Pork roll with prunes (multicooker Aurora)

Ingredients

pork pulp in one piece 1.3KG
carrot 0.5 pcs.
garlic 3-4 teeth
prunes 6-7 pcs.
salt, pepper, bay leaf, paprika taste
grill seasoning optional
oil for frying 2-3 st. l.
nutmeg taste

Cooking method

  • Wash the meat, blot it with a towel and cut it so that we get one large layer. Salt, pepper the layer, sprinkle with ground nutmeg, paprika, grill seasoning. Cut the garlic, carrots into strips into thin slices and lay out on the layer. We spread the prunes. Roll up, tie tightly with thread. Cover with paprika on top. Fry on all sides and bring to readiness on stewing. We remove the thread. Cut cold.

Time for preparing:

2 hours 40 minutes

Note

The meat goes well for sandwiches. It is advisable to take the meat with fat, then it turns out to be juicier.

Prepared by recipe ang-kay pork roll with prunes. Slightly changed the cooking modes taking into account Panas. Yummy extraordinary! It would be faster in the oven, but I guess not so nice, and it would definitely have to look more closely at the cooking. Thank you very much ang-kay !

Delicious! And just! Tender than my usual boiled pork and the cut perfectly holds the shape, although not a little dry.

Can I insert my own 5 kopecks? I fried on the "Fry" mode, and in P-ke everyone does it, like Alena, on baked goods, and stewed on the "Stew" mode for 2 hours 30 minutes. Is there extinguishing in pan-ke?
