Liver pate with pickled honey mushrooms on a stump

Ingredients

Boiled beef liver how many you want
hard boiled eggs optional
mayonnaise to the desired consistency
garlic taste
pickled mushrooms optional
lettuce leaves optional
salt taste

Cooking method

  • Rinse the liver, clean from external and internal films, boil, mince.
  • Add enough mayonnaise to form a non-spreading mass that is good for keeping its shape.
  • Boiled eggs (the amount to your taste, the more eggs, the more fluffy and fluffy the pate will be), rub through a fine grater and combine with the liver.
  • Try and salt if necessary, since the composition and taste of mayonnaise is different. Add squeezed garlic to taste (for some, just the taste is enough, while others like "pluck out your eyes").
  • Take two salad bowls different in volume, cover with foil, place the liver mass in salad bowls, compacting well.

  • Use a fork to make "bark", coat the top of the hemp with a thin layer of mayonnaise, and use a fork to make "annual rings" on the cuts of the hemp.
