I am the proud owner of an LG 2001 bread machine, I baked only table white, French and rustic bread with the addition of rye flour (thanks to Admin), only French did not work out, but I sin on flour. Made yogurt all wonderful. But I have a problem - temporarily, for a week, due to repair work, the gas was turned off and I lost the opportunity to use a normal gas stove. In this connection, the question is, can anyone tried to bake a cottage cheese casserole in a bread maker, whether it is necessary to put baking paper in the form or whether it is necessary to grease the form with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs and the cupcake program will do, or the baking hour is too much for the casserole and the bread maker must be turned off earlier. Help with advice, I really count on help. Thanks in advance for the worthwhile advice.

I trust the option more - grease with oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs, remove the stirrer, of course.

Thanks for the answer, tomorrow I will buy cottage cheese and try. I will definitely report how it turned out, maybe someone will come in handy.
