Creamy lemon ice cream

Ingredients

Yolks 3 pcs
Sugar 3 tbsp. l.
Lemon sugar 4 tbsp. l.
Milk 100 ml
Cream (I have 30%) 200 ml

Cooking method

  • I love everything lemon very much, and as soon as I bought an ice cream I dreamed of making a lemon one, I made it according to recipes from this topic, but it turned out sour for my taste. And then I decided to connect Lemon sugar and creamy ice cream. The experiment was successful
  • Grind the yolks with sugar. Boil the milk. Pour milk into yolks, stir and simmer the mixture to thicken over low heat. Cool, add to the mixture lemon sugar and whipped cream.

By the way, the remaining proteins just came in handy for Italian popsicles, I have blueberry, from Chuchelka
Thank you Qween for lemon sugar. I used to use it only as a filling for grated pie, but it has so many uses.
