I baked an orange charlotte, everything was fine with the bowl. I cooked pilaf and saw scratches on the bottom of the pan. I bought silicone spatulas and spoons in advance. There were no bones in the meat. So the scratches appeared either from salt or from spices. Everything turned out delicious, but how are they not afraid to use the bowl further?
