Cooking method

Thank you very much for the idea of ​​the pate. Made from budget chicken. I bought a soup set for 80 rubles kg. I cooked a pan of fabulous broth, I thought I would freeze it for the future, but my husband kissed him so well that there was nothing to freeze. I cleaned the ridges of meat, I got 335 g. And I made a paste. How delicious it turned out!
