Ingredients

Turkey thigh fillet 1 PC
pomegranate sauce
dry red wine 150gr
mustard sweet 1 tbsp. the spoon
walnuts
Provencal herbs

pepper

Sprinkle the roll with sweet paprika powder on top. Cover the form with a piece of foil (shiny side up), place the roll in the form, cover with the free edge of the foil. Bake the roll at a temperature of 230 degrees 35 minutes, then carefully open the foil, reduce the heat to 180 * and continue baking, pouring the marinade on the roll. Bake for another 30 minutes. Cool the roll completely and only then remove the threads.
