Ingredients

Butter 60 grams
Sugar 1/2 cup sugar can be increased if you have a sweet tooth

Cooking method

  • Add everything else - flour, soda, spices - beat.
  • Add rolled oats and mix gently with a spatula.
  • The dough will turn out to be liquid. Pour the dough into a pot of kuku and set the Oven mode to 1 level, 1 hour.

Note

The cake turned out to have a pleasant taste, porous inside, the crumb is not dry.
Next time I will add raisins for taste - it will be very suitable for this test!
