edge of the bowl with oil so that the foam does not rise

You can boil the bottles in a pressure cooker. But boiling eggs under pressure - I would not.
Small bubbles from the pressure indicator are allowed. You do not need to worry, your pressure cooker is working correctly.

What kind of coating are you talking about in stainless steel? Stainless steel is bare metal, there can be no "coating" there. If the surface is shiny - the metal is polished, if matte - polished. All!

Above, we have already correctly noted about the test with a magnet - a good stainless steel does not magnetize! It can only magnetise a little in places of bend or where there were blows to metal in production. Yes, and the color of the metal is also good / bad, you can choose spoons-forks in the store, because the Chinese have no trust, they can write that the highest quality stainless steel is used, but in fact ... mom don't cry

By the way, what is the declared specification of the metal of the bowl? At least 18/10 (percentage of nickel / chromium) available?
lenok70
did you buy this cup? a fact is a fact, today I got it in the mail for the first time I cooked it in it, and immediately there were scuffs or how to correctly say chips to a dark color, whether it is solid or not, it looks new, it is very solid, but after cooking everything is out, we are we use stainless steel pans, but this has never happened on them. what are these bowls made of?
lenok70
I just tried the bowl with a magnet, the walls do not react to the magnet in any way, but the bottom reacts to the magnet where the chips are, and indeed along the entire bottom, it does not attract as a pure metal, but there is a reaction to the magnet. I got into a mess with the purchase
Irina.
Yesterday I did not go online, but here is the news. As it turned out, I'm not the only one with such a bowl.
Indeed, the bowl looks very good quality, heavy, also thought that it would be eternal. I bought it especially for broths, jellied meat. I have several stainless steel. pots, but this has never happened, one pan for 20 years, still like new. And the bowl, apparently, only has a shiny coating, not solid metal.

Yesterday I called the store where I bought the bowl, they said that they buy all the products (multicooker, pressure cooker ...) from Brand and there can be no fake. They said thank you for reporting the situation, but all issues should be resolved with the manufacturer.

I can't check for a magnet and take a photo yet, I'm at work. The photo must be taken in daylight so that it does not shine, maybe it will turn out clearer.

Yes, the money spent is a pity, it would be better if I sent it to the children for charity, but the main thing is that I really need the cup, that's why this situation is upsetting.

🔗, I think this is not the reason. I always put salt along with other foods, and in cold water, not a single saucepan has deteriorated in many years
Irina.
Girls, there are dark spots, and there are chips, and on the edge there are small scratches from turning the lid, as if rubbed with sandpaper. But the lid does not scratch the native bowl.

Ksyusha, I have always added salt to cold water, not a single pot has gone bad. When you need a tasty broth (and I really needed it), then salt is added to cold water. Eve put the meat in stainless steel this time. bowl, poured water at room temperature, salted, and closed on "Soup", 20 minutes. After the signal, I turned off the SV, but did not open it, opened it after a few hours, the broth was still hot. I cooled the broth and poured it, began to wash the bowl and found flaws.

I will wait for your feedback on the bowl. May you be lucky girls so that the cup does not upset you.

I also wrote yesterday about the bowl, I also have chips right at the bottom, I received it yesterday and cooked the soup and saw right away from the first time, everyone talks about a magnet if the stainless steel does not magnet, I tried it, the walls do not react to a magnet, but here the bottom is magnetized, or rather attracts a little. we write directly the chips, they are of course small, I have one 5 by 5 mm, the rest are small, point-like, take a picture as soon as I have not tried it, it’s mirror-like, it doesn’t take pictures in the pictures, but I don’t have a professional camera ... this is the first preparation, but what will happen in the next

here it does not depend on the camera, try to shoot so that the light falls from the window onto the bowl, and turn off the flash (or cover it with a sheet of white cardboard), if you are not too lazy, you can go straight out into the street with a bowl so that the light is good.
