Jellied salmon (multicooker Aurora)

Ingredients

Salmon fillet 300 g
Fish broth 1 l
instant gelatin 15 g
bulb onions 1 PC.
carrot 1 PC.
salt, pepper, bay leaf taste
egg for decoration

Cooking method

  • On the "Steam" mode, boil water for the broth. When the water boils, switch to the "Soup" mode. Put fish, carrots, onions, spices to taste in a saucepan.
  • Remove the fish after 30 minutes, cook the vegetables.
  • Disassemble the cooled fish into pieces, put in a dish with sides. Decorate with boiled egg, carrots, herbs.
  • Dilute gelatin in hot broth according to the instructions, cool and pour over the fish. For complete hardening, refrigerate.

Time for preparing:

1 hour

Note

Jellied must be salted well. Without this, the taste will be bland.
