Herculean porridge with strawberries (cherries, apricots)

What you need:


Freezer berries - 250-300 grams
Hercules - 80 grams or 6 spoonfuls.
Salt, sugar to taste
Butter - to taste for ready-made porridge

Product comments:
Berries can be put in the porridge both frozen and fresh, just keep in mind that the berries will color the porridge pink (except for apricots).
It is better to put Hercules "long-playing", which does not boil in mashed potatoes.
Why are these berries and fruits chosen by me? Because it is with these fruits that the porridge turns out to be tastier (my opinion), and my favorite in porridge are strawberries and apricots.

What to do:

Put the strawberries from the freezer (without defrosting) into a saucepan with a thick bottom (to keep warm), fill them with water so as to cover the berries “on your finger”, add salt, sugar, and bring to a boil. During this time, the berries will have time to defrost.
Immediately after boiling, add the rolled oats, stir, let it boil, reduce the heat to very low (or you can turn off the stove), close the pan with a lid and let it sweat, stirring occasionally until the rolled oats swell, after which the porridge can no longer be touched.
Cooking time 10-15 minutes from start to finish.

Done.
We lay out on plates, add a piece of butter, give each of them a tablespoon and ... Bon appetit!

Recipe:

Preparation:
