Yes!
Panasonic recommendations by priority
loading of ingredients used in
Delongy
not for fun, but on the basis that
the Japanese have been doing stoves since 1980
the result is stunning
FINE

By hand when kneading the dough, water or milk
added to flour, not vice versa

Something the Italians are too clever
By the way, it was not possible to find out where
made by Delongy 125

We bought a Delonghi 125 oven today. Unfortunately, only after the first baking it became clear that something was wrong with the standard recipes ... I wanted to try to use it as soon as possible. Well, they baked Traditional white from the instructions for a minimum volume of 750g. Yeah. There 600 gr. flour is written to put. This is now I have already found messages where more than 600 gr. flour is not recommended to lay down at all, which was confirmed by the topic "Amount of flour and other ingredients for ...". Now one question. What to do with 800 gr. bread to try baking something different? Do not offer to eat, because the oven in the dark mode gave a very light crust. Although all other parameters of the bread seem to be normal.

And if I understood correctly, no one could bake this "recipe" without correcting the programs!

In general, I do not recommend all future, happy owners of Delonghi 125 to start with this, seemingly simple recipe. Take another recipe. Better from this site, where you can read the opinions of the people who prepared it. There are a lot of people here who have different bread makers and who know how to bake bread. So why do you need to bake bread that the producers of your CP like? After reading a little bit of information on this site, I can no longer understand where the authors of this "traditional white" got this data.

To make it clear to the owners of other stoves what I'm talking about, here it is:

Traditional white bread
750 g 1 kg 1.25 kg
Water 315 ml 415 ml 515 ml
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. spoon 2 tbsp. spoons 3 tablespoons
Salt 1 1/2 teaspoons 2 teaspoons 2 1/2 teaspoons
Sugar 1 tbsp. spoon 1 tbsp. 1 1/2 tablespoon spoon
Flour 600 g 680 g 760 g
Dry yeast 1 1 / 2h. spoons 1 1/2 teaspoons 2 teaspoons
And for comparison, a similar recipe from this site:
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&Itemid=26&topic=1625.0
compare the amount of flour and proportions to the rest of the elements. What Delongy considers to be the minimum loaf, is called "VERY BIG LOAD"

If I'm wrong somewhere, please correct.
The correct recipe and, I think, tried and tested by the manufacturer is
per 1 kg
750g and 1.25kg can be purely calculated
There is no good or bad music - either like it or not ...

And, in general, like Panasonic the only HP where the loading is the other way around, i.e. water for flour?

No, not anyway,
The best result according to Panasonic recommendations.

Is the only HP Panasonic with water loading for flour? - I cannot answer, since I am a beginner steelmaker and Delongy 125 is the first stove.

The only, not the only ...
If the mixing program starts immediately, it is absolutely all the same how and what to load. The flour is gray or below - it doesn't matter. In many ovens, it is recommended to pour water, flour on top, and yeast into a depression in the flour. And this is essential yeast before kneading should not come into contact with liquid when the program has temperature equalization or the timer is in use. On the one hand, the option of setting yeast-flour-liquid guarantees greater reliability of water leakage on the yeast. On the other hand, digging 1-2 tsp of yeast into a heap of flour is also not difficult.

In theory, yes!
But practically in Delongy 125, if you put the ingredients on the recommendation of Panasonic (yeast-flour-water), traditional bread according to program 1 turns out unequivocally
BETTER!!! (higher, more airy. 1 kg comes out of the mold)
The benchmark test was performed TWICE.

what to choose...
I went the simple way. I found out from the senior manager of the "big store" how many both stoves were sold per year. Then I went to the service center of the same store and found out how much they brought in for repairs during the same year. This study cost me 300 rubles.
Simple arithmetic gave priority to Panasonic. The happy owner of which I became yesterday. On Easter, the ceremonial launch !!! Hands are itching right now, in the middle of the night, but there is not enough time before work. I will endure ...

I have been following the market since the beginning of the year, there were no serious batches of these CPs so that they would appear in Internet stores and retail chains. Regarding individual offers on the internet, at double prices, by the way, I would be careful ...

In Moscow, on Gorbushka, I also saw both stoves.
The grand launch took place. The result is fantastic !!! Everything worked out the first time.
Grannies - the strictest controllers - gave the go-ahead !!!

I read it, decided to try on my own programmable HP, the bookmarking procedure is like on Piglet ...
I confirm the bread is getting better, airier and kind of tastier ...
Also double checked on French and whole grain breads.
I will constantly use this tab, except for deferred baking, there water will flow to the yeast ...

I want to share my, still small, experience. I bake bread on whey using the usual technology, I dilute yeast in heated whey (I tried both dry and pressed), sugar and salt. I add rast. oil and pour it into a bucket. I add flour and start a program that I made based on the practice of baking bread by hand. The result is excellent, although I have deviated from the recommended order of bookings.

I chose HP for a long time, it seemed like I stopped at Panas 255, but it was not on sale anywhere. And my husband was on a business trip and bought me a DeLongy 125. What a smart girl she is :) I like her so much. For a week now I've been baking bread and TTT, she never let me down. The crust is always amazing. And programming is a THING. That time I will add, then kneading, in general, programming is a godsend and I don't know how I would manage without it (I'm a novice baker) I won't give advice, but deLongy is really a godsend.

I agree to all 100. I have a similar situation, Panas was waiting, patience ran out - I bought the 125th. I'm terribly happy, having used it for 2 weeks (every day) I realized - I will not trade it for either a reliable Panas or a beautiful Bork !!!!! The bread is always great and the crust is great. I don't use standard programs and recipes too, increasing the rise time reduced the amount of yeast by a quarter. The bread turns out as airy as I like it (you can always increase the kneading time and the last rise) My kilogram loaf rises so much that it almost rests against the viewing window !!!!!!!! ... In short, fate made its choice for us, and Dora and I are very grateful to her

And I confirm that bread gets better when you add ingredients like in Panasonic. It turns out more uniform porosity, airiness, taste and bun does not have to be adjusted, but used the same recipe and products from the same packs. The order of the ingredients was changed simply out of interest, since she believed that it did not matter. So I recommend that non-Panasonic owners try this bookmarking order.
But I want to add, if the bread is baked not in the CP, but in the form in the oven, then the order of the bookmark does not matter. Also checked.

Dear ones, whoever offers to change, let alone exchange.
Few people did not like the bread maker that was originally purchased. For example, I am deeply grateful to Panasonic - I learned everything with him. Then, due to objective circumstances, there was a period when I did not use it - so that it would not be idle. gave it to a colleague. When she got ready, she already fell in love with him so much that she left. and bought myself a smaller one. That's all.

And you can try with nuts, candied fruits or other goodies. As a rule, bread with additives does not rise as high.If you add non-wheat flour (corn, oatmeal, etc.) - also not such a big rise. So the size 1.25 kg will come in handy

I beg the people, tell me, I'm tired of deciding on the bread maker, at first I wanted to definitely take the Panasonic SD-255, but then after reading the forum I realized that the Delonghi BDM 125S was also praised. Delonghi is attracted by the color and the window, it is interesting to watch the "kolobok". Pliz answer who knows the questions:
Does Panasonic SD-255 have overheating protection? Delonghi BDM 125S in the internet says that there is NO protection against overheating, is that so?
I also read here on the forum that the top of the kolobok of Delongli 125S turns out to be pale ??? Answer pliz.
In general, I choose between these two models Delongli 125S cheaper than Panas, but there are fewer offers in Moscow. And also tell Delongli on the Russian menu or what ??? The fact that she can program is a useful feature ???
And maybe there is someone who used both Panasonic 255 and Delongly 125s ??? Maybe he will advise Th ???
In and in the Panasonic SD-255 while baking, you can open the door and see how the bun is there ???

P.S. Here on the Delonghi website I saw models BDM 755S, 075S, 1200S, 125S. Tell us how they differ ??? And why do people praise 125S ???

Thank you all for the answers, help me navigate :)

Delongy attracts me by the fact that I don't have it. Interestingly, of course, with programming, but without it, it's also normal. I do not yet suffer from the lack thereof.
I have a Panas255. During kneading, you just need to open the lid and look at the bun, especially when you are baking a new, untested recipe. Yes, even in the instructions there are mistakes.
I can also easily manage without a viewing window, I don't even remember this feature, it seems to me that it is even more interesting and better visible: I opened it, I watched it, I made a decision.
Of course every sandpiper praises his swamp, but I like my stove, so I recommend it.

I reread this topic from beginning to end ... some pages and not once. Thanks to everyone who wrote !!! Three weeks ago I made my choice in favor of Panasonik SD-255. The following factors were decisive. Maybe someone can help ... 1) In Ukraine, there is a very weak DeLonghi service, and even more so in Nikolaev (it does not exist at all). 2) Still, Panasonik is a fairly well-known company and has been dealing specifically with bread makers for almost 30 years ... there are already traditions and experience,
3) There are a lot of DeLonghi in stores, and there are practically no Panasoniks (especially in Nikolaev) at all, even if we consider that DeLonghi is a third cheaper. I was looking for Panasonik-255 for three weeks and took the last one. And Panasonik attracted me with the possibility of kneading dough for dumplings, dumplings, noodles. And it does not even out for a long time. It depends on what mode, of course, but on the main and rye, it is acceptable. In addition, everything that I tried according to the recipes from the book and from this site ... and some of my own recipes - with a bang the first time !!! Wonderful stove! I recommend to everyone! She justifies her price)))
Anuta71
I also studied this forum for a long time, just rummaged in the internet. As a result, I stopped at Panasonic-255. And I also had to look for it, so much so that the price was not exorbitant. Now I'm baking bread - I'm not overjoyed.
And what about the window, why? They opened the lid and looked at the batch of the bun.

Delongy also kneads dough for dumplings, dumplings, noodles. A 125 Delongy kneads from 1 kg of flour, and Panasonic - a maximum of 600 g of flour, so if quantity is important, then Delongy +

I have Delongy - thanks to Alain Delongy. Indeed, he praised it so reasonably that I was inclined to buy this particular device. And I also had to run and look. Well, he who seeks will always find, right? For a year now, the bread maker has been working 1-2 times a day without interruption. VERY happy!
The question is ripe. Friends bought Panasonic 255th. Tell me. can you trust the recipes from the book? Everyone or selectively? What is especially tasty there? Electronic scales, a sieve mug, a bread knife, all kinds of baking mixtures, helpers, I gave them for the New Year. but there is no time to deal with them. And their hands, of course, are itching to bother as soon as possible. They want to, until I arrive with the recipes printed from the site, to bother with a book. Advise, owners of Panas!

I have a Panasonic-255 not so long ago. 1.5 months. So far, I have done almost everything according to recipes from the book. Everything worked out. I like ordinary white bread most of all (and the fast one turns out to be no worse), only I add 1.5-2 tablespoons of powdered milk to the book recipe - it tastes better, it seems to me, and sometimes I take butter instead of vegetable oil. We also really like bread made from different types of flour (I did not try it with cereals, as it is written there, but by weight I took oatmeal, rye and corn flour in equal proportions). Rye bread with malt (instead of malt I took dry kvass) I really like it, especially my husband. Using recipes from the book, I made dough for dumplings and noodles. The dough turned out to be very good. I made sweet bread with nuts on the main program, but in my opinion, it turns out to be heavy, although my mother really likes it.

Sorry - I'm a beginner. While looking at one of
these bread makers ..
I will choose from Panas or Delonga .. Although I do not reject Moulinex either ...
But, judging by experience (take a look at the Internet search), DeLongi is a KOREAN company, and, in fact, does not claim to be Italian. It's very easy to drop into a search engine and find.
Actually, this does not change anything in quality. Maybe.

On the other hand, about 5 years ago, I bought a DeLonghi espresso machine ..
then in the passport of the coffee maker was written the address of the head office on st. Melnikov. There was only one repair then - the people of Kiev know - Rembyttekhnika, on Glybochitskaya - I brought this coolest coffee maker and they told me that I had to pay $ 232 to bring these parts from Korea to Ukraine. They say that the company is not promoted, the entire representation is in two rooms.
Indeed, they save on plastic, on "legs, on equilibrium. In Europe, not in all countries these same DeLongs are sold - in Italy (as long as there are Sanepid norms there), these same DeLongs are not visible in the retail network. In Switzerland, except for Espresso -coffee machines, I also did not see - moreover, I asked for an EU certificate - and they showed me, in a small town, Tun.

In Germany and Austria they said that you have to go to other stores to buy C-certified equipment.

Girls, as well as Alain Delongy, (you probably didn't choose such a pseudonym for yourself?), Do you have a hygiene certificate for your bread maker? (Because if there is, then I myself will buy it with pleasure !!!)

BUT I'll be honest: DeLongy's coffee maker is nasty.
It is not possible to hand over for repair.
But if during these 5 years that I did not buy De Longhi's equipment (because it is cheaper and there are a lot of bells and whistles), they have corrected in every possible way and they have a sanitary-hygienic certificate for each heated surface, then it is already better.

In fact, Panas (with a green whistle) precisely controls the quality of its products. DeLongy is more inventive, because Panas expects that the one who bought 1 time will buy more ...

I do not work for either one or the other.
But still WHO invented that the Korean company DeLongi has beautiful Italian ancestors?

DeLonghi's 2001 acquisition of the struggling British appliance maker Kenwood Limited gave DeLonghi access to Kenwood's Chinese factory. As a result, many of DeLonghi's products are now made in China, while design and engineering remains in Italy.

The company is Italian naturally, you collect information badly on the internet.

There are several factories: in Italy - one (there is also the head of the entire company in the city of Treviso), in China - two, even in Russia (Elabuga) they produce heaters from Delonghi
The information is written in the technical documentation that came with my stove.

Good time of the day! I bought Panas 254 (255s cannot be obtained, they will be dispersed in one moment, the instruction is one for 254/255), and a couple of days later Delongy 125 appeared on sale ... As for the differences, I carefully studied the instructions for Delongy, for Panas - on it I've been baking almost every day for a couple of weeks now, and here are the conclusions I made for myself:
instruction - in Delongy there is more informative about recipes, baking modes, theory of baking. In Panas, the description of the bread machine itself is better, product bookmarks, more drawings, easier for the user.
Bread weight - if you look at the bookmark of products, then the minimum in Delonghi is 100 grams less than the maximum in Panas, the usual white egg bread size XL (max) I got 760 grams.
Working hours - in Delongy, the process is tied to time with an accuracy of seconds (see instructions p. 49-51), in Panas, it always surprises me how he determines how much time to give to equalize the temperature, to raise the dough, (p. 5) but oddly enough, the total time keeps exactly, if it is written 4 hours, it is exactly 4 hours.
Those. specifications - Panas (HxWxD) 37x28x33 cm. Power - 503-550 watts, Capacity max. 600 g wheat flour min. 300 g dispenser - max. 150 gr. raisins, timer up to 13 hours, weight about 6.8 kg.
I did not find Delongy in the TX instruction, they write in the internet Power consumption [W]: 550 Dimensions [mm]: 500 x 320 x 370 Weight [kg]: 6

Well, a significant difference is the possibility of programming up to 8 programs in Delongy (only time, temperature is not programmed) and the price of Delongy is $ 60-70 cheaper from 255 Panas. Although I bought my 254 for 150 UAH. cheaper than the appeared Delongy. This is at the maximum size.

Delonghi 125 or Panasonic 255?
Mikle
Hello everyone
We are joining the ranks of home bakers.
Tomorrow I am giving my wife a present - a bread maker. I chose for a long time, studied this site and others. Actually I chose from two models - Panasonic 255 and DeLonghi 125. Only they have a dispenser.
Still settled on the Italian. Attracted by the opportunity to change the parameters of the process, I like the design more, the viewing window is available.
Now we will master the subtleties of the process itself. Unsubscribe after getting the first impressions and experience.

Good afternoon everyone.
I am also faced with a choice of these two models, so the question is, if I understand correctly, with the help of additionally programmable programs in Delonghi, can I set up the dough kneading on both dumplings and pizza like in Panasonic?
