We tried everything, it didn't help. If my husband succeeds, he will get to the guarantee on Thursday. Otherwise, they work when we work, everything is for people.

nope ..... this thermal fuse died ......

To be honest, I vaguely pick up the multicooker device, but for some reason the thought of a certain fuse also came to my mind. At our dacha last year, the new Ski refrigerator had it, it did not turn on after the winter. Some fuse was changed under warranty.

Be that as it may, "the autopsy will show". (from)

Please tell me what to do? A deep scratch formed on the old saucepan, I decided not to use it again. Although nothing burned in it. I ordered a new saucepan, its coating was not black, but gray. For about a month, she regularly coped like the old one. And then they began to fry food on it. And I just can't rip them off. I wiped it off only with a sponge, the soft and hard side, I don't try with the iron one, because then all the Teflon will fall off. I just tried to boil water - it's useless. Fried tightly. But now it is impossible to cook anything, the cutlets cannot be turned over, the pasta sticks. Just cook the soup and that's it.
What should I do? Maybe there are some special products for Teflon? Or is it forever?
Ikra
I have a question, just don’t laugh. The valve on the lid does not hold well. When I open the lid after cooking, it completely falls off. When I try to insert into the hole, there are no clicks. I just "stick" it there and that's it. What am I doing wrong? Didn't find anything in the instructions on this? Or at least address me where to read about it.
At the same time, everything is being prepared perfectly

When I insert the valve, there are no clicks either, but the valve does not fall out. Maybe try to "stick" harder ...
Ikra
Okay, I will "stick up" Tok it is not clear why for such money I owe him, and not he to me? Although this question is rhetorical, and is addressed exclusively to my laziness and impatient nature. Probably, one could look for something of equal quality, but cheaper. But this is all the lyrics. In fact, I'm quite happy, because the food turns out to be tasty and just the way I wanted it.
But there is still joint: I do not observe water in the condensate tank. She made stews, soup, pie, scrambled eggs ... But water is not collected. What could it be?
Rita
Usually, water is drawn when the prepared dish is in the switched off multicooker and cools down.

Girls need a consultation. I have two Panasonic cartoons: small and large. Little for two years, Japanese assembly. Big younger thailand. Recently I noticed the following moment for a big one. If during baking it is necessary to add an additional 65 + 20 minutes, for example, then it does not allow to do this immediately after the end of the main time. You put it on additional - instead of turning on baking, it runs off to heating. You have to let it cool down for about 7 minutes and only after that you can start the baking mode again. The little Japanese woman never had this. Immediately after the end of the main time, you can set additional time without any interruptions. That's the question now. Is this discreteness a property of Thai cartoons or a shiz of a particular car? I would like to understand. I still have it under warranty.

I had a couple of times .. then I just took off the valve for a couple of minutes and everything turned on ... maybe overheating takes place: umnik2: cartoon Thai ...
Rina
While I was using the big one, there was the same lotion - wait until you can turn on the program again. Still, the cartoon reacts to temperature, you need to fall at least a degree.

tell me, good people ... they offer me a pan for a Panasonic multicooker SR-TMH18 for 1750 with delivery .... is it expensive? Sibovar's saucepan ...

In my opinion, it's not very expensive ... my own saucepan seems to be more expensive (I read somewhere, I don't remember where) ... besides, the Sibovarovskys praise, their coating is better and you can put it in the oven ..
And, in general, decide - maybe the cartoon will want another, but here is a new pan ...
Rapunzel
: spiteful: Yeah, so it's all the same big Thai cartoons behave like that. The most interesting thing is that the little Japanese girl is deeply parallel to how much she baked before and she does not need to cool down a degree to continue. It's not for nothing that it cost one and a half times more. We will know.
Elena Br
Wow the price, in the Brand company you can also order bowls for Panasonic multicooker, but much cheaper. There are three liters and five.

musyanya
I liked the bowl from the sybovar .. it somehow inspires confidence ... both pots are the same in size, but the sybovar is 100 grams heavier in weight. and the bezel at the top of it is simply bent and cut off, and not tucked, like in Panasonic .. but everything closes perfectly, the steam holds ... the cover of the sybovarny both outside and inside ... and it feels more solid to the touch than on Panasonic .. ...
in the sybovar, I cooked porridge on the machine, potatoes in the steaming mode, baked a biscuit ... everything is fine ... and you can also put it in the oven .... it is very convenient if the rye dough is allowed to stand in a multitude, and then baked in oven without changing shape ... or grill the top crust ...
my own cartoon saucepan was scratched in a year and a half of operation. I noticed that rust forms in the scratches ... that's why I somehow began to be afraid to cook dishes that should languish for a long time or cook first ... so now I'm calm ...
in general, on talobao I saw cartoons with two bowls in the set - it's convenient .. it's a pity that Panasonic doesn't do that.
Ernimel
I noticed that rust forms in the scratches ...
Rust?? They are made of aluminum, what kind of rust can there be?

And what else I want to ask the public - I have had my own panacha for more than a year, got scratched decently (although I didn't take care of it, to be honest). At first I thought of taking it from the sybovars, but then I found out that the brands began to carry pots from the Middle Kingdom to us too. The price tag is about the same (if the Sybovarians did not raise the price), but it is one thing to take in Moscow, and another is to have fun with shipping to Siberia and back.

What I want to ask is - first of all, who has already taken the Brand's bowl? How do you like it? And yet - is it possible to take from them without delivery? Self-pickup, for example. And if the bowl is 900 and delivery is 300, it turns out that shipping from Siberia is cheaper ..

Ernimel
Rust?? They are made of aluminum, what kind of rust can there be?
I also thought it was made of aluminum ... but the fact remains ... after making the yoghurt, I drained the water and saw that the scratches were red ... and we got water after the filter (this is for that the sediment is not from her).
And if the bowl is 900
and where are these bowls? we only have 2200 ... and I don’t want to take my own one anymore; it scratches easily, even on the sides, where the graduation has become loose.
musyanya
Ernimel, I have pans: this: two exactly like *** Yana's *** - reddish-brown scratches - we have no iron water, I understand and see that the pan is made of aluminum, but the color is like rust ! ...
*** yana ***
musyanya I tried to take pictures of these scratches yesterday, but it doesn't work on my mobile, but there is no other fotik .... everything is just worn out, otherwise people don't believe .... I scratched it with my fingernail, they don't rub it off, only the silicone is scraped off, and rubbed the scratches with lemon juice - they brighten ... that's aluminum.
Ernimel
and where are these bowls? we only have 2200 ...
about 900r hangs on the site of the brands, a non-native Chinese bowl under the big Panasonic. plus delivery in Moscow time 300. When I was bothering how much it cost to restore from sybovars - it turned out about the same, taking into account the forwarding. Their new Sybovar, which they themselves churn out, costs 1400, sort of.
*** yana ***
Ernimel the Sibovar bowl now costs 1500 + 240 rubles. delivery by mail ... throw a link, about pots for 900 rubles ... and on Talobao there are also bowls with a diamond coating and bone ... but until you figure out what's what ...
Ernimel
1400 is their own new, and at the same time (like) they continue to restore the coverage on what you send. This is cheaper in itself (something around 900 was), but plus shipping back and forth.
Ernimel
Hmm. inflation, however. Something tells me that I would prefer then to take in Moscow from the brands. There is, of course, the likelihood that it will turn out to be completely pale, but people say that these non-names are similar to bowls from lacucina and marusi, but in Panas's size. And so far there have been no particular complaints about them ...
*** yana ***
Yes, I suspect that bowls from cheap clones of the scarlet type (she looks like one in one Panasonic) will suit Panasonic ... we have such a whole cartoon costs only 1910 rubles .. you have to go and watch her bowl live ...but Sibovar's saucepan I liked the quality ...
Ernimel
The quality is excellent, but I am absolutely not ready to give half the cost of the device for a piece of a stamped piece of iron, even to support a domestic manufacturer. I took a cartoon for 4tyr, and more than 1tyr per cup the toad will crush me to spend. I somehow thought that sybovars would be more "user friendly" in terms of prices - I generally respect them from the beginning and love them very dearly for all their activities. But now they will definitely lose on those who want to take faster, closer and cheaper.

Maybe such a question has already been discussed, but I did not find ...
Has anyone tried replacing the multicooker with something? I have a glass baking dish that fits into a multicooker in size. It can be used in the oven and microwave, but I'm not sure what it can be on the stove. My own saucepan is worn out ... I know that you can look for a replacement. But all the same it is Teflon ... I have all the dishes made of cast iron, stainless steel or glass, without any chemistry such as Teflon. And in the multi there is Teflon, and I use it very often ((((I would like an ecological clean saucepan. Maybe someone tried it? It won't crack? Or maybe not glass, but stainless steel? As a result?
Rina
Rarely, but there are rice cookers (multicooker) with stainless steel pots. Theoretically, if the saucepan fits well on the heating element and allows you to close the lid normally (there is usually some kind of seal there), then the multicooker should work fine. As for glass - glass has a different thermal conductivity ... a multicooker with glass is unlikely to work normally.
evnadiva
Well ... It depends on how you look ... My first car was fine with a hose from an OLD dishwasher, instead of my own and 2 instead of him from the manufacturer, which did not take root after the loss of a loved one. So ... I drove for 4 years and didn't break down anymore. Do not ask which hose, I am not strong, my husband changed and adapted. So everything is relative

but how! attempts to find a stainless steel pan with suitable dimensions and weight in order to unscrew the handles from it and stuff it into the cartoon ended with ordering a new multican from the sybovar ...I do not advise glass - it will crack, break - generally spoil the cartoon to death
Ernimel
It is only known that for the little Panas, the people have adapted a kind of cheap "kulich kulich form" (don't ask where to get it - I haven't seen it in my eyes).

The main problem there is the same as with abnormal shapes (from brands, in particular) - the geometry of the bottom. In Panas, it is concave, while in these it is flat. I slowed down to take a brand saucepan exactly when I found out about this ambush. Until my dear Panasonic gives up the final ends, I will use it. Then, perhaps, you will have to splurge on a sybovarka .. (there, it seems, they say, everything is fine with the bottom).

well, it seems to me that this is just not a problem (at least for the Russians) two or three pop-ups to her (form) and the bulge is provided
the main thing is that the dimensions coincide ... I also have a saucepan suitable for a Panasonic 18, but if I knew that it would be useful to me, I would never give her dog ...
evnadiva
Thanks for answers:)
I bought a spare pot from Panasonic itself. In theory, it should be the same as the original. But my hands are really itching to try with a glass baking dish. Maybe I'll try at my own peril and risk. The only thing, in theory, it’s not non-stick, like a Teflon saucepan. You can't leave it unattended.
evnadiva
And yes, by the way, I have a flat Panasonic pan, nothing convex (I have a little cartoon)
Ernimel
Look at the bottom carefully - it is not convex, it is slightly “convex”. The shape of the bottom repeats the roughly rounded shape of the pancake (while the large pancake is exactly round, not flat). Theoretically, a flat bottom will be corny bad to get up on a pancake and (most importantly) on a thermal sensor in a button. And the pancake will not heat the surface, but a point or some area, but not the bottom completely. Try to put a plane on an inverted bowl (even a sheet of paper) - you will understand what it is about.

For a long time one question has been tormenting me: whether I am crooked (which is possible), or something is wrong with the cartoon, or rather with the valve.
No matter how hard I try to put it on, it still falls out almost every time the lid is opened.
Just some kind of chronic valve incontinence.
Ikra
I have the same story with a valve from Panasik. This is probably its design feature. In fact, it disciplines me, I already automatically remove the valve when the lid is opened.
k.alena
It's strange for me 2 - big and small for more than 2 years and nothing, never dropped
Ikra
k.alena then share, please, a secret, how is it inserted so that it does not fall out? True, this does not stop me at all from enjoying cooking in the cartoon, but what if it will be even better? Maybe you need to turn it somehow?
k.alena
Yes, I'm not doing anything special - I pressed in and that's it. There is a groove on the valve, and in the place of its landing there is rubber (or silicone) also with a groove. So they hold on to each other. I specially opened the lid and touched the valve - it holds, does not fall out

I practiced yesterday - when I insert the valve, I "fidget" it a little to the right and left, pressing it from above. I began to hold on better!
Ernimel
About the valve. This is such a mysticism with him, in some instances he is really flimsy. Moreover, many learn about this from the Internet - I have 18, my mother has 18, bought in different places and at different times - on both the valve sits like a native. I don’t know if it’s possible to do something there - the people who can arrange themselves as they can.IMHO, you just need to pay attention when buying and ask to change, if that. Maybe the series was somehow not the same, or at one time there was a glitch in the production ...
Ikra
After all, I defeated him! As I wrote above, I began to insert it, making some efforts (very small): insert, press it with your hand and without tearing it off, make a couple of rotational movements, as if screwing the valve inward. The third day does not fall off!
Try, whose valve falls, maybe it will help you.
tat-63
I have 2multi. So on the big one, too, I do not hold a silicone spatula under the handle, I push it, but on the small one it does not fall out tightly
palna
This is a factory defect !!! I changed the entire cover under warranty.

about the Brand's pot for 18. They suddenly woke up on the Brands, and now they say that the bottom is quite right for themselves, and it was someone who deceived us all. I met a number of references to the opposite, but now I'm waiting with interest for a photo of the Brand's 18 bottom from them. If anyone already has such a bowl, can you take a picture by putting a ruler or a knife blade on the bottom? It is desirable to also measure the radius of curvature of the "bulge" in the center ...

Now replaceable bowls (pots) for Panasonic multicooker - 10 companies from Tomsk HEK / sybovar are sold in Moscow. The cost is quite decent 1100 per cup. If anyone is interested - write to Lichka.

Didn't they bring 18 here in an hour? ..

By the way, more about the brand's pan, for those who do not read the multicooker, the continuation of the bottom theme. At the same time, when they posted the photo, it became clear that their bottom may not be flat, but the geometry of the pan differs from the native one decently. If the panas along the "pancake" and the bottom - about 18 cm and then almost without rounding the wall, then the brand - about 16, and then a rounded rise. That is, 1. less bottom area, 2. less volume of the bottom of the pan (and either the risk is higher, or simply the useful volume itself is less - it was not possible to understand). At the same time, the people claim that "everything works for them", but it is worth keeping in mind these features, IMHO.
Ernimel
No, let there be information for. I now decide for myself between Sybovar and native. The difference in money is not critical, but who will survive for which of them ... Reviews are different for Sybovar saucepans. Someone is in a wild wotsorg, and someone objectively shows burrs and complains about fairly early scratches. If I decide on a sybovar pot, then I will share my experience here with the people.

I have been using the Sibovar bowl for more than one month ... My dear one has been scratched in a year .. And now I do not risk cooking first courses, milk porridge in it for a long time and with a delay ... in the oven ... And our own bowls in our service still cost 2,200 rubles ... By the way, there is a difference in the taste of the prepared dish in different bowls. Mine are more like Sibovarnaya.

Hello! I bought MV Panasonic 18. I decided to cook rice milk porridge on a timer. In the morning I heard how the MV turned on, and after a couple of minutes dry clicks began to be heard with an interval of about 40 seconds. In general, the MV should work silently? Maybe it works like that, with clicks?
