stlm, welcome to the forum! Congratulations on your purchase! In our x \ n, products are laid in this order: first liquid, and then dry, that is, first - water, milk, eggs, and then flour, salt, sugar, yeast ... And I did this at first, and then my husband told me to put dry food first, and then liquid, because in this case the bucket's service life increases. And I began to do so. To be honest, I did not see any difference in the quality of the bread. Try it yourself and then tell us how you liked it best. Good luck to you. And share your experiences with us.

I remembered where it was indicated about the recommendations for the boot order: 🔗
As it seemed to me, according to the recipes that are presented in the instructions, water comes first, thus this order suggests itself.
What other opinions does the community have?

I went to Komfi last week, our favorites are standing. And the price is still the same - 399 gr. Who has not yet bought it for yourself or for your family - fly in.

Not all. In Donetsk on Petrovka, these bread machines were raked like hot pies in winter. I asked the salespeople if the only proclamation was a crack in the measuring cup.

I already wrote my opinion: I don't see any difference in our x \ n. For almost a year I laid first liquid, then dry. But then on the forum somewhere I met that the oil seals at the buckets (to other x \ n) can be missed. I asked my husband about our bucket, and he said that it is better to lay the dry ones first. I decided to try it, although, to be honest, I was afraid. But nothing, the first time everything worked out. Now I'm laying like this. When I bought the second x \ n, initially I began to put dry components at first. Although sometimes I try the second option. As a result, I don't notice the difference. And then on our forum I met another message that someone also began in the reverse order (first dry, then liquid) to make a bookmark after the oil seal dripped, and my husband repaired the bucket (so that we could do without men? Even bread without them no way ... and not only bread) Yes, try it yourself. Believe me, everything will work out. And if we talk about how it is written in the instructions, then, as far as I know, only in Panasonic it is written to lay dry, and only then liquid. All other manufacturers recommend the opposite.

But we don't have them all the time either. Before that I went several times - it was not. I also asked about marriage. They said that once there was a return due to the fact that the bucket was poorly removed. Or maybe it's the pens to blame?

Girls tell me why the mixer may not turn, everything is installed correctly, 1 program is set and the batch does not start?

1-Does it spin on other programs?
2-Does it spin without a stirrer?
Did you press the "Start / Stop" button 3 (it is the largest on the right)?
If after that it does not spin - write, we will think more.
Alenky
SWIFTA! Thanks for the answer! Not spinning anyhow, I wanted to change it! But my husband, seeing my torment and probably the desire to try homemade bread, pressed something, turned the stirrer and she, the beauty, worked! True, the bread is the most common, it turned out delicious, but the top failed, well, we will learn nothing, because this is my first bread machine! Thanks again, because thanks to you I bought it !!!

Good day ! So I became the happy owner of the Perfezza PB-200 bread machine
But I have some questions:
1. How the Start / Stop button works.I understand that she starts the process, but what else? Does it work like "Pause" or "Stop"? Otherwise, I can only turn it on, but I can’t stop the process or turn it off. Is that so for everyone, or was it just me that was so lucky?
2. If I want to bake bread, in the recipe of which the size 750g is written, then what position is it - 2 or 3? And then there are discrepancies in the printed edition and on the stove

It is better to take bread recipes from the forum, they are in the instructions. Go ahead, write.

Ilonchik, Welcome! Congratulations on your new girlfriend
1- The "Start \ Stop" button works according to its name, that is, it starts the process and stops turns it off, as "Pause" this button does NOT work, our stove does not have such a function. It also does not disconnect the x \ n from the network, this must be done manually. It controls only MODES, ie, "Basic", "French", etc. For the button to work, you need to press it and hold it down a little. Maybe you didn't hold it long enough? To each x \ n, as to any device, you need to get used to. But when you get used to it, then you and x \ n will have a complete understanding.
2- The dimensions in the instructions and on x \ n do not match. I am guided by x \ n. For this size, I would choose position 3. (IMHO, it is better to overcook than undercooked ...) Although, position 2 can also work, because 675g ~ 750g. But this is all determined empirically. Bake and study your x \ n. And share your achievements with us.
Ilonchik
SWIFTA, thank you - it's working! My hands are curly
I will go to master further
Swifta
Ilonchik, I'm glad!

SWIFTA, Hello! And hello everyone :) Today I became the owner of this x / p :) I reread the whole Temko about this x / p. Please tell me, since I am still a complete "felt boot" in matters of bread making, I have a question: can you use other recipes for this model? Recipes for other bread makers? And, if not difficult, what recipes did you use?
Swifta
anitasv,. Welcome to the site . And congratulations on your purchase of x \ n. For this x \ n, as well as for x \ n of other brands, you can use ALL recipes from this site, since they have all been tested and run in more than once. Feel free to take any recipe and go. BUT ... first, you MUST study the kolobok rule here

#

A very useful theme for beginners. Recommend! As for the recipes ... yes, the question is ... I've already baked so many of them ... But I recommend starting with a simple recipe, in the above Temko Admin gave one of these. And it is better to start with simple wheat bread, and only then move on to adding rye or wheat flour. Personally, I am not very pure wheat bread, more rye. I have this one in my favorites

https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&Itemid=26&topic=596.0.

And you really choose to your taste. I don’t know your taste, so I can only give general advice. And I don’t use recipes from the book for x \ n, they are not for me, and they are not always successful for other x \ n, it is better to take ours from the site. Something like that.
anitasv
SWIFTA, thank you very much for your advice :) I'm really a true beginner in this business. If it's not difficult for you, please give me a link to a simple bread recipe. I'll try to bake this. In general, my husband and I are also lovers of rye :) As we bought cotton, we took a ready-made mixture of rye bread to try it.Everything was baked with a bang! And now I’m sick, I can’t go and buy normal flour, but I don’t trust my husband :) So my husband already asks to bake such delicious bread faster, but he understands that I can’t go anywhere: (And what brand of poppy do you take? And what yeast?
Swifta
anitasv,. I bake with live yeast, I like it better. I buy our local flour. First, I buy a little flour, bake bread from it, if it works, I take more. And the recipes ... I already gave you one, here's another

Better yet, choose any forum recipe you like and bake. Do not be afraid, everything will work out.
anitasv
SWIFTAThank you very much for your advice! I will definitely try and unsubscribe here, in Temka, what I can do :)

I baked bread today. It turned out. Uraaaa! Baked according to this recipe: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=9137.0
Only added flour while kneading. Since my bun was already very wet. In general, everything turned out so tasty that I did not have time to photograph a whole one. While I was waiting for it to cool down, I come, and my husband is already cutting. Thank you very much for the advice. I will continue to experiment :)
Swifta
Well, you can take a picture of the sliced one)). But seriously, congratulations on the delicious bread! I wish you more and more goodies. And if the bun is watery, then you need to add flour, so everything is correct, the flour is different for everyone. And a photo to the studio! So that we can see the results of your experiments.

Hello everyone and Happy New Year !! bought myself x. and then there was a problem how to remove the bucket? so it does not come out and to use force is terrible !!!
Swifta
HAPPY NEW YEAR! The bucket can be removed very simply: take the bucket by the handle, turn it slightly counterclockwise by this handle and, when it turns, pull it up. There, on the back of the bucket, there is such a thing (I call it a latch) that fits into the grooves and prevents the bucket from rising up and jumping out. That is, everything happens exactly the opposite as when installing the bucket (there we insert the bucket into x \ n with a slight reversal relative to the sides of x \ n, insert / hit the grooves with a latch and turn the bucket clockwise until it stops). Go for it!
Z, S, the Force is definitely not needed!

Hello guys everyone. I really need your help, so I bought such a x / n that would please my wife. I decided to try to bake bread, read here different topics and recipes for what's what, did everything as written, filled in and threw in everything according to the recipe, set the program 1 for 3 hours at once and thought everything should be baked.

And what was my disappointment when I already smelled of baking, looked into it and saw something that did not look like bread, I don't know why, but the bread maker did not knead the dough, maybe I did something wrong?
If it's not difficult to describe step by step how you make bread.
it seems to me that my bread maker has kneaded only 1 time instead of 2 cycles as described by Mrs. Swift)
Swifta
To understand what went wrong, you need to see the bread recipe, as well as know what mode was, what yeast, flour, etc. Describe in detail how you did what, in what order what was laid, etc. You can take pictures of that that didn't work. Then it will be possible to talk about something ... Beginners have different mistakes ... The most important thing is that the Rule of the Kolobok is not observed. What we read first of all here
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=49808.0
Better yet, read the entire section - VERY USEFUL, I graze there myself from time to time
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&board=131.0
And write, we will sort it out together ... X \ n also requires some skill, the first time it does not always work out ... But over time everything will work out, we all went through this, and now we give advice to others
Z. Y. Welcome to the forum.
