Sesame from 1 st. l.
Worcester sauce or fish sauce (if available) from 1 st. l.

Cooking method

  • I'm not Korean in any way. And I do not pretend to be an original recipe. But I often try everything in the Korean snacks department in the market. Fortunately, this is never denied to a mother who is hung with children.
  • And I especially liked this dish. I was looking for him on the internet for a long time. Everything is similar, but not that. The method of trial, error and feeding of failures to my husband - I can't be spicy in principle - it turned out almost THAT!
  • I bring it to your judgment.
  • I must admit right away that I take lightly salted herring, although it should be fresh. But I am very afraid to eat it of our quality without heat treatment, so I salt it for 3 days. How do I salt? This is a different recipe.
  • If you are not afraid of eating raw fish, then proceed with the recipe. The result will not change! Unless you adjust the salt at the very end.
  • Fact - lightly salted fish. I peel, remove the fillets, and soak the night in water. Not in milk! And in water, since it is necessary to soak the fish in milk, where the fats are oxidized. You know, it can be as yellow as rusty. And not for this case.
  • So, cut the fillet into thin slices. By the way, milk and caviar can also be used perfectly.

  • Then fill it with cold water so that it is covered by about 1 cm. Next, fill it with 70% vinegar essence for about 1 dec. spoon. Readiness is determined by the presence of white foam - this is the brewed protein. But I didn't have the essence, so I just poured 9% table vinegar into the fish without water.

  • Considering that the fish is salted, this is quite enough for it.

  • You choose the way. The fish is marinated in both cases for 20 minutes. During this time, we will have time to prepare the vegetables perfectly. The main thing to remember! We do not fry - we sauté vegetables until they are light soft. The vegetables should crunch a little.
  • Chili peppers can be either fresh or dried. But how much to use it is your taste and the capabilities of the body! These are my possibilities of lango-pharyngitis throat to allow myself to feast at least a little.
