Baked vegetable salad

Ingredients:

Eggplant 1 large or 2 small
Red paprika 1 large or 2 small
Tomatoes 5-6 small or 3-4 large
Dill / parsley
Turnip onion 1 PC.
Ground black pepper
Salt
Olive oil 40-50gr.

Cooking method

  • Bake the eggplant and paprika. Cool, peel, cut into 1x1cm cubes.

  • Dip the tomatoes in boiling water, peel, cut into 1 x 1 cm pieces.

  • Finely chop the onion and herbs. Mix everything, pepper, salt, season with olive oil.

  • Delicious dish.
