Digress from the topic of yogurt.
Regarding cereals: I cooked from 0.5, 3/4 and a whole MCT of cereals (millet, rice, oatmeal), the porridge never ran away, for which brand
But the casserole did not rise for me, the recipe was tested in the microwave and oven. 0.5 cottage cheese, 2 tbsp. l. flour, 2 tbsp. l. sugar, 1 tbsp. l. butter, 2 eggs, and a pinch of baking soda. It always worked well in the oven, for an even more delicate taste I added applesauce, which is also great. But in the cartoon, alas

Another question is how often you cook lemon, yesterday you cooked soup, after that there was a casserole, today there is porridge, in the end the casserole was without aftertaste, but porridge with a flavor of soup?

I don't always boil lemon. More often I just wash the lid, and then just wipe the silicone gaskets with citrus peels

Girls, today I prepared yogurt from dry sourdough, I will say one condensate is really there, but not much and it is better to close the jars. You just need to tell the producers to make changes or additions to the recipes that are written in the instructions, it says that everything is placed directly in the multi bowl, and then close it, don't close it, it will drip once, and if you cooked cabbage soup before yogurt, then it will absorb the smell, so I think it is necessary to recommend cook in a container and then ate small jars so conveniently and that's it.
Who should I recommend? Everyone has different tastes, so I don't need 5 small jars for my family, I don't need 5 small jars, I cook yogurt 1-2 liters. In the bowl. There are no problems with smells. Washing the lid after fragrant food is sufficient.

Sister
I cooked oatmeal from whole oats. Milk mode 2 hours, the ratio is 1 glass of cereal, 2 glasses of water, 3 glasses of milk, salt, sugar to taste. Cooked without delay, in the morning they did not heat it up. Everything was cooked very tasty.

If it says baking for 1 hour 20 minutes, then I baked it for 1 hour 20 minutes. I opened the lid after ten minutes, carefully and left it to cool.
malena
And I was upset for the second day, the cottage cheese cake didn’t work AT ALL, I did everything exactly according to the recipe, I knocked the proteins into a cool-cool foam, they didn’t even fall off the spoon when I poured the dough into the multi bowl, it was more than half full. I baked for 1 hour 20 minutes, opened it, it was like a low cake, i.e.in the baking process did not rise at all ((((I put it back on baking for 40 minutes, then, without opening it, stood on the heat for another 20 minutes. After that I opened it and it cooled down in the bowl, because the oven had not yet dared, since it on the sides and bottom it was dark brown, took it out on a plate, and, oh nightmare, it fell to pieces. It turned out to be a smudge mixed with dark crusts, it tastes for some reason a thick semolina porridge. I've never had this happen in the oven. , I apologize for the verbose scribbling, but it's so offensive, I made a cake for the holiday, Apparently, baking in a cartoon is not mine, for some reason everything that is with eggs does not rise in it, but this cake is generally dark.
Luysia
malena, I don't even know what to tell you. Probably everything depends on the cottage cheese, my cottage cheese is always not dry, so I take 100 g sour cream, as much as the author recommends in the recipe.

Today I myself am going to bake such a cake again, but with a charlotte substrate.
Nevushka
malena maybe it's the quality of the eggs? I had that the bread stopped working and that's it ... I thought, realized that the egg producer was changed from the products, changed back - and everything began to work out.
malena
Luysia, my cottage cheese is also not dry at all, I always buy it in one place both for food and for cottage cheese casseroles.
Nevushkaand the eggs were from two different stores.
And after all, they got lost in such a strong and high foam that I did not even expect such a deafening failure. I just can’t understand, I’m walking around in my head: he was already dark brown on the outside, but inside it was not baked and did not rise. If I still baked him, he would have become coal on the outside, it seems that the cartoon does not bake inside.

I went and looked at the recipe again, from Lola "- 1 jar of sour cream (250g) (I took imunele - 100g)" Here I took sour cream 250g. And you put 100 sour cream?

Today I decided to cook-fry the "flowers" (pasta) on the "Rice" mode. It turned out like this "lace"
Testing multicooker Brand 37501
I caught myself thinking that it would be nice to have another mode in this cartoon - "Express" for lovers of toasted pasta (after all, 40-50 minutes to wait for pasta on automatic mode is too much). Well it is ... thinking out loud
Good day! Today I will become the owner of such a multi

So it took me about a month with my cartoon. I would like to say about my impressions and get some advice. Everything was good at the beginning. Now flaws began to appear. Baked here according to the recipe Curd cake with cherries. Not baked the first time. But I didn't put in much flour, I thought it didn't work out because of it. Then I did it a second time, everything was right and it didn't bake again. I also think that it is not very successful with baking. At the same time, there were different products in the first and second time (in the sense of manufacturers). Then I stewed the cabbage (it was delicious, though there was a lot of water from the cabbage), but most of all I was surprised that when I started washing it, there were stains on the cartoon, as if the saucepan had burnt and did not wash off. But I think, okay, maybe they'll wash it off sometime or I'll cook with them. Then I cooked 5 more times in the cartoon. And I see that these spots have disappeared. But a crack appeared. I was also upset, I don’t understand why, it was like I used a spoon, which is from the multi (which was allowed to me here by the chief selling the cartoon). And yet, I cooked fish soup for 1 hour for stewing. All the fish was boiled, and the bones spread over the soup, my husband did not like it. The soup itself was delicious, but he didn't like the floating bones one by one. Maybe then simmer for 30 minutes? Yes, and the smell from fish soup is also badly eroded. I don't really pay attention to this, but my husband feels, and he doesn't really want to eat oatmeal with a fishy smell) What do you think about this?
Elena Bo
Well, it seems to me that there are more of your mistakes. It is easy to get rid of the smell - firstly wash the saucepan and lid, especially the silicone ring with cold water and detergent. If it does not help, boil water with lemon. The saucepan is most likely a scratch, not a crack. Maybe scratched with bones? Didn't they cook anything like that?
Luysia
Mashulya1, about the smell to you Elena Bo told, but about baking you are not right, to put it mildly. See how much is cooked: pies, pies, casseroles, muffins, cakes, charlottes and women, various breads. And after that, it is not correct to say “what is not very good with baking here”.

If you have something stuck to the pan (I only had this once when frying sausages), then pour warm water into the pan and leave for a while. Then everything will be perfectly washed off and nothing needs to be wiped off.

It is always better to first fry cabbage a little with the lid open, and then close the lid and the Stew mode.
Vichka
A good way is to pour water and incl. steam program.

At the first stage of cooking in a multicooker, failures happen, but believe me, after that you will understand the principle of operation of each mode and everything will work out for you.
I haven't heard of any cracks in the bowl yet. Please take a photo.
Mashulya1
Sorry, I was wrong with the word crack. Yes, a scratch. I saw a scratch after washing a pot of porridge. And before porridge there was fish soup. If only those bones could be damaged. Since they wrote above that the fish was all blurred ...
At the expense of baking, of course I will try other recipes. I was just upset, and then others began to write that they did not succeed according to the recipes. So I thought, maybe this is the case with the latest issues (like the first purchases were better)))))
I did it with lemon too. It's just that you probably need to do this every time, after soups, or something so fried.

I haven't made borsch with boiled beets yet, I have to try it. Borscht in a slow cooker turns out delicious (we like it).

But I know for sure that, for example, I will not offer my dad borscht from a multicooker, he is a fan of classic borscht.

I rarely write, because I do not have culinary talents, so I will insert not even five kopecks, but only a penny.
1. Someone told how the milk became baked after prolonged cooking of milk porridge.I decided to try and it turned out very well baked milk on the "Stew" mode for four hours, and then on heating for another 2-3 hours.
2. I thought about how to cook the morning porridge with pumpkin on a delay, so that the milk did not have time to acidify. In the evening I loaded the cartoon, turned on the "Milk porridge" mode, turned it off after 10 minutes. Well, then I set the program with a delay. Guaranteed milk will no longer curdle.
3. Today I tried a new bread baking scheme. The oven was made from second-grade flour, it rises much less than white wheat, and on "Manual" 150 degrees The crust turns out to be rather thick and dark, then I have to cut it off (well, I don’t like it), so ... For the first half hour I switched on "Manual" 150 degrees, and then switched to "Baking" for 40 minutes. At the end I checked it with a wooden skewer and decided to leave it on the "Pastry" for another 15 minutes. As a result, the crust turned out to be much lighter, I had not seen it on the cut: now I am just browning the loaf in the airfryer.
Yes, I always remove the valve when baking bread.

I hope my notes on the sidelines of the forum are useful to someone.

So my joy from the meeting with the multicooker was not long.
Through what I just did not go on the way to the meeting with my "cherry". At first I could not choose between Dex 50 and Dex 60 for a long time. But then I saw Brand 37501 "cherry" and the issue with the choice was resolved. It had everything, both functions and beauty. The order was placed on December 19th. There was a hope to get it by the New Year. I ran out of work to pay the bill at Sberbank, fell. So much so that on the New Year's whole leg was bruised. But that didn't stop me. Having limped to Sberbank, I still paid for the order and, having gained patience, began to wait. After waiting 8 working days and not waiting for an answer about the receipt of money in the store, I wrote to the manager who accepted my order. And here it turns out that the operator of Sberbank made a mistake in the name of the company. And the money was sent back. Arriving at Sberbank on December 29, I hoped to get my money back and pay again. Sberbank told me that there was no money, come back after January 10. And they did not even want to admit their mistake, because the operator, looking into the printed invoice, did not correctly enter the name of the company. At my request, no matter how - to speed up this whole process with money, because I could lose my order, I was simply rudely offered to pay the bill again (if you NEED so). I didn't pay the second time and called Brand with a request to hold my order (they knew about my problem). Having left for the New Year in Ukraine, I saw a Cuckoo 1054 in the store at a price half as much as in Russia. Of course, I brought it for myself, but I still didn’t refuse the “cherry”. Although my household was already against the third multicooker. But I could not give up Brand, and went with renewed vigor to Sberbank. The money paid for the invoice issued to me was returned, but they did not even think about returning 3% of the total amount for the Sberbank operation. Again there was rudeness on the part of Sberbank. After paying the bill again and checking all the numbers and every letter, I calmed down and went home. A week later, my "cherry" was at my house. The husband was not happy because I bought it in quiet (after all, the Cuckoo had already been brought). But after cooking food in it, he "liked it", and the husband changed his anger to mercy. This would be the end of my story BUT, alas.
Boil lemon on steam for 20 minutes. - everything is fine. Having prepared borscht - 10 minutes of frying vegetables, then 1 hour of stewing - everything is OK too! When I cooked borsch for the second time, in the middle of the “stewing” program my mule purred and switched off for a few seconds. Only the clock was visible on the screen. Then, as if nothing had happened, she continued the program again. It's good that at that moment I was nearby and noticed all this. But I was not upset then. Then, I decided to fry potatoes with mushrooms, and here, a "surprise" was already waiting for me. I set the Frying program - Vegetables 40 min. When there were 16 minutes left on the screen until the end, the multicooker turned off completely. There was only a clock on the screen again, but it worked. I sat down next to me and waited for what would happen next. And then it was like this, after standing for 8 minutes, the multicooker continued the program again. After working for exactly 5 minutes, it turned off again. Then a simple 7 minutes and so on until the end of the program. At the same time, none of the buttons responded to my pressing, as if the mule was completely unplugged from the outlet (only the clock on the screen). And even after turning it off and then plugging it back in, there were no signs of life except the clock. Here I was already upset, and decided to check the multicooker again on the PAR program.
Steam program 10 min. The multicooker brought 1 liter of water to a boil (without interruption), then boiled the water for exactly 5 minutes and turned off again. She rested for 7-8 minutes. Then she went back to work. After almost 5 minutes, it turned off again, not having time to finish the program (there was 1 minute on the screen). On this, I finished all my tests. Of course, she was very upset. So I sit and think how many times they have tripped me, and I fell, got up and again went to meet my "cherry". And now it's a shame to tears. I think that the problem is in contact (when it heats up to a certain temperature) it opens. When it cools down, it closes again. The result is that you cannot use it And the way I have only one SERVICE CENTER. We'll have to listen to the signs now.
Sorry to write so much. But I had to share my problem with someone. I can’t complain to my family members, otherwise they’ll say that I’ve gotten these problems for herself without listening to us.
