The instructions say a delay is possible for all modes except warming up.
Mother
I'm not talking about instructions! In some posts here I read about this flaw, and Elena Brand admitted it. Does the current party have the same problem?
Elena Br
The Brand 37502 multicooker does not have a Delay in the "steaming" mode.

In the previous modifications of the multicooker (37500 ...) there was a delay in cooking, but the operating time of the "steaming" mode was the sum of the boiling time + cooking time. For example, if you set the cooking time to 20 minutes, then 10-15 minutes will be spent on boiling water, and the rest of the time the food will be cooked. Everything is clear for the program: the time spent on the operation of the regime is 20 minutes.

In the multicooker 37502, the cooking time starts from the moment the water boils. Therefore, the program cannot know how long it will take for the water to boil, and therefore does not include the countdown of the delay time in the "Steam cooking" mode.

P.S. We did not have time to amend the instructions regarding this fact.

Sorry, I have not come across this. Now I know

Thank you, Elena! Can I use the Baking mode for delayed steam cooking? Or use some other mode?
Elena Br
Honestly, I haven't tried it. If you try, write about the result.

Girls, owners of 502 models, pliz, not in service, but in friendship, measure the bowl: height, diameter of the bottom and at the top. Really needed! If there is already such infa, stick it with your nose. I want a ceramic bowl for my Polaris 0512. I have already found out from Redmond what is ideal (there are already users in this combination). But if it comes from Branda, I think I don’t need to explain which one I’ll take. There is a glimmer of hope in my soul, and what if someone has both, and you can measure it in kind, huh? Thanks in advance!

Question for Elena Br. In the recipe book (p. 80) the recipe for chicken with rice, "add rice (2 multi-glasses) to the bowl of MV and add water to the appropriate level." This is up to what? And in general, you can somehow more clearly indicate to which croup how much liquid is required? Based on 1 multi-glass of cereal. And what is the best mode to use? Thanks in advance.

Goodnight.

I got chapppppppppppppppeeeeeee eeeeee. The multicooker does not turn on. Even the lights don't run. In the morning I cooked porridge, although the porridge was burnt and sprinkled all over the pan, this has never happened.

Good day.
- The proportions of water and cereals are very clearly spelled out in the instructions. The ratio is 1: 1, but these are the recommended proportions that you can change depending on your taste.
- Also in the instructions in paragraph 5.1 (page 9) it is written that if you pour 4 measuring cups of cereal, then you need to add water to the scale level on the inside of the bowl equal to 4CUP. Accordingly, if the recipe says to pour 2 m / st of rice, then the water must be added to the level of 2CUP.
- A cooking mode is written in the recipe book for each recipe.

Marina, I recommend that you take the multicooker to the service center. You will find a list of service centers in the instructions for the multicooker or on the website of our company.

I am not Elena Br. Water must be poured up to the mark inside the saucepan in the Cup, how many cups of rice you have poured, and so on in all multicooker without exception. Since you are not making pilaf, then the "Groats" mode is Standard.
And for baking, in my opinion, the temperature is more than sufficient. And it should be remembered that the higher the temperature, the more it burns before it is baked inside the baking. I switched to baking on the "Krupa" Express mode, it is 30 minutes, and immediately after the end I leave it on the "Heating" for 20-30 minutes. Then the middle has time to bake and the bottom and sides do not burn. Experiment with the modes: programs are not dogma.

Ksyushk @ -Plushk @ the bottom I got 21.5 cm, it is difficult to measure. Height 14.5, top edge to edge 23.5.

LyuLyoka
Girls, help with the baking. I baked a cupcake today for 50 minutes, checked it with a toothpick, it was almost ready. I turned it over and for another 20 minutes. I stood on the heating for five minutes. Got it out, it is slightly wrinkled on the sides. Obviously a donkey at some point. What's my mistake?
Elena Bo
Cupcakes are not flipped.
LyuLyoka
Aaaa, I see, but I thought it was necessary to bother the white side. And then how much of it can you bake on one side (cake for 300 g of flour)?
Elena Bo
The muffins are baked until baked. It can be 1 hour and 1.20. it all depends on the recipe.

LyuLyoka, thank you so much That seems to be the same size. But it doesn't seem to work for me. From 501 definitely not, it does not work. And in 502 it is narrower or wider than in 501, who knows? They're not interchangeable, are they?

I really like to do Agusha or Tema in 200-gram baby food jars, 5 cans fit in a MV
Mother
I do it in 400-gram glasses of curdled milk. In a simple saucepan I mix milk (pasteurized, fresh, cold - 1l) and a box of Activia (no additives), pour it into glasses, cover (not tightly!) With lids and put the multicooker in the pan. Stand up (crooked) 3 pcs. I pour water ~ 2/3 of the height of the glasses. I choose the YOGURT mode and the time is 5:30. But after 5 hours it is necessary to check the readiness so that it does not overstay. !! Be sure to pour boiling water over all the utensils used (saucepan, spoon, whisk, glasses, lids) before mixing !! It turns out well!

Girls, can you tell me what kind of cottage cheese (factory packaging) is good for a casserole, I didn’t rejoice at it. I never succeed in cheesecakes either, probably because of the wrong cottage cheese.
Elena Bo
I take simple loose cottage cheese. And the secret of cheesecakes is in a small amount of flour.

Hello girls. Take in your ranks. My husband gave me a Brand 37502 multicooker. I have already cooked porridge, steam cutlets with buckwheat, everything is delicious, but today I want to bake cauliflower with broccoli in cream and cheese, but I don’t know on which mode it is better to do this, please advise
Omela
Olesya84 , welcome to the forum and buy you! You can bake on Baking. But, there will be no cheese crust. The cheese will just melt!
Olesya84
Omela, Thank you. I cooked cabbage on the pilaf mode, it turned out delicious, but before that I blanched it, and it is better to put it raw, in the end I slightly overcooked
Omela
Olesya84 , you can even frozen !!!

On the "Warming up" program. Put the products directly into the bowl. For solid, you can pour a little oil.

I tried to heat the cooked rice in this way today - did it fry me? maybe overexposed?
but I put the pizza, but it was warmed up only from the bottom (

Heating mode works intensively. It is enough to hold it for a few minutes. I heat soup, side dishes, cutlets, meat.

Girls, does it bother anyone that the saucepan is saturated with the smells of food? Or is it just me? She already stinks so unpleasantly and this smell goes back into food (it is very clearly felt in milk porridge). The alarming thing is that if the coating is so porous, it can and something else can release.

Soak in a soap and soda solution?

Of course, you can soak, but it will not stop absorbing from this

I already thought about it too.

In my 37500 new, the seal of the removable cover absorbed odors. I solved the problem by buying a spare cover. I did not notice such a problem behind the pan.

Something I did not notice, to be honest. This is very surprising to me. Who else has a cup of smell?
kVipoint
My cup doesn't smell, I'm generally very happy with it. I still think there may be a smell from the lid seal, I have a mulinex in the multicooker, the lid seal absorbs odors very much
LyuLyoka
I sniffed the gum, it seems there is a smell, but not strong. The pan is not used for the second day, it stands in an open multitude and stinks. Bliiin that I alone have such nonsense?
