Winter vegetable stew (Cuckoo 1054)

Ingredients

Cauliflower 3-4 large inflorescences
Potatoes 2-3 pcs
Bulb onions 1 large
Carrot 2 pcs
Canned peas 1 can
Zucchini 1 small
Tomatoes 3 pcs
Dried porcini mushrooms handful
Vegetable oil 2-3 st. l.
Bay leaf 1-2 pcs
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • The mushrooms are soaked in advance, then finely chopped.
  • I had cabbage, zucchini and tomatoes from deep-freeze, so I let them move a little, literally to the point where they could be cut with an Alligator on the largest wire rack. For this reason, no other liquid was added.
  • Carrots, onions and potatoes are also diced.
  • I put all the vegetables, except for green peas, in the "Cuckoo" pan, added spices, salt and oil and turned on the "Multi-cook" mode for 12 minutes.
  • At the end of cooking, I added green peas and mixed.
  • During the specified time, all the vegetables cooked wonderfully, despite the fact that some of them were fresh, and some were deep frozen
