And she didn’t even think to be “naughty”. First, I put dumplings on the RIS program. The dumplings turned out to be lightly toasted and very tasty. Then, I needed boiled potatoes for the salad. And I put it on Par - vegetables. The multicooker did everything perfectly, without a single purr. Earlier, when the multicooker was executing any program, it periodically purred and the screen turned off. The next was borsch. I made a frying on the frying program for 10 minutes. Then she turned on the Quenching for 1 hour. Everything worked out great. And finally, I wanted to check, if you do something else at once (although ready food, a full refrigerator), while the multicooker is "hot", whether it will switch off from overheating. I put the potatoes on the Fry mode for 30 minutes. I fried potatoes with the lid closed, but I removed the valve. She mixed the potatoes several times. My "hard worker-cherry" and here coped with FINE!!!
But today I did not take the camera in my hands, my head was occupied with only one thought, whether we will have to part with the multicooker or not.
So, we will have with my "cherry" in the coming days WORK AND WORK MANY MORE TIMES... To understand that we will have everything with her WELL... And we will make friends with her.

I have a second saucepan a little darker in color, but it fits just as easily as a "native" one. Maybe they brought you a bowl from a pressure cooker, they are similar. Are the signs drawn or embossed inside?

So:
1. Since I am a fan of experiments and cooking on orders is boring, of course I cook more than less in the "manual" mode, where you can choose both the temperature and the time required for cooking. The downside is that the "manual" button is not at the beginning, but almost at the end of all the buttons on the panel. It seems that this is a trifle, but when you have to cook a complex dish with different temperature and time modes, I feel sorry for the cartoon in how often I point my finger at the mode selection button.
2. And here a new nuance arises - when something is being prepared in the "manual" mode, then after completion the "manual" automatically switches to the "heating" mode. It is inconvenient when a dish is being prepared at midnight and warmed up at midnight. It is clear that "use the delayed start mode", but sometimes you need to drop everything now and it is not known when you will come home during the day, and the food is constantly heated after cooking ...

CHECKED on our own experience:
1. Did the mannik several times, for me it is so dry.
2. Cooked pea soup with smoked meats - the dream of a lover of this soup turned out.
3. The borscht has a rich taste, after which you feel like a real skillful khokhlushka
4. I made boiled pork according to the local recipe - decided to do it in the oven. I am meat and the taste in a multicooker is still different. But for some reason it is easier to do it in a cartoon, and for a change it is still possible.
5. Cooked soups for complementary foods for a child - a fairy tale in convenience and some tenderness of the product.
6. Fried potatoes in a country style (when the young in the peel are abundantly seasoned with sweet paprika, cut into 4 pieces lengthwise) - nowhere else can you make it like in a slow cooker, and if you add pork that is not coarsely chopped with fat, you cannot drag it by the ears.
8. I made cottage cheese (oh, at first I read so much that my head was spinning) - I poured kefir, set it to 40 degrees and watched every hour for whey and consistency - 3-4 hours and the cottage cheese can be thrown into gauze overnight - the child likes it and I'm calmer that home. There was somehow kefir, which provoked me on the principle - did not curdle. I waited 10 hours for cottage cheese - a fig. We do not take this kefir anymore.
9. All sorts of stewed vegetables and steamed vegetables - saving your nerves, especially when you cook beets. In a slow cooker, I baked it according to a local recipe. I understood what heaven is in cooking beets.
10. Steamed omelet is a thing)))


I also noticed such a thing that pleasantly surprises me - the food in the multicooker may not be in the refrigerator and not disappear (borscht stood for 3 days, goulash for 2 - usually everything would have sour, fermented and boiled up on the stove in the pan). Maybe the non-stick coating contributes to this, but for me it's still a mystery.

In the "yoghurt" mode, the temperature is controlled by the storgo. It should not be higher than 42 degrees and below 36. Such conditions are necessary for probiotics.
If you set 40 degrees in Manual mode, then the temperature spread increases. During the initial heating, the temperature can reach 45 degrees, and then drop to 35. The set temperature of 40 degrees will be the average temperature during the program. Therefore, we recommend cooking yoghurt using the program of the same name, but kefir can also be cooked in Manual mode. But remember! After the end of the "manual" mode, the "heating" function turns on. And this is already 70-75 degrees.
