In the instructions (where the recipe itself is), it is suggested to do it in a blender.
It turns out ok
afnsvjul
Today I conducted the first test - I kneaded shortbread dough in Boch. It was mixed very well, but somehow I did not expect that this combine was working so loudly.

In the end, after all Kenwood 266.
So I think to stop at it. Do you make yeast dough in it? How much flour is it designed for?

How do you like the Neckermann combiner in operation?
Can you tell him if you can buy a meat grinder and a blender bowl ??
And in general, what kind of model it is, otherwise they have no designations on their website
natalka
Of course, I'm not Ukka, but I took this combine in Nekkerman on her tip.
You can buy it all in a service center or in online stores selling accessories (but at a price then it will come out as a decent model in a complete set). I took him as a kneader and in this he justified himself. For the price it turned out like a simple mixer with a bowl and stand. Their model is MUM 4427 manufactured in Slovenia. I have been using it for six months and am very satisfied. Of course, it does not have as much power as we would like, but 2 kg. He kneads dough with me almost every other day (I bake black bread in the oven and knead in it) and does not particularly strain.
Teen_tink
natalka, and what kind of harvester ... there are now two of them, one mum 4701, the second is just Bosch .... According to the description, the second is similar to our MUM-46R1. And what kind of plastic or iron cup do you have?
Lisss's
girls, throw, please, a reference, where are you looking at all these combines ?? Thank you!
Teen_tink
Less than 2 days have passed ... and the Ukrainian Nekerman removed the Boshevsky kombashki from the site !!!!! ... even in Bosch brands they don't have ... but in German ... a choice from the heart ...
Ukka
Teen_tink, there are Bosch combines 4427 in the section MEGA SALE at the price of UAH 759 and Bosch 4701 at the price of UAH 909. They also have some kind of action there ...
Girls, by the way, in 4427 model 4 discs for shredding, and not 3, as usual.
I'm happy with my amp from Nekkerman!
Ukka
Teen_tink, you ordered for 759 UAH, how is mine?
I ordered by phone, they sent everything, they also sent a report on the order to the soap.
Squirrels are whipped cool !!! With him, after the Chinese mixer, I at least learned what "whisk the whites to the peaks" is! Whisk the whites at 4 speeds.
I wonder where in Ukraine you can order an extra bowl?
Teen_tink
Yes, the same as yours ... I don’t know about the cup yet ... I’ll try to call Deutscheservice Kiev on Tuesday, I ordered parts for the Bosch juicer there. It took about a month to order. I ordered it under warranty, so I don't know the prices for them. But in principle they have specifications with prices.
What about your cup? or would you like to have it in reserve?
Ukka
They write 3.9 liters, but it’s worth going to measure it ...
Rumella
Ordered Bosch 4701 in Neckerman. They said to call in a week and clarify the status of the order.
Now the questions:
How long does the order take?
Where in Kiev to buy additional attachments, and most importantly a meat grinder for this combine?
Ukka
Rumella, the package was 18 days for me ...
And I recommend calling right away, but the operators themselves recommend!
What attachments are you still interested in?
A HERE gave a reference to the disks ...
A HERE store address (not internet) ...
RybkA
Girls, you are using disks so actively here that I am ashamed that I have all this wealth to no avail ... I was staring at your Cubes, my hands were combing. I have MUM 4655 for three years and for some reason these graters are the least in demand from me.
And how does MUM 4655 differ from the MUM 84 .. series?
RybkA
Quote: Tinka_tinka

Ukka ... phoned about a cup to the combine ... 230 UAH ... delivery 2 weeks-1 month ... prepayment 70%
Did you order a separate bowl? Maybe metal?
Teen_tink
The fact of the matter is that the cup is plastic ...in the cost of half a combine ...
And who knows how the 4426 and 4427 differ ... the pictures are the same (which is not an indicator of completeness). I didn't find 4427 on our sites ... only 4426 - without graters. In Otto and Nekerman they are 4427 and with graters ... and the pictures are the same ...
k.alena Thank you! I'll recall now.
Teen_tink
Alas ... at Pushkinskaya, orders are not accepted for cups, there are no separate cups for sale ... they were sent to the same service center ..
k.alena
It's a pity of course, but they have it - either they have it or not. Do not work on order. And the fact that the bowl is in the cost of half of the combine is not new to us. The bucket for my HP is also exactly half the price of the whole stove. All services make excellent money on s / h, and they live from this. For cars too. Have you asked if there are bowls on sale at all? They also sent me off at my own time with a grater stand. The service broke approx. UAH 150 for her and on order. A couple of months later they brought it to the store and I bought it for 76 UAH. (although at the very beginning this price seemed exorbitant to me).
Teen_tink
k.alena , I will periodically call there ... I simultaneously became interested in the question - which combines of the MUM series in Boshik have the same dimensions ... that is, they are interchangeable ... if graters and accessories from some models fit others .. maybe it is with cups .. and it is worth looking for a cup from another model ... True, there may be a pitfall here - a lid to the bowl ... maybe it does not stand on another cup ...
In general, when the harvester is at home ... I will look for a nearby "lover of Boshik" to try how the cup fits ... (these are thoughts out loud) ... in Nekerman I was told that my harvester was on the way ...
k.alena
As far as I understand, all MUM nozzles are divided into 2 groups - for 4 series and 8 series. That is, for 4 series they are suitable for everyone. They essentially differ only in the package bundle. For these reasons, I took 47, that if I suddenly needed something, I would buy it in addition (although by and large the amount of money for all attachments + "empty" my model is more than everything, too, in the largest configuration). I just didn't need them, they duplicated what I have in separate devices. In general, everything is described on the Bosch website, that is, the model and everything that fits it
Teen_tink
and why am I so lucky ... .. there is no description of a model from a non-Kerman on our Boshik website ...
Ukka

Do not complicate your life !!!
Combines of the MUM 44, MUM 46, MUM 47 series are one and the same line of combines, they have the same dimensions and the same spare parts !!!
They differ only in the configuration and different winding of the cord ... Yes, and the possibility, it seems, more ... 500 or 600 W ...
So you can take any attachment from MUM 46, MUM 47, they will fit, checked !!!
I have 4427, my friend has 4756, everything suits mine !!!

Olya, I don't want nozzles now ... I want a second cup like you ...
I would, maybe, would also like nozzles, but I have Gamma, and Bosch took it as a high-quality blender, well, four graters on the farm would not be in the way either! And the cup - yes, I really need a thing !!!
Teen_tink
so, the harvester came .... I tried it ... it works well ... there is no wild delight ... but not bad for that kind of money. I didn't like the grating discs ... my old Brown has better ones. You can hardly pick up a cup for sure ... you will have to fork out in the service to order ... Outwardly a little clumsy ... though I did not particularly look at how other Bosch combines look ...
Beats well, but there is not enough handle on the bowl (pick and choose) NOOOOO ..
The sponge cake is already baking in the oven ... so far I'm happy.
The description does indeed indicate compatibility in the Bosch 44 .. 46 ... 47 ... but I don't need to buy other attachments yet.

Tinka_tinka, and what are you talking about Bosch?
Ukka
I do not Teen_tinkabut Bosch 4427 MUM.
Teen_tinka
Yeah .. about him darling ... the book came with him .. with a slightly "crooked" translation, but with a comparative complete set of Bosch series 44..46 ... 47 .... sort of like and what fits .. ...
Teen_tinka
Maybe someone will be interested, I will give a comparison of the first days of using the Bosch and Brown 700 combine.
Boshik does a better job at making biscuits, with less waste than Brown. I beat the whites, then added sugar with lemon juice (for taste) ... after the peaks appeared, the yolks, crushed nuts, flour ... and at a slow speed for 30 seconds. Everything is mixed enough .... A good biscuit is baked in the slow cooker. I scraped EVERYTHING from the bowl !!! A little less than half a teaspoon of dough is left on the whisk.
In Brown, everything was whipped just fine, but the flour didn't interfere so well (not the planetary gear) ... it mixed with a spatula. It was not possible to clean everything either ... the mount pin was not completely cleaned and the whisk too ...
I decided that the new combine would go for whipping (however, as planned), and the old Brown would be like a blender and a stirrer ...
Teen_tinka
Girls who have a julienne grater in a food processor? How similar is the cut on such a grater to the "wood chips" obtained in the Berner grater? Did someone compare?
Nat_ka
In this regard, I am confused by the length of these "bars". On a Berner grater, you can make long ones, in the combine only those that fit into the hole. I think purely theoretically.
Teen_tinka
Nat_ka, the length of the block also bothers me ... that's why I'm interested ... who, ... what happens ...
I froze the carrots for the winter ... half of the freezer ... ... I cut into cubes by hand .. the circles - the harvester ... the cubes - with the burner ... I kind of spent half a day on everything ... but I would like even less .... 20kg of frozen carrots are almost eaten ...

Gypsy Congratulations ! Only thanks to you I got a harvester
oh, and which combine? I still have to wait for an ice cream maker until the end of April .. eh .. but I would like to eat my ice cream
Tashi
Gypsy girl, my sun! I bought a Kenwood FP 925 for 5500 rubles, delivery cost 5900 rubles, quite powerful, the only thing is there is a smell of plastic when working. The power is 1000 watts, but I have not even tried this one, up to 2 was enough for me so far. There is no auger meat grinder, but I have everything separately, I took it because of the grinder, I will try to make my own cooked sausage.
Gypsy
Aa. such Food processor, well, super! Congratulations! so compact
Tashi
Gypsy, yes, just this, I just can not learn to insert photos from the Internet,. So far I am very satisfied, it does not take up much space on the table, I have a very small kitchen: 6 sq. m.
Rina
Tashi, congratulations on your purchase! (I have a 920 model). My husband, when I voiced his dream of KM 020, asked "Well, you won't give up your current combine?"
The horse is actually quite working. The smell of plastic will go away pretty quickly. Be careful with the whisk, only whites, eggs, cream or sour cream with sugar can be whipped with them, if something is a little denser, the plastic legs of the whisk can bend and then they will fall out of the rotor (?).
Tashi
Rina72, thanks for the warning, I've already thought about it myself. With this harvester it will be the third mixer and not one is superfluous. A stationary mixer for serious whipping, MultiQuick Brown is a lifesaver, and this is for the company and everything is needed, I can't refuse anything. And you do not refuse Kenwood KM 020 - a very necessary and chic thing! And then for whom we cook - for our loved ones, so that it is tasty and fast. Good luck !

Who are the girls who use the Boomaan harvesters? In nekreman they are now a shaft and Silva still looks like Kenwood? Who knows what?
eva10
Girls! While I was thinking whether I needed a harvester and which one, I was presented with a Bosch MCM 5530 on the DR. Separately, there is a mixer with a rotating bowl, a blender and a bread maker. I haven’t used it yet, and I didn’t have a harvester as such - everything is just separate. I read the posts only in snatches. Who has one and is it convenient to use? My cubes definitely do not cut and he does not have a meat grinder.

I have been using Silva for six months. Satisfied, a great thing for my money, one to one Kenwood. And Bouman is generally a class (for the price), but, in my opinion, there is no planetary there.

A cube attachment can be purchased separately. The meat grinder is successfully replaced by a utility knife. In principle, almost all the recipes that we discuss in the topic about the Bosch cube cutter will also fit your model. There are many owners of Bosch 5530 in that topic!

Anastasia, Thank you. I will read. But the unit is rather big. It still needs to be attached. This HP can be taken out of the closet and it works for me on the floor. This will not work with a combine, and there is not enough space.

Compared to some other combines, it is still quite compact. Our common misfortune is our small kitchens, that's for sure. Although I still have a sin to complain, there are still 10.5 meters. Therefore, a harvester and a bread machine and much more are at hand. This is undoubtedly convenient, so I enjoy using the combine.

Gypsy, yes, just that, I just can't learn how to insert photos from the Internet,. So far I am very satisfied, it does not take up much space on the table, I have a very small kitchen: 6 sq. m.

I, too, fell for a little space and a lot of functional ... and even a glass blender, but I will tell you my current opinion ... he is scary ..
one . The glass bowl was used for about a year. I was very pleased. But my mother got to the hospital and I was making a soup for her. I was in a hurry .. I poured the soup over an iron spoon. A small mug, like nothing, just turned on the shob. The bowl burst. onion) already the knife is not the same .. and the plastic is worn out. When I take the creams with brooms, the top lid rumbles so much that it's a nightmare ....... when trash carrots for salad or potatoes for potato pancakes, thick pieces fall into the middle ... very unpleasant. the grater for fries is too thin ........ I'm happy with the mill so far ...... the juice was made only a few times from citrus fruits .... I didn't make the dough because I probably wouldn't knead it with brooms, but I don’t know what to knead. ...
Here is my opinion about this "miracle"
Rina

I, too, fell for a little space and a lot of functional ...
If we are talking about a Kenwood food processor, then:
1. I have never whipped soup in a glass blender. Glass is glass. Everything hot was whipped in the main plastic bowl, which, from thermal loads and many falls on the tile floor, got a lot of cracks that did not affect performance in any way. But, nevertheless, in the end a large crack appeared, through which the liquid seeped drop by drop.I had to order a new bowl (I put it instead of the old one after three and a half years of active work of the combine).
2. The graters are actually not very high quality tinder / cut, there are rather large pieces that I choose from the bowl and grind with ordinary knives (which are actually dull, but I know a little how to handle a grindstone, I carefully "brought" cutting edge).
3. As for the corollas - I have already warned. But I remembered about the plastic attachment (or rather, they reminded me in the service center), which repeats the shape of the attachment with knives. The day before yesterday I beat the butter with sugar, eggs, etc. perfectly for the capital's cake. I suspect that she can also whip creams without any problems.
Now I want to try a regular sponge cake (when the eggs are whipped whole) using this particular nozzle, because the eggs were beaten perfectly with the usual whisks, but they were not doing very well with the addition of flour.
Galinka-Malinka
Rina72 make a dough on the cake with a plastic attachment .. but the tight (shortbread) dough will not knead in any way. That's my opinion ... I'm sorry I wasted money on this harvester.
