Hello! I was tormented, tormented, but I didn’t make a baker. I have come to you for help. Help with advice! Or diagnose. My bread maker is mystery. Not dear, but I got it. At first, according to recipes, such garbage was obtained from her. Then in the vastness of the network I found a recipe: 550 flour, 325 water, 1 tsp of salt, 1 st. l sugar, 2 tbsp. oil, 2 hours. l dry yeast. The bread turned out like a store-bought, dense, edible. They did not rejoice for long. I ran out of flour, bought another one and changed the yeast too, and away we go! For some reason, the bread began to crumble, and the lid of the bread began to fall. I changed the flour, yeast, the amount of ingredients ... The lid began to fall off every other time. But it crumbles and that's it. And hot and when it gets cold. We eat it, of course, because bread is edible, but I would like to understand the reason. Either I'm doing something wrong, or the bread maker is ignoring me

There was a program about flour, so it seemed there that the bread was crumbling because of the unripe flour. The older the flour, the less crumbly bread you get.
