Loose chocolate pie with cottage cheese (Aurora multicooker)

Ingredients

butter 150 g
flour 1.5 stack.
powdered sugar 50 g
eggs 2 pcs.
cocoa 1.5 tbsp. l.
sugar 1/3 stack
cottage cheese 400 g
starch 1-2 tbsp. l.
lemon essence a few drops

Cooking method

  • Separate the whites from the yolks.

  • Dough.
  • Beat soft butter with powdered sugar and yolks. Add flour and cocoa, stir in at low speed. The dough should be crumbs.

  • Filling.
  • Beat the cottage cheese in a blender or grind. Add whipped whites with sugar to a strong foam. To stabilize the proteins, add a little citric acid. Gently mix the proteins with the curd and add the essence.

  • Assembly.
  • Pour half the dough into a saucepan with baking paper on the bottom. We level it, you can crush it a little. Put cottage cheese on top and level. Put the remaining dough on top of the curd. We level and crush a little.

  • After baking, leave in a saucepan for 15 minutes with the lid closed. We open the lid and leave to cool completely.

Note

The curd may rise slightly in bumps and crack. After cooling, the curd is leveled and the cracks are tightened.
I liked the cake. I would double the amount of cottage cheese. Sugar would add (if the proportion suggested by the author) up to 0.5 cups. I used more flour (about 2 cups), because the dough did not want to turn out to be crumbs.
The author's recipe itself is for the oven, but very suitable for a multicooker.
