Sunflower Seed Pate

Ingredients

peeled raw sunflower seeds 350 grams
vegetable oil b / s 2-3 st. spoons
boiled cold water as needed
soy sauce 2 tbsp. spoons
lemon juice 3-4 tbsp. spoons
turmeric 0.5 tsp
hot red pepper taste
garlic 3-4 teeth
ground black pepper taste
salt if needed taste
ground coriander 0.5 tsp
chopped parsley 2 tbsp. spoons

Cooking method

  • Pour the peeled, not fried seeds with water.
  • Leave on for at least 2 hours. I had a night.
  • Pour everything into a colander, rinse and drain off excess water.
  • Purée the seeds in any way, adding sauce, oil, lemon juice and garlic. I did it with a blender.
  • Add spices and, if necessary, add water.
  • Beat well again.
  • Add chopped parsley, beat with a blender.
  • Try it. Add salt and lemon juice, if necessary.
  • Put it in the refrigerator for an hour for a couple of hours, so that everything "makes friends" well.
  • Serve spread over bread. Delicious with raw mushrooms.

Then a piece of bread was reduced, and the lid turned into a bowl. Then I just started sipping OILS !!! from a jar. Then ... it's scary to say, but I WAS DRINKED a week! three-liter jar!
Moreover, the oil did not produce any effect on my body except for a gustatory orgasm!
Since then, I love everything related to sunflower. The dimensions are back to the cap again.
It turned out that my mother, being pregnant with me, could only eat seeds. I refused to eat the rest, and therefore did not stay with her either.
