Does this mean that if it is cold in the kitchen, Panasonic will bake bread for two days? I'm sure Panasonic's time is hardcoded. Therefore (see for yourself) on the same program it will give the same baking time, even if you put the stove on a cold balcony. This is enough for standard situations! Another thing is that very often situations are non-standard ...

Panasonic engineers are simple!
They came up with a "time to align". Someone was offended "he is not doing anything at this time." He does! And cold milk (spoiled for someone 200% of Delonga's pleasure) will keep warm. The time is subtracted from the leveling time to increase the time for the dough to come, if someone wants to bake on the balcony. And thanks to this, the total time for making bread does not change, 4 hours for standard bread and 6 hours for French.
Furniture
so I have delongues, no one heats anything, I'm too lazy to tinker with programming

Well, actually, standard bread is 3 hours and 20 chtoli minutes, so in Panas it is all the same longer

We clarify: Panasonic ALWAYS has an initial pause for equalizing the temperature of the components. Even if this alignment is not required. With Delonghi 125, this process (temperature equalization) can be switched on. Or not include.
In short, the Delonghi 125 has everything (except the retractable agitator) that any household bread maker in the world has. Conversely, none of the bread makers has what the 125 has.

With what I congratulate you! Here's another service to improve, otherwise none, one name.
If you contact the Delonghi service with Panasonic-253, I suspect that they will not cope ...

But seriously, I had nothing to do with the Delonghi service. Once upon a time I had a problem with the service of a device for measuring blood pressure made in Switzerland, which broke down 6 days before the end of the warranty period. They took me by the nose for a month and a half. Until I turned to the consumer protection service and their caring, albeit free, lawyer, rubbing his hands, explained to me what colossal damage was caused to my health by the breakdown of medical equipment, that is, a pressure measuring device, and that he would take up this case immediately...

And soon the representative office of the company called daily and begged to stop the complaint. We quickly replaced the apparatus with a new one, presented an infrared (instant) thermometer for measuring body temperature and a scale for weighing. When I was handed all this, it was possible to understand from their happy expressions that they got off easily and very cheaply.

As for Panasonic bread machines (and ALL of them are assembled in China), I think that the people who supply them really need to have a very serious service. As, alas, for almost any product made in modern China. And all because the Chinese do not have business traditions. If a company (and not a trade mark, do not confuse) exists for 100 years, then any marriage will damage its reputation and even destroy it. And if the company is 3 or 5 years old, then it does not care about the reputation, because it (reputation) simply does not exist. If they stop buying because of harmful plastic, for example, a Panasonic bread machine, then Huatong Liao Tzu Industrial will make (with the same quality) plastic basins and electric drills. But she produces a lot of them and is cheap, because plastic is made from toxic waste, you don't need to pay for development, certification and quality control, you can pay a salary not like in Europe - 3 thousand Euros a month, but 300 Euros will be enough, but you don’t need to pay for advertising. That's where the low cost comes from. That is why firms sell their production licenses to the Chinese. But no one observes the license conditions, and there is no one to control such a state policy. That is why Bosch is made in Turkey, not in Germany, Panasonic is in China, and not in Japan.

But Delongy makes Delongy, in Italy. Alas, bye. Because they also bought factories, firms and small firms. Sometimes, like buying Kenwood, it only has a positive impact on quality. And what will happen next - we'll see.

As for the service in a particular city in our countries, there are often people who work there, who sometimes, having neither personnel, nor technical capabilities, nor even an idea of such activities, took up the service of complex products. There are no traditions either, they do not value reputation. The result is appropriate. What is there to do? Let's wait 100 years, traditions will definitely appear. And by that time Panasonic will have a programmable stove. Another joke. Panasonic, do not be offended, you have a normal HP, pour and pour, turn on and bakes, and you don't need to think!

But no matter how beautiful it is, there is one more thing - this is this alignment. There should still be an option to cancel it. I just had to completely stop the program once after the batch had already started. But upon restarting, the alignment started again.
But this can again be explained by the fact that everything has been done so that they do not suffer and reinvent the wheel - Download and receive

And we did not stop the dispute! Truth must be born in him!
But since you gave out such a secret - the lack () of the Panasonic stove ... in return I will give out the lack of the Delonghi stove !!!
In this stove, the top lid of the dispenser opens spontaneously if the stove is turned upside down ... Another thing is that no one but me has tried to do this ... turn the Delonghi stove upside down ...
By the way, and in Panasonic you can remove the stove cover completely, that is, separate it from the stove without tools? To wash there ... wipe, for example? At Delonghi you can!
Now I am sitting with bronchitis. At the computer. I read the site. The kitchen smells like bread. Usually, when there is not enough time, I use the standard modes of the bread machine: I threw away the ingredients, set the timer - I received bread with an accuracy of a minute, for example, half an hour before the children arrived from school, so that they would not gulp it completely hot ...
And now, at the moment, time, alas, is. Therefore, bread is baked in the kitchen with oatmeal and shelled sunflower seeds. I took the classic recipe and replaced 100 grams of flour with 100 grams of oatmeal. I set the Turbo mode (this is bread in two hours). I noticed that it was mixing too long. Everything has been kneaded for a long time, but it is stinking. Reduced mixing time by 5 minutes. I noticed that the dough did not fit well. Added 10 minutes. "On the go", of course ... 15 and 5 minutes before the end of baking, the oven gives a signal, they say, you can come up and look through the window. I come up and look. I would like a hotter crust. I add 10 minutes. Or you can subtract it. When it’s baked and it’s right, I’ll write the program into memory. And then, according to this recipe (and according to this program), I can always bake healthy and tasty bread enriched with protein ... Not a single stove, except for Delonghi 125, and even at its, in my opinion, ridiculous price, change modes and write them down cannot into memory, although this is a simple and inexpensive function that is implemented in a processor costing several dollars, that is, in a microcomputer in one microcircuit. And once a computer of the same power occupied several rooms ... And even under Soviet rule, such a computer controlled missile systems ... Competing with THEM, we made big and terrible rockets, and they are good little bread makers. And they won ... Nobody wants to have a rocket in their house. But a bread maker - everyone would ... And you say ...
And I also have a desire to disassemble it and see what is done inside. I mean, the quality of the parts; how it functions is clear to me. There are only three systems in any stove: an electric motor, a heater, and a dispenser opening electromagnet. And electronics, of course, sensors-processors-relays and so on. But, having disassembled, it will be possible to predict the reliability and wear, for example, of the stirrer drive. If I'm not too lazy, I'll do it, I'll sort it out. I almost always try to take apart new home appliances (then I try to put them together). It is curious, you know, a hobby, again, to disassemble the product under warranty and in order not to violate the warranty - this is sports. So far, everything that I see outside in HP is thought out to the smallest detail and I like it. And everything seems to be simple, for example, a glass oval window through which you can observe whether the bread has reached the desired color or even add baking time ... Or the same lid of the bread machine, which can be easily removed so that it can be wiped or washed. Or a cord reel. Or touch buttons. Or a sealed liquid crystal display, above which there is a special convex glass, through which the numbers are very clearly visible and much more ... And something is amusing at all. For example, on the side of the HP there is a built-in retractable micro-notepad (!!!) on three plastic pages, where you can find tips with the names of the oven modes. There you can also write down the numbers and names of your programs with a pen. I have never seen such a thing anywhere, although it seems to be elementary, and it is not really necessary. But I like it! It's funny! In short, little things, but nice. I don't know why, but I like the bread maker more than any other home technique. Neither microwave, nor TV, nor a washing machine, nor a satellite dish, nor a vacuum cleaner, nor a sewing machine, nor a car evoke such feelings. Maybe because she feeds with bread, nurse?

By the way, baked goods with a SAF-moment always have some aromatic flavor, even with plain bread, do you notice? Can't there be any flavor in this yeast? Now I'll go and taste the yeast! I’m unlikely to die! Perhaps it will carry ...

I tried it. The taste is nasty, yeasty, salty, without any aromas. This means that aromas appear while the yeast is "working"! Ah yes French! It turns out they brought such an amazing strain of yeast! And they grow incredibly fast and the aromas are emitted! What can I say, the French Institute of Louis Pasteur is a force. Generally speaking, the taste of the bread is what matters. Form is such a thing. I don't even know how to describe the shape for Delonghi 125S. The most important thing is that the bucket has such a shape that makes it possible to knead the dough of a wide range of consistency - from sticky (sweet) to very dense, like for dumplings. It is also important that with a weight of 0.75 kg, 1 kg, 1.25 kg and even 1.5 kg, bread of any weight from this form looks proportional, aesthetically pleasing. In general, the shape of the bucket, of course, is not decisive. More importantly, in addition to all standard programs, like Panasonic's, Delongy has two more important features: the ability to compile any number of your own programs and the ability to change the time parameters of ALL kneading and baking stages on the fly.
But Panasonic is a more common model, and if you live in the provinces, then with the repair of Panasonic it will be easier for you to decide there, if anything.
Dolce
Alen Delonghi, thanks for the quick response!
I agree that the shape of the bread is far from the main factor. But still I would like to see what you buy. In Rostov-on-Don, I have not yet found Delonghi 125. Perhaps I will order through the Internet store. And in the grid only the appearance of the stove can be seen.

Probably seeing the shape of a bucket while sitting at home is not an easy task. But to see the bread baked in it is an easier task))

On a bread maker. ru has a gallery of breads. Maybe there is a loaf from Delonghi among them?)))) Maybe someone who knows will throw a link to a photo of such a bread pls

In Panas255, the dispenser lid does not open by itself (the matsushita has become generous with 1 magnet).
The lid itself is also removable, I think.
Don't seem to her. This is my (next to) Delonghi deep fryer, the lid is completely removed.

And about "pure China".
I spoke with a man who had lived in the United States for a long time. He is sure that "Chinese means inexpensive and good, only without a big name." The man strongly criticized the quality of goods produced in America itself (cars, electronics ...), because.his American-built Mercedes ML was constantly losing parts. And it would seem America + Mercedes = quality.

The fact that we have such a stereotype about China, thanks to shuttle traders and wholesale resellers. Instead of buying 3 pieces there for 1 kopeck and selling them for 1 kopeck / piece, they buy a container for a kopeck. And then, as in my favorite cartoon about hats: "... from 1 sheepskin - 6 big hats cannot be sewn!".
There are different factories in the Middle Kingdom. And besides those located in juvenile penal colonies, there are enterprises with normal control of the parent (Japanese, Korean, etc.) firm.
I know for sure about the factories, which in the first shift collect the backbones for Dell laptops, 2 for Siemens and the company, 3 for HP. And then in all parts of the world, customers do the "main job" - they insert percent, memory, hard drive into such a backbone, and, MOST IMPORTANT, they stick their label.

The most important thing when disassembling a "purely Italian" bread machine is not to see "Made in China" on the components.
Alen delonghi
The components will definitely have such a label. Because 80% of the world market is made by China. But with small circuits it is easier - they simply will not work, if we are too smart, they are capricious in themselves. But in machine assembly, the Chinese simply often have no control, that's all. If this is a factory built in the free economic zone of China and owned by Panasonic, that's one thing. And if this is a Chinese factory owned by the Chinese and producing licensed products or even pirated products, that is different. There are good Chinese products. For example, the Chinese SUV Ssang-Yong has been the official carrier of the UN for many years. All tenders are won. Reliable, high quality. The engine is Mersovsky. I am only FOR good and quality things. But we know how much useless and even poisonous abomination the Chinese have done ...

Regarding Delongey's bucket, it seems to me that they are basically standard, that for Panasonic, that for Delonge, I read somewhere here that the difference is not in the shape, but in the quality and thickness of the bucket. Although there is already a scratch in my bucket, I don’t know why, but it did appear.

You, girl, ask such questions ...
All buckets are approximately the same.Stamped from thin sheet aluminum (thicker will have thermal inertia, this is not good). Covered inside with a layer of fluoroplastic. Fluoroplastic, by its chemical nature, is a very soft plastic. Everybody gets scratches. But they do not affect the quality of the bread. To influence, you need to rip off half a bucket from the coating. And for this you need to make efforts ... Once upon a time my wonderful mother-in-law "cleaned" with a wire sponge and !!! sandpaper a couple of our brand new pans. UP TO SHINE! .. and why are they so gray ... like dirty ... My wife was angry, and I laughed to tears - it was necessary to physically work very hard for Granny!

Countryman countryman sees from afar)))
Even this afternoon, I was fooling the heads of experienced bakers with stupid questions, and now my bread is ripening in a new bread maker, bought a few hours ago.
He who seeks will find!
This afternoon, after reading the forum, I went back to Yandex, and suddenly I found Delonghi 125 in one of the Rostov branches of Search. I called, clarified, they say, there was the last copy. I rush there and ... here she is, my beauty, standing there, happy! The sellers say that this model is without Russian instructions so they will no longer order it. I tell them that I take it anyway. They look at me in amazement ... (And download and print poorly from the Internet ??? I also looked at them with amazement))))
The stove cost 4969, I was also given a discount on the card, I paid 4721 rubles.
Well. My suffering is over. Oh, and it's difficult to choose.
I chose for a long time, but this time was not in vain, I read all sorts of useful things on the forum.
So, take another young baker into your ranks!
It was about 10 o'clock in the evening, when my daughter and I finally reached our beauty. We had to decide when we were going to bake our first bread. We didn't wait until morning. I couldn't wait !!!! Anyway, we don't go to bed before 2 am, So we loaded the bucket and ... the process started! We bake the most ordinary bread according to the main program. Loaded the minimum portion. At first the gingerbread man was small, then nailed to one wall, then to the other. But he was kneaded dashingly, there was no flour on the walls. Then it grew noticeably and now it has filled all the bottom. Now 50 minutes left until the end, baking has begun! We are waiting ...

Alen delonghi
Wait, wait ... That's a little expensive. 4,700 rubles is $ 180. In Kiev from 113-120 dollars, with delivery within the city. Well, you can find it for 130 if you try. That is, prices in Kiev rose from about 3000. rubles.
Of course, the stove is also worth the money you paid, definitely. But somehow your suppliers live too well. A monopoly on imports, or what? With us, they try to beat each other at a LOW price and supply volumes, promotions and discounts. And this is good. Good for the consumer.
But nevertheless, congratulations. I advise you to start with onion bread, baked goods with raisins, classic Turbo mode. All recipes are from the Operating Instructions, so it's safer to start with. And, very importantly, be sure to use an electronic kitchen scale. By weighing quality ingredients, you will simply forget about the words "dough failed".
Good luck!

It is not weak for me to have such grandmothers. One grandmother used the same technology to paint only the sink, but the bathtub. Over time, the bath suffered from all kinds of "Sanit", etc. There was such a brutal paste for cleaning in Soviet times. The second grandmother cleaned absolutely all the pans with sand and soda. This generation is used to everything to shine. Moreover, both grandmothers did not recognize the new detergents in any way.

2 days ago we bought 125 delongues. The first pastry was ruined, as expected.
The second turned out to be very beautiful and tasty.
Today I baked for the 3rd time. As an experienced user, I put in the ingredients with one hand, set the program, with the other I stir lunch and at the same time talk on the phone. At the end of the batch, as advised, I go up to check the density of the kolobok and find that my program is not at all what I need. I take the instructions, compare the programs and see where I need to add time and where to subtract it.
It turned out very tasty!
To everyone who is in thought, if you are ready to work your head a little, and do not stupidly wait for what the car will give out, do not hesitate, buy Delongy. For someone, the price may also be important - mine costs 4030 rubles.

Of course, there is a timer, Delonhghi has it, and other HPs have it.
Unfortunately, not all HPs.
Kenwood VM 150 and many Severins lack a timer. Three buttons, no display = super minimalism!

True? They were probably developed 15 years ago; timer and display today - penny electronic devices ...

We cannot but share our impressions.
It's finished! :-)
Many thanks to all good people who share their good thoughts, observations, emotions on this forum.
The decision to buy a bread machine was made recently. Maybe somehow even spontaneously. My wife, however, thought about it earlier, but as far as technology is concerned, she connected me. I am quite a systemic person, without studying such an important issue as the car that will now feed us, I was in no hurry to buy anything. We looked closely, studied.
I read almost the entire forum.
I really liked someone's opinion that the biggest drawback of all bread makers is that you delay their purchase.
Moulinex, Kenwood ... I had the opportunity to take them 2 weeks ago.But it didn't happen. Even the ingredients were already bought in advance.
And here on this forum I come across this topic. And that's all. The choice has been made! I thought that the most important thing is still the ability to influence the baking process using not only recipes, but also a variety of programs and modes. And as I finally decided for myself, our choice is only De'Longhi 125. (Apparently, the programmer's nature still affects.)
True, we could not buy it for more than a week. Probably ordered from a dozen online stores. They promised, but did not bring it. But I will write about the purchase history in another topic. I bought it today after visiting 4 stores.
The first to decide to bake a white classic, but with milk, not water.
All. The first baking is complete! And thanks to the ability to regulate the baking process, we saved the very first loaf. Due to our inexperience, the dough was kneaded very thin, sticky. The wife said it shouldn't be that way. We stopped the execution of the program and restarted the kneading, although the next stage has already begun, adding flour, and REGULATING the further process ON THE GO. And everything, as they say, is intuitive.
So the first pancake seems to be not lumpy. Check it out!
P.S. It did not come to comparison with Panasonic.

The right approach and, as a result, the right choice. On the forum you will find a lot of useful things - from recipes to tips on using the dispenser, how to bake a very small or very large loaf, programming tips.

The possibilities of your HP are extremely large.

The only advice is to get an electronic kitchen scale. You will forget about mistakes and unstable results forever. How to choose the "right" scales - search for the keywords "scales" and "plasticine" in my posts.

Good luck.

Delongy (12 programs) - a riddle with the ability to program (+ 8 more programs) and a power of 700 watts.

One of the internet stores says that the power of the BDM 125 S is 550 V.
Is this some other model? Non-programmable?

Or is this the most programmable stove?

I also hesitated for a long time between DeLongy and Panasonic ... There was not one or the other on sale, and I decided to rely on the case - which one I see first, I’ll buy. The first to see DeLongs today and realized ... that it was created only for Panasonic Yes, the owners of the beautiful DeLongs will forgive me, but - not for me, this mmm ... some fragility of the design, some kind of toy look, more than a modest menu design and suspicious case cover ... I don't want to offend anyone, these are just my impressions. I do not argue that this machine can bake super wonderful, but the appearance is also important to me. : :) I love devices, solid both in appearance and in possibilities. Now I will wait for Panasonic's receipt. All my doubts were safely dispelled))

I am glad to welcome all members of the forum! I have long dreamed of a bread maker and three weeks ago (thanks to your forum) my dream came true! I hesitated for a long time, like many here to see which one to buy! I read this forum (very wonderful by the way) and bought a Panasonic SD-255 - Panasochka as I call her now. It is fantastic! I really like French bread. E I also add rice flour or millet or oatmeal or buckwheat flour to it, 50g each. What a treat. I put it at night and in the morning we wake up and salivate.
