Everything hot was whipped in the main plastic bowl, which, from thermal loads and many falls on the tile floor, got a lot of cracks that did not affect performance in any way. But, nevertheless, in the end a large crack appeared, through which the liquid seeped drop by drop.I had to order a new bowl (I put it instead of the old one after three and a half years of active work of the combine).
2. The graters are actually not very high quality tinder / cut, there are rather large pieces that I choose from the bowl and grind with ordinary knives (which are actually dull, but I know a little how to handle a grindstone, I carefully "brought" cutting edge).
3. As for the corollas - I have already warned. But I remembered about the plastic attachment (or rather, they reminded me in the service center), which repeats the shape of the attachment with knives. The day before yesterday I beat the butter with sugar, eggs, etc. perfectly for the capital's cake. I suspect that she can also whip creams without any problems.
Now I want to try a regular sponge cake (when the eggs are whipped whole) using this particular nozzle, because the eggs were beaten perfectly with the usual whisks, but they were not doing very well with the addition of flour.
