Vegetable stew in a slow cooker Cucoo

Ingredients

Cauliflower 200 g
Broccoli 200 g
Carrots (medium) 1 PC.
Bell pepper 1 PC.
Green pea 100 g
Vegetable oil 1 tsp
Seasoning for vegetables 1.5-2 tsp
Garlic 2 cloves
Salt taste
Black pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Very often I add seaweed (you can pickled.)
  • 1. Dice the carrots and bell peppers. Divide cauliflower and broccoli into florets.
  • 2. Place all vegetables in a pressure cooker bowl, sprinkle with vegetable seasoning, add vegetable oil.
  • 3. Close the lid of the pressure cooker, select the “Multipovar” menu, temperature 120 degrees, time 8-10 minutes and press the “start” button. You can also use the "Parvarka" mode, turbo, time 8-10 minutes.
  • 4. You can cook vegetables at a milder temperature by selecting the "Multi Cook" mode, temperature 90 degrees, time 17-20 minutes
  • 5. At the end of cooking, add garlic, salt and black pepper to taste.
  • When cooking vegetable stews in a pressure cooker, you do not need to top up the water, as cooking under pressure helps the vegetables produce the required amount of juice themselves.
