hello, happiness friends!
I also have LG HB208. but the fact is that they sent it to me as a gift from South Korea (after all, they made it work) and the instructions for it are all in hieroglyphs
I dug the whole Internet and found a similar analogue of HB206. I really need an instruction about the stove program. went to the link to the LG service site, but could not download it.
could you help me - share the translation of the hp LG 206 (y)
can be briefly in a nutshell - what programs do you have and ck by time spent. I translated some of my functions, but looking at HB206 now I doubt that it is correct.
I will be very grateful. and in return I can throw off some recipes, tested and taken from this site (tested on myself).
by the way, the stove has never let me down. or I her

Svetluchio, I have a HB-205 CJ stove, you can look at it here:

If I can help you with anything, ask. I have not seen 208 in Ukraine.

I will be grateful
Luysia
HP HB-205 CJ programs:

1. Russian chef (3h 40min)
2. Main (3h 40min)
3. Special (3h 40min)
4. French bread (4 hours)
5. Quick bread (1h 59min)
6. Dough (1h 03 min)
7. Cupcake (1 h 10 min)
8. Jam (1 h 20 min)

There is no "Toast bread" mode, "wholesome, healthy" - this mode is called "Whole grain bread" - I don't have it either.

the numbers are clear, they are the same for me too. the only thing is there is also "toast". and what can you bake on the "special" program? because, judging by the minutes spent on the work, those that are 3.40, spend the same time on all functions (mixing, pause, etc.), so I don't understand what the difference is. for example, what program do you use when baking rye bread?
here's another feature, that your French for 4 hours goes as useful, healthy for me. and it has something like preheat (?) in it. could you compare the steps of "my useful" with "your french"

warming up (or heating?) - 20min
1 batch 13min
pause 50min
2 batch 12min
then there are numbers, the meaning of which I cannot translate
20 minutes
4 (but not minutes) hieroglyphs are different))
15 minutes
again4
40min
50min
cooling down (I guess) 20min

4-maybe a mix?
on my xp program "Russian chef" is not, where does he come from in Korea, they hardly bake cakes, so there is just "sweet bread, pastries, buns"
did you bake cupcakes? I only tried one, after high bread, low cupcake - unusual but in general, how long have you got hp? were there any unsuccessful baked goods?
Luysia
Svetluchio, I will try to answer all the questions:

1. Program "Special". This program is most optimal for making bread according to recipes that contain a large amount of sugar and fat (2 tbsp), as well as for foods that quickly fried (cheese, eggs). The cooking cycle is 3 hours 40 minutes. It also provides for a sound signal (8 signals) 15 minutes after the start of the program. The display will show 3:25. This will be the best time to add additional additives (for example, raisins or nuts) to the dough. (This is a quote from my instructions. The difference in the Special Mode is a lower baking temperature for sweet and fatty breads, bread with cheese.)

2. "French bread"

warming up - 20 min
1st batch - 13 minutes
rest - 50 min
2nd batch - 12 min
1st rise - 20 min
forming - 4 seconds
2nd rise - 15 minutes
forming - 4 sec
3rd rise - 40 min
baking - 50 min
cooling down - 20 min

This cycle is most suitable for recipes with a low fat content, which allows you to bake bread with a crispy crust and an airy springy center.

3. In my answers No. 81 and No. 107 of this topic, I asked what kind of bread I baked in my oven, which I liked.

4. "Russian cook" for baking rye, pumpkin, honey-mustard bread, sour cream, Easter cake, etc.

5. I like cupcakes in the oven, but many girls from the forum also successfully bake cupcakes in HP, read it.

6. I highly recommend you download "Instructions for the LG HB-156 JE Bread Maker"

https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_content&task=blogcategory&id=26&Itemid=61

She is the "predecessor" of our ovens, the instruction is very similar to mine, recipes for different breads, descriptions of modes are given, a lot of interesting and useful for the first acquaintance with HP, especially since you have no readable instructions at all.

7. About unsuccessful pastries: there were practically none, except for chocolate at Bystraya
program (I bake only Quick bread from Elena Bo in Fast mode)

https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=4459.0

the rest, where it is written in the instructions "Fast", bake in the main mode and everything will be OK)

Well, for now, read this topic and others, ask questions!

First water, then sourdough, then flour and then the rest (according to the recipe). or
First water, then flour, then sourdough and then the rest?

if the sourdough is in the water, do you need to mix it well or just put it, and mix it up during kneading?

Dear, forum users, owners of LG bread machines. All have their crust color programmed like this:
A-average
B-light
C-dark?
It would be logical to swap the first two places. Doubt crept in that I had a typo on the HP panel
Lenusya
That's right, everyone is like that.
Everything is logical: by default, the "A" crust is immediately highlighted - that is, medium (you do not need to press anything), and if you need light or dark (this does not happen often), then by pressing the button you select it.
Lisa08
In general, I have not heard bad reviews, the main thing is to buy in good stores
Elenka
I agree with you, Lisa, LG stoves are quite worthy. Mine is already half a year and I have no complaints except gratitude!

Hello everybody!
Will you accept me into your ranks?
Yesterday I became the owner of the LG HB-155CJ. I baked French bread, I just had to try :) Now the second loaf is spinning - in the evening I go to my parents, I will please them too :).
The only question is that almost all the recipes that come with my HP use milk powder. I would like to replace it with natural (home or store), but I do not know how to "calculate" the required amount ... Well, I don't want to use powdered milk ...
Elenka
Hello linden!
Bread can be baked without milk (dry) at all, and there is a lot of sugar in the recipes of HP LG. I reduce sugar to 1-1.5 tbsp. l. And if you want bread with milk, then half (or take any part) of the liquid you replace with milk, curd whey, kefir. Try it, so you will find bread that suits your taste!
Good luck to you!

Yes, there is no typo. Everything is correct. The manufacturer has made it convenient for you so that you do not press the buttons again. The most active button is made by default.

Precisely differ in the volume of the loaf. You can bake more in 205 loaves of bread.
I don't know about the rest, but when I chose, I did not notice much difference. True, in one place I met that 205 has gluten-free pastries, but I don't give a 100% guarantee :(.

Good afternoon to all visitors! They don't want to give me Chinese Panasonic in any .... Is there anything good in LG bread makers?
I was only told in the company service that their bucket breaks (some kind of oil seal is leaking, then it just makes a hole) almost every month.
Tell us who has or had a "ski" experience, please ...
And which one is better?

I have LG for 2.5 years. I got it for my birthday. The oven is simple, I would like more options. But as they say to a gift horse ... But she never let me down. Although the poor thing works for wear and tear. I bake my men almost every other day, but at work they are constantly asked to bring the fruits of their gift. Sometimes I run it 2-3 times a day, letting it cool down, of course. The bad thing about it is that when the light is turned off (and recently we have often practiced it), it does not save the program.
I didn't get the bread just once. He went to the birds (the children were happy, they fed the whole loaf to the birds!) And then, I sin on yeast. There were none that I use and I had to buy "Saf-Moment".
So it’s not a bad technique!
vitalsighn
Stove LG 155cj. The flight time is several days. Flight - we do not catch the ground with our wings, but it is still far from aerobatics.

What is baked:
1. French bread (on flour that was available, with yeast that was available today, which, by the way, has expired). Result (despite all of the above): you can eat. But it feels like he was pouring yeast (although everything was according to the recipe). Verdict - the bread did not work out.

2. Chocolate muffin (according to the recipe from the instructions with cocoa-nesquik). Verdict - AWESOME Cupcake! (but, excuse me, the whole batch was done by hand, the machine only baked)

3. French bread (second attempt - new flour, new yeast - SAF-moment)). I put a little less yeast. The bread turned out better than the first time, BUT! This is not an easy French "baguette" bread. The loaf is "heavy", as if wet. The appearance is kind of dull - shabby. Verdict - the bread failed again.

4. Coffee cake - according to the recipe from the instructions. The result is not bad. But you can't compare with chocolate. It seems to have worked out, but I didn't like it very much. Apparently, because it is simply not to your taste. (although now it's delicious with tea)

5. Attempt # 5. Regular bread according to the main recipe. With milk powder. The result is already acceptable. Solid four!

Somehow so far. I continue to experiment.
By the way: I sift flour, I don't mix yeast with cold foods, I don't confuse grams with milliliters.

Hello to all owners Lg! My husband and I bought our HB-152CE at the beginning of May, we are very satisfied, everything we tried - it worked, except Chocolate bread for tea on mode FAST ...

When baking French I liked adding ground flaxseed and bran (although this bread cannot be called French already)
Very tasty and successful: Onion and Egg, both baked in FAST mode. White and Wheat were also quite good.

About Rye - there were a couple of unsuccessful results in the search ...

Only baked from cupcakes "Gold" - I liked it very much, it turned out delicious !!!

From recipes that are not included in the instructions, hell Mustard by Tane4ka and Buckwheat, I liked it, just over Grechnev we need to work (the crust falls off). I'm on this site recently, I don't know if it is possible to share recipes in this thread?

Hello!

Celestine
svetkakonfetka, recipes can and should be shared, but in separate Temka, create your own Temka with a recipe in the appropriate section (with yeast, sourdough, sweet, etc.)

I have two HPs, a very simple LG and Tefal. So LG, unlike the promoted brand, is very quiet, and in many cases I prefer it.

And chocolate bread in my LG works very well in FAST mode, but in Tefal I need a basic mode.

Please, owners of LG HB-205 CJ, tell me, what modes do you have? I'm confused on the sites, one description in my kitchen is a completely different reality. everywhere it is written that there is a gluten-free regime, for coarsely ground flour, sweet, in real life there is nothing of this, at least for me, I already rubbed my eyes and shook my head with this particular model, maybe I don’t understand what. Although on different sites I found option 3 according to the modes in this stove). It’s very interesting, who’s got it ???

HP HB-205 CJ programs:

1. Russian chef (3h 40min)
2. Main (3h 40min)
3. Special (3h 40min)
4. French bread (4 hours)
5. Quick bread (1h 59min)

8. Jam (1 h 20 min)

There is no "Toast bread" mode, "wholesome, healthy" - this mode is called "Whole grain bread" - I don't have it either.

bykern, these are the HB-205 CJ programs, and the "Sweet bread" program in our oven is called "Special" for baked goods with a high content of sugar, eggs and fat.
bykern
Thanks for the answer, I don’t understand why this is not a match, there are places where the description is real, here, for example, and almost all the others indicate that there are 12 programs, and there are 8 of them, where to get a stove that matches the description from most sites, it would be for me perfect, just do a cool stove, but I need a gluten-free mode and for coarse flour, so it's a shame. Have you tried wholemeal flour in this oven? turns out? if so, what mode are you using?
Luysia
bykern, there are only 8 programs, I gave them above, but as the manufacturers write:

"In this model of bread maker you will find a unique program" Russian Chef ", which includes cooking:

- honey mustard bread;
- pumpkin bread;
- sour cream bread;
- rye bread;
- and even Kulich "

Therefore, 12 programs are obtained.
And the stove matches the description, see the official website of LG

And what may be written by not entirely conscientious sales managers in some online stores, we will leave it to their conscience.

I did not bake bread from whole grain flour, because I do not have this flour, but such bread is also baked in ovens that do not have such a regime.
bykern
thanks to the site it really coincides, but together with the Russian chef we get 13 programs. Thank you very much, you helped me figure it out, it means that there is just misinformation on the selling sites and that's it.

And who has what kind of flour the ski "eats"? My ski, for example, only eats MacFoo. Any other flour makes bad bread - it rises poorly. LG respects Kievmlyn flour. White also accepts Belaya Tserkovskaya. But rye, only "Mlyna". Tried "Luganmlyn" in supermarkets it is full of different flours, but the bread rises poorly. Once I bought rye flour "Kievmlyn", then my bread rested against the lid of the stove, I was even surprised that rye, even with the addition of wheat flour, rises much worse. Now I buy from them only.

Well, this is something your HP spoiled. I make good bread from any fresh flour. The main thing is, forgive the hackneyed phrase - watch the kolobok. I prefer, of course, the "Firm" flour from HLEBODAR - a mixture of 1 and a / c. Real bread flour!

I am also against the idea that LG stoves can only "work" with Makfa flour.

I also used flour "Dnipromlin" and "Khersonmlin" and even "nameless" packages - the bread was good.

I bought "Makfu" for Easter cakes - I didn't feel much difference.

So, I completely agree with Elenka69: the main thing is not the flour and the brand of the stove, but the handles.

tuskarora
I support. I have a 156th ski. From the very beginning I bake on the most ordinary flour of the Novopokrovsky HC (I buy it in a bag at the bazaar). If the yeast is normal everything is fine! And we only have rye from Dobrodiya. Similarly, it works fine on it. (And I'm very picky about baking). For all the time, maybe three times the bread did not come out. But that was also my fault. For example, in Cherry Bread from a recipe book, I poured homemade cherry juice (cherry in its own juice) and did not take into account that it was with a specific amount of sugar. The bottom line is cherry gingerbread - non-chewable.
So it's not about the pickiness of the stove. Experiment.
Marie
After long ordeals on the Internet, I chose this model of the stove for myself, but I did not find anything about it on the forum. Maybe someone still knows about her? I liked that she can jam, and it fits in size and there are enough programs, and of course the price ... I'm really looking forward to the feedback ...
