Atlantis, Unfortunately, probably yes. But probably it (the bucket) goes like s / part for the money. It's better than buying new HP.

The bucket costs about 1,500 rubles.

Everywhere in the description there is an error - there is no viewing window in this model ... replaced by a dispenser.
The wife is learning ... if you are interested in something, ask. It differs from the 2001 model described two pages earlier in the absence of see windows and the presence of a dispenser ...
alyona
LeonidLZ , with new clothes you!
I look at the ski and changed the design, and added a dispenser.
There is no problem to solve with a light top crust.

But if I took a ski now, I would take the same ...
And we have already agreed with the top crust ...
sweeta
I bought a 1051 model for my mother as a gift (I have 2001) I always solved the problem with the crust with a window closed with foil, but at 1051 the crust is wonderful, you don't need to close anything ... A paradox? Maybe the size of the bucket plays a role here? The 1051 has a bucket for 700g ...

Thank you.
If I knew about the absence of a window, I still don't know which one would have chosen ... possibly 2001.
I wanted to ask the owners of HP LG-is the taste of Panasonic & Moulinex really better? Or is there some snobbery here ?!

I am not an "owner" or a "snob". but it just so coincided. that I have a Panasonic 255. and my parents bought a Ski-151 (or 121?). shorter than the simplest.
Every summer I compare myself. And let me compare it to others (I bring "Panasonic bread" with me. I take "Ski" with me).

As a result:
1. Ski bread is 100 times tastier and better than store bread (although decent bread is baked in Vologda).
2. The difference between the products of these bread makers in nuances. Panas has: more stable result, richer taste of bread. no sugar binding and specific. layered structure of a loaf.

If it upsets someone - see point 1.
tam7920
Hi people! I want to join the conversation. On the 8th of March I was presented with a 156 model, while I am mastering it a little bit. But the bread turns out sous-lane !!! I want to ask, is the cake being baked, but how easy is it to make the dough? The TESTO program that is, does not fit the cake. Maybe someone tried it?
Uncle Sam
In the book of recipes for HP LG (by the way, the most voluminous of all brands of bread makers), all recipes for SIMPLE (not rich) bread ALWAYS contain granulated sugar.
And its cancellation is immediately visible to the eye. The bread is slightly less fluffy.

At Panasonic sugar is not required. (in Japan, apparently strained with him)
And there is no difference "with him or without him" when baking. (we are talking about 1 tablespoon of sand per 400 grams of flour)

"... and if you don't see the difference ..." (c)
tam7920
Start the program of plain bread with additives or sweet bread with additives (there is normal kneading with heating and proofing). When the oven beeps (asks you to drop additives) a few minutes before baking starts, turn it off. Your dough is ready.
tam7920
For example, a ready-made program KULICH - bakes one piece! I want a few, but small ones. If you knead the dough and bake in the oven? (There will be ... for example four)
Elenka
tam7920
If you bake the cake simply without problems, in a safe way, then put the full Dough cycle, and then lay out the dough into molds, 1/3.
Let rise well and bake in the oven.

Dear bakers! The forum is wonderful, a lot of useful things, and most importantly for beginners like me, there is someone to ask the answer.I bought the stove only a month ago, I have LG202. To be honest, I didn't have a question about bread making before. The family is large, they even ate not very tasty purchased bread. And then my friend buys herself HP and is just delighted. I immediately conduct a blitz survey on my friends and it turns out that everyone has been enjoying this miracle for a long time, and most importantly, I found out that everyone uses LG, different models. CP age from 3 months. up to 10 years. As an envious person, I immediately bought myself. This is a delight! What I just did not do. Except for quick bread, everything turns out. But there is one question for the masters. After kneading the dough, how do you wash the bucket? Or just wait for the dough to dry and wipe it off?
Elenka
luda_smol, I pour some water into the bucket, only when it cools down, let it stand a little, turn it off, and then mine notwith a scratching sponge, wipe it dry.
Gin
I stopped washing the bucket a long time ago - if I make dough in it and it remains on the walls, then, if possible, I take it with my hand or a piece of dough - and what is left will dry up and fall off by itself
Elenka

Maybe I'll say something stupid now ... but still I will say ...
And in factory bread, "potato disease" is not started from an unwashed vat ?!
rinishek
sorry for dumping here in stranger Ski garden, let me disagree with Lena.
Not from unwashed vats, but from imported flour.
Spores of potato sticks in large quantities fall on the grain from the soil and, despite thorough cleaning, pass with flour into bread, surviving in the baking process. At ambient temperature (27-350C) and relative humidity (over 75%), potato sticks develop rapidly and attack the crumb of bread.
At first there is an unpleasant smell, then as the bread is stored, it becomes more and more unpleasant, nauseous. The crumb of the bread sticks strongly to the knife when cut. Cobweb-like threads extend from it.
🔗
and further 🔗

and then, the bucket dries up and everything - just dry for a potato stick - is harmful
After the gasket flew in my bucket, I also try not to wash it again, but only to wipe it, and if I don’t wipe it, it will dry out and fall off by itself
well, what has not fallen off will act as a leaven
luda_smol
Thank you very much for your help and efficiency! That's the only reason why I didn't want to start with the dough, I didn't want to bother with washing. And mine is how they love pies! Believe it or not, I lived with my husband for 20 years, the kitchen is always not his (except for barbecue). And then I come home from work, and he already has bread on the table. And pride is already bursting. Well, of course, I praise, but I myself am shocked by this. I thought I was going to play, but I didn't guess, my husband is in business. Here I do not dispute the right of primacy. Thank you to my Lyzhichka, I will not trade her for anything now. I will love!

Today I opened the package with the LG HB-2051BCJ stove and was puzzled. There is no mention of making yogurt in the instructions for the stove, although this function is advertised in the descriptions on the websites of some sellers? Can someone tell me what is the reason? Before that I used the HB-156JE stove and was very pleased. I got coveted on the new model because of cupcakes and yogurt and suddenly such a disappointment ...
Maybe I didn't understand something, who can tell me?

In 2051, there is no YOGURT function. she is in 2001 and 3001

Good morning everyone!

The day before yesterday I was putting things in order in the closet, and suddenly (!!!) I found an LG HB-151JE bread maker, which was presented to me several years ago, and I had already forgotten about it, put it on the top shelf .... that's how it happens!

And now the third day I bake bread.
I've already baked French, white, onion, egg, and now I'm baking potato (with dry potatoes).
Everything turned out very well for me, all such delicious yum-yum.
The family immediately eats everything clean, this is what will happen, we will not get in the door soon!

It's good that there is such a site, now I will read and experiment.
After reading a little, I realized that my oven has no separate "baking", only 7 programs (main, special, wheat, French, fast, dough, jam).
Tell me, is there any way you can solve this problem in it, or not?
This is probably the oldest model?
Elenka
Alena78, I congratulate you on your find!
This problem cannot be solved in any way, only a new stove. , Bake for health with pleasure!
sazalexter
Alena78 Unfortunately, there is no separate baking in your model, this is not an old HP, just such a constructive feature
But it has a dough mode, and you probably have an oven! With such a combination, you can come up with so much yummy
Do not despair, soft bread for you
sweeta
Alena78 , I congratulate you on such a wonderful "find". Don't even worry about vpechka ... It is in my model, but I don't use it that way and often use it ... Basically, when making real rye bread ... But in my family everyone prefers white or gray (rustic goes great), so my most popular mode is BASIC ... well, all those native oven recipes are also very good, we love potato bread ... Try it! Be creative! Rejoice!
zymula
Alena78, don't be upset too much, I've made friends with such a stove, which I wish you with all my heart. But according to the recipes from this site, you can cook almost any bread, adapting it to your size and set of programs, because the recipes are mostly in grams, well, on the worst end can be counted, there are separate topics on the forum from Admin. And the oven with you and me, though simple, works well and kneads the dough perfectly, and browns well, and is not noisy at all
Alena78
Thank you, dear, for the kind words!
What are you, I'm not upset at all, only that the stove has been idle for so long.

I also baked potato, very tasty, and also a muffin with raisins and carrots (there was no apple, the next one will be with an apple), it turned out to be wonderful too, so tall. I look at recipes on the forum and in my book and do something in between

But I'm thinking, can I knead the dough, and then pull out the spatula and set the "jam" mode? Well, and watch, so that it does not burn out. Or maybe everything will burn out at once?
Well this is so, while just thinking.
(This only applies to sweet cake without yeast.)

I am still a "green" baker, just beginning to understand something.

HELP!

Not so long ago I read that girls from some city (Donetsk, Zaporozhye,?) Ordered spare buckets for the LG bread maker in Kiev... There was also that in one place they asked for expensive, and in another the normal price (about 200 UAH). There was a phone number and an address, but now I can't find where it was written.

I want to order a new bucket (let it be).

Hello everyone! The soul could not stand it and asked to register on this wonderful site! I got on it, like many, by chance two weeks ago and "got hooked" completely. Mom bakes bread for our small family in the oven. He bakes great, the bread is delicious! One BUT ... He bakes once a week for 5-6 rolls (in tins in the oven). And by 4-6 buns you have to forget about freshness, although everything is in the refrigerator. And I was so carried away by the exploits of the bakers, the "seasoned" people tell me so deliciously about different breads that I was on fire to buy HP. I read messages in different branches, weighed the pros and cons and decided to buy Panasonic. I came to a store (a small village) - there is only LG (151,152), in another - the same song! Model 202 met, somehow 1005, one with the function "Russian cook" and an unknown stove called "Kuma 1" (probably of our production). Yes, there was also a small Kenwood unit, but it had its buttons painfully worn out, so a sneaky thought crept in: but not used. In short, our suppliers "respect" only LG. Maybe the service is the most affordable in our area? A question arises that has tormented Chernyshevsky: what to do? To go to the nearest large city (and this is almost 3.5 hours away) for the vaunted Panasonic (along with the trip it will cost a pretty penny and if, God forbid, a breakdown, it’s a long way, but it may be worth it) or trust such a popular one in our LG stores? The responses vary from the most enthusiastic to the derogatory.
sazalexter
Kitty I In your case, take LG, only choose the model carefully, maybe even one of the new models. Pay attention to the bucket! Those models that I saw in the store had a cast bucket like Panasonic

Kitty I
sazalexter, thanks for the advice. I myself was inclined to think about LG. As for the new models 2001 and 3001, I asked about them in stores - none of the sellers had heard. But they promised to find out. Although I think: do I need the functions "yogurt" (there is a yoghurt maker) and "butter" (if the glorious oil seals fly from jam, then buttermilk from butter is an even more aggressive environment). In short, everything is clear, nothing is clear. Yes, I also wanted to know: what is a cast bucket is clear, but what else can LG have?
sazalexter
Kitty I Oops confused with other HP, LG does not make stamped buckets, only cast
Alena78
Kitty I

I have an LG-151.
I only bake bread. More recently. But I bake every day. I make good bread.
I like the stove. But the "baking" mode is very lacking.
Choose LG with this mode.
Kitty I
Head spin! In almost all LG stores (I wrote about this), and yesterday I saw Panasonic. I've already set my sights on LG, and now I don't know what to do. The price for LG is from 4500 thousand to 5000, and Panasonic is 7600.
Marie
Kitty I, as I understand you, was also tormented by a choice ... As a result, I bought LG, which is immensely happy, and my friend bought Panasonic, but without a dispenser, after six months of using their ovens, they came to the conclusion - there is practically no difference, bread delicious both there and there. So think, it's better not to overpay, but buy something else useful)))) IMHO
Kitty I
Marie, thanks! If you were comparing with your friend HP and did not find any big differences in bread, then I’ll probably lean towards LG. Only can I knead the dough on dumplings (Panasonic has this function)?
Marie
Yes, of course, both in Panasonic and in LV ...
zhmenka79
Good afternoon everyone! A friend of mine bought a LG 2001 a month ago and was happy ... at first, but now in a panic. She doesn't get completely gray bread (recipes are mine). and for some reason the white does not rise to the top of the bucket. My Ukrainian bread almost rests against the window, but it doesn't rise at all
Already changed yeast, etc.
Who has such a stove, tell me, maybe there is some peculiarity. And one more thing: it seems that the instructions contain a Russian chef function, but she cannot figure out how to enter it. I have had Moulinex for three years now, there were no such problems at all. Thank you.
sweeta
You do not need to enter the "Russian cook", this program starts automatically immediately, and the listed pumpkin is already baked in it. rye, sour cream, Easter cake, honey-mustard ... I also did not work out recipes for your bread maker, my mother-in-law also Mulya, take recipes from this site of any gray bread and be sure to adjust the bun ... I get Ukrainian wonderful (I took the recipe from the site of the Bakery House), but malt and sourdough are needed ... As for the real rye, the baking in our ovens is "specific", you need to start the "French" program, stop after kneading (13 min.) Turn off the proofing oven for 1 , 5 hours, then bake in the "cupcake" mode (60 min.) ... You just have to sit down and deal carefully with all the programs and functions, well, and carefully read the site, there is a lot of useful and necessary information! Good luck to you and your girlfriend !!!
zhmenka79
Sveta, hello! My friend has no Internet, so I, as a liaison. Today she baked Ukrainian bread from this site on the Russian Chef program. The result is as she says "butsik". You are from Ukraine. Have you used Lviv dry yeast?
Maybe it's all about them? And then she sins on the x / stove.
I have FERMIPAN yeast. Once I gave them to her, she baked white bread. Everything is fine, and then I bought Lviv ones.
And one more thing: did they bake gray bread? If so, what recipe and on what program? Thank you.
Alino4ka
My Lviv yeast is baking normally
oven LG 2001
Ryzha
I also have Lviv dry yeast, I bake exclusively with them. All rye bread does not rise as high as white bread, and the crumb is denser. Try Bread with Rye Flour and Caraway Seed (by Jan). And try whey instead of water.
zhmenka79
Girls, thanks for the answers! This morning I baked my own white bread, took my flour and yeast, dragged all this to my friend. We put the bread on the "main" bakery. medium crust. In three hours I will know the result. She left her bread for comparison. If it doesn’t work, then it’s just something with the stove. By the way, they compared cups and measuring spoons. A teaspoon from my Mulka is about a quarter LESS, Maybe that's why the top of her white bread falls, that yeast turns out more. In general: we are waiting.

Take these standards as a basis https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=1625.0, and count them by the volume of your cup
zhmenka79
Girls, hurray !!! It turned out to be a BEAUTIFUL bread !!!
Now a friend will bake tomorrow according to this recipe, but with her own flour and yeast (now at work). Thank God that everything worked out: I washed down my husband, because he persuaded her to buy this model.
I think that everything is in leaps and bounds, faith in their quantity. Will now gradually find out what is the reason for the failure. But what is interesting: she always baked on a dark crust and said that baking began when it was 1 hour and 30 minutes on the desplay. Maybe this is a "joke" of this model?
My Mulechka also starts baking in an hour.
Thank you all for your participation
sweeta
Baking starts 1 hour 10 minutes before the end of the program on all programs except "fast" ... Let him carefully read the "Program characteristics" ... The baking itself lasts 50 minutes, cooling down -20 minutes ... Congratulations on the result! I never set the crust program, it automatically bakes on a medium crust ... It suits me, but apparently it should be selected depending on the taste and the machine itself, how it bakes (mother 1051, so she constantly has much more baked bread on the middle crust than I have)...
Melatriel
Hello everyone! My husband and I recently bought a bread maker, and then this site came across. Here I hasten to boast that the bread began to turn out from the very first roll, which I am incredibly happy about! now I will read all the pages from the very beginning, what they write about LG is very interesting.
Elenka
Melatriel, Welcome! Delicious, successful and various breads for you!
I want to advise you to read the section Bakery Basicsif you haven't read it yet.
Everything will immediately become in a different light for you. Contact, ask, here you will definitely be helped, prompted, advised!
Melatriel
Elenka69 , Thank you! And as I sat down to read that the children had to chase me away from the computer. You have a lot of interesting and useful things!
Rusya
Melatriel, Hi welcome! You will not regret that you came to this site.
I got HP two years ago, half a year later my husband accidentally showed this site and .... everything started spinning. In a good sense of the word. During the year and a half that I have been here, I have got: a toaster, a kitchen. email weight, slicer, slow cooker, and how many interesting recipes I was sucked in and would not let go. But in my opinion my family is not offended.
So settle down, settle down and we will be friends.
