Chicken liver 300 gr.
Mushrooms (forest, porcini, champignons) 100 g
Carrot 150 gr.
Bulb onions 150 gr.
Cognac 15 ml
Ground nutmeg pinch
Butter 20 gr.
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
Salt, ground black pepper taste
Garlic 2-3 teeth

I had a ready-made liver (very neutral, no spices). And there was also a frying pan with "scum" (along the bottom of which - meat juice and melted fat) from roasting chicken. Here in this frying pan I planted onions, carrots and champignon legs.I put out everything well. Salted, nutmeg and garlic bitted. And reheated everything along with the finished liver. I'm not holding brandy, I'm sorry. Blender - and you're done!
My girls rode up to the spirit of pate - one schoolgirl, the second woolen. Both were very pleased (and the schoolgirl seemed to hate mushrooms, but here, not knowing, she ate the pate at the speed of a jet plane).
The quality of the photo is terrible, do not blame me - while I was taking a photo, one girl stole a cracker with pate with my consent, and the second (shaggy) had to be driven away with a mobile phone at the ready
