Buckwheat with vegetables in a slow cooker

Ingredients

Buckwheat 1 glass
Water 2 glasses
Onion 1-2 heads
Bulgarian pepper colored
salt
vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Simmer finely chopped onions in a pan until golden brown. Multicolored pepper, cut into small strips. Grate the carrots. Add carrots to the onion and simmer for another 7-10 minutes. Add the mix of colored sweet peppers (you can use the frozen paprikash mix instead of peppers). Simmer for another 3-5 minutes to keep the pepper firm.
